Hayden was a great salesman and really helped me out with the details regarding my Purple mattress purchase. I had been sleep on the same overly-stiff bed for a decade and had minimal knowledge to work off of, but he streamlined all the details and made them easy to understand, both about the product, and about the financing. It took a few minutes for anyone to help us, the manager/salesperson was in a different area of Furniture Row when we arrived. His sales technique was definitely no-pressure, but thankfully he provided just enough direction to help us find the mattress for us!

I was very satisfied with the service I received. The individual I dealt with was Hayden Alexander. He was supper nice and very welcoming. He lead me right to the mattress I was looking for and was able to get me a great deal on the bundle. I was interested on the purple seat cushion and wanted to try it out and he let me try his that he was using. I decided not to get it for other reasons but he was not pushy on selling me anything. We would like to personally thank Hayden Alexander for the fantastic customer service we received last night when we purchased a new temperpedic mattress and base. We knew we wanted to check out a few stores and figured after 29 years, it was probably time. Things have changed a lot and Hayden was only too happy to tell us all about each one in the store. He stayed past closing for us to receive his undivided attention and bundle a few more items for us to have the best experience we could. He didn’t sound rehearsed or try to sell us more than we needed. He made us feel very comfortable in our purchase choice with no need to check out a second store. Now that’s great customer service! The selection here is much much better than other places. A little more rustic, antique like finishes, and many different styles of kitchen tables as well. Be prepared, the lead times on some of the deliveries could be two or six weeks out. but they also offer delivery and installation for a reasonable price. The furniture selection is also very nice and the customer service from the Manager was of course excellent. The wife and I looked like two hobos when we walked in and he treated us fairly. We will be back with the checkbook next week after the house closes!

We are new to Appleton and went furniture and mattress shopping on Memorial Day. Denver Mattress is the only store my husband and I would recommend for mattress shopping after trying many, and we recomend it wholeheartedly! Hayden greeted us, gave us the overview and answered our questions, and then gave us space to try out the different beds. His help from the moment we entered the store through the whole sale process was spot on: no pressure, genuinely helpful. The selection was the best of all the places we visited, with many different brands and styles to try. It also ended up being the place where we found our favorite mattress of the day (Casper) and the best deal/sale, but even if you prefer other brands and arent shopping on a big sale day, this would be the place in Appleton to go for the best customer service and options.

I was immediately greeted by the manager of the store as soon as I walked in. This is a great company. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They helped us find what we were looking for within our budget. Delivery was FREE even though we live an hour away!
