The WOW factor is big here. Pandora Jewelry has expanded to much more than the original bracelet and charms gift idea that I once associated it with when I received my first bracelet (now 10+ old and still looking brand new).Which speaking of my bracelet....10 years later and I can still bring it in for cleaning. Talk about exceptional follow through with long time care and commitment to customers.During the cleaning,however, I was able to take a look around...and I wish I could have taken a photo of everything. But I will leave it to you to stop in for yourself. Note: the store carries a fraction of the plethora of items that are available. There are so many items that Pandora carries that it has it’s own catalog...you can stop in and receive for yourself. (Or probably request online).I would highly recommend going to this location to pick one up...rather than waiting for snail mail....Especially with Christmas right around the corner!Shannon, a Pandora Jewelry Manager, is an associate I met while I was there. I got a bracelet for Christmas and it was beautiful but I dont wear bracelets. I had a gift receipt and wanted to return it. I was told that per their rules, I cant return it but I could exchange or get in store credit. Which is understandable. The lady helped me pick out something that suited me better and she even tried to keep the same meaning behind it! Im very impressed with how kind and helpful the ladies were. I will definitely return.

The store and employees were not the problem but I did not spend $90 on a necklace that looks the same as a $2 necklace and have the $90 one break. How can a $2 necklace be better than one that expensive. Unbelievable.

I ordered a ring for my girlfriend and it was too big. She tried wearing it around and she decided she needed a different size. I went to the store to exchange it and the lady told me I couldnt because its been worn. Which sucks but its understandable, I wouldnt want to buy a worn ring. She was helpful in showing me different ways to fix the problem and I ended up surprising my girl with another ring in the right size to hold it in place. I will definitely be returning to this store for ALL of my future needs!

Ive always had amazing service here! This is by far the best location Ive purchased at. I dont know what other reviews are talking about. There are absolutely no rude employees there. Ive worked with pretty much all of them and Ive never had or seen an issue.

Typically a good place to shop. BUYER BEWARE though because gift receipts only allow you to return for store credit or an exchange. I’ve never heard of such a thing before. Don’t get gift receipts!

I LOVE coming here! All of the employees there are so helpful and know their stuff! I went here for a few specific charms and they had most of them. But for the ones they were out of, they offered to call me when they got it in! I love the service and I will ALWAYS go to their store at the Fox River Mall! I wish I could give 10 stars!

I had the most amazing experience at Appleton’s Pandora! All of the employees are so helpful and kind. I asked them to gift wrap one of my presents and even though they ran out of charm boxes, they still managed to wrap it up and even added a bow. Will definitely be shopping here again.

I went there because I bought my very first bracelet and was super excited to get it. Well I ordered it wayyy to small. I didn’t even put it on I knew. So I took everything from the shipping box and went to Pandora. They said they couldn’t even EXCHANGE for a larger size because whoever sent it to me had the incorrect description of the bracelet! Then they asked me three times if I bought it from Pandora. I got super mad and finally they exchanged it. I then was looking at charms. I looked back and they were talking about me !!!! So disappointed as I wanted my first braclet to be happy and exciting and they ruined it by giving me a hassle and talking bad about me !!! Is that how they’re going to treat me from now on? No thanks, my money may be appreciated much more some where else !!!

I go there all the time to check out rings I want. I always feel bad because I usually dont buy but the employees are always super nice! They have never been rude or annoyed by all of my questions and having them size my friends and I.

I hear this is a corporate store. Well you would think that the employees would be more helpful and knowledgeable. Very rude, not helpful! You have to ask them for help no one asked me if I needed anything or greeted me. When I asked for help they all were stand around talking to one another and seemed annoyed that I asked for help. I own quite a bit of jewelry from pandora that I have bought in Madison, online, and in Punta Cana. As much money that I have spent with this company I don’t feel like I should have bn treated this way. They Asian guy was the one who helped after I asked for help did not have a clue what he was doing. When I asked for a manager they were in a group talking and was annoyed that I broke the conversation up. When I asked them about a pice I was wearing they told me it was not from pandora and was probably from Jared and they could not help so I should go there! I have never in my life been to a Jared. Not very knowledgeable people! They didn’t even know there own items. Also as I was in the store an African American woman walks in and that is were there focus went after that. Lots of whispers. Just unbelievable! And again this is corporate store! I never go back to Appleton Fox River Mall Pandora! Only one star because it makes me leave at least one!

Employees were not helpful and VERY rude about sizing people’s fingers. An employee laughed at my friend’s ring size, and said he “doubted they sold that size ring.”

The first time we came around last night the employee was so rude. I asked her a few questions and she had an attitude towards us.
