I applied for a job with them, Joe emailed me and told me my resume interested him. Went to the interview that went well (in my opinion), this was on a Thursday, he told me to call him on Monday because he had one more interview the next day. So I called him on Monday and he acted surprised that I called (even though he told me too). He informed me that he hadn’t made up his mind and had more interviews. Joe never called my old jobs nor contacted my references. I know I was qualified for the job due to his interest in me. I guess me being an overweight Black woman changed his mind. This place like others in Appleton just does not want anyone Black in their front offices. It’s a shame really. Very disappointed and what’s even more sad about this is he’s still looking for help.

I have been doing business with them for close to 10 years and Must say theyve always stood behind their stuff.anything went wrong or needed to be fixed they were right there and did it immediately I look forward to doing business with them for many more years yes it cost you a little more but theyre doing the financing come on if we had great credit we wouldnt need them Im grateful to have them around so I continue to have the things I need

If I could rate them a 0 I would! 1 day late with a payment and a guy comes to my house beating on my door demanding I open the door and give them my new # which was just changed 2 days ago. I call the office and they proceed to tell me this is protocol. I only owe 2 more payments after 16 months of payments at 192 per month! Wow great service! NOT

I can not believe the way these people talk to customers!! Some guy ( I forgot what he said his name was) from this store called to review an application my son had put in there for a computer, my son answered the phone while sick with a migraine headache and ended up handing me the phone because he couldnt finish the conversation. So I got on the phone to explain to the man from the store that my son was sick and he would have to call back or something. But before I had the chance to explain. The jerk asked if my son even spoke English I said yes and laughed a little. So then he asked if my son had a mental problem or if he was mentally capable of doing business. I tried to explain to him my son is very capable but was suffering from a migraine that was making him sick and he is partially def with a slight speech impediment that gets worse when he doesnt feel good. And while I am trying to tell him this, he continued to instault my son would not let me talk and was just plain mean. My son has had to defend himself to bullys most of his life because of his issues and this was no different!! And I cant be for certain but I believe he is the manager of the Appleton store. ( I will call this morning to try and get his name thats for sure) I will making a report with the BBB this morning, finding out who owns this company and filling a complaint with them also and who ever else will listen. Oh and maybe a quick call to my attorney for good messure. Maybe just maybe that guy will think twice before insaulting and making fun of another customer especially one that does have a disability. And yes my sons application was denied.... thankfully. I wouldnt want him dealing with this man again for any reason

Went there filled out application and they said it would take 30 mins to verify all my info whitch was fine but several hours have passed and they havent contacted me.Very unprofessional. I went to get it now and got approved in 10 min

Great customer service and found what we needed easily

Lebakens filed a judment against me for just under 300$. In Jan 2016 i fulfilled the judgment plus some $100 something additional fee. To date they never took the dignified duty to send in a satisfaction of judgment. Therefore this companys careless efforts has been affecting my credit for almost a year. Also because of this Ive been denied for other credit applications because of the negligence. Lebakens are in my opinion a scam and even more they are so neglectful. They get their money and sit on their ass. Thanks Lebakens, because of your mistake ive been denied credit that shouldnt have been a problem. If i could rate you a zero i would because you guys give zero f###s about your customers.

If I could rate this place a negative, I would!!! They pretend that they want to help you and want to work with you, but when you need them to work with you they lie and threaten to come get your things. As soon as I signed the paperwork for a BRAND NEW tablet, the guy tells me Oh by the way the paperwork will say refurbished but it not, its used but refurbished. Thats lie number one, when I got home I put it in the closet and I saved it for Christmas for my daughter, and when she opened it the cords were yellow from a dirty ass smoker, but the previous owner was said to be Clean, and Im paying for a new one but getting an old used junky one. Then the chargers did not charge, as well as the bite marks on the cord. When I moved I was still paying them and when they found out I moved they went to my old house and went into my place and said they didnt go inside but knew the stuff was gone. How do you know the stuff is gone if you didnt go into my house? They then threaten you with cops and lawsuits if you dont bring the stuff back even tho you are up todate and still paying them for your stuff. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! They sell used junk and say it new and much more, you have been forewarned.
