Well informed sales person, great selection, conveniently located

I purchased a mattress 4 years ago and it is sinking in the middle. It is supposed to be under warranty however surprisingly the warranty does not cover the issue with the mattress. Never again will I buy anything from WGnR.

I have limited time to meet a sale drove to Appleton for more choices. Big mistake, should have stayed in manitowoc.... 8vto 10 Associates standing around and not 1 engaged us. Guess years of being a customer doesnt mean anything.

Have a better selection at their full size store across town. Bought one from there. Excellent Service!

Went in to buy a pillow top mattress. Made the mistake of letting the salesman talk me into a memory foam mattress. Spent over $2,000 on a mattress I can’t sleep on. Went back to the store to see what could be done about it and was told my 90 days to exchange had passed and that i would just have to deal with it. I will never buy anything from them again. Poor customer service.

Service people jump on you the minute you walk in and stay on top of you. This made me uncomfortable. We were looking for mattresses. I told the salesman our top price range (600.00). 1 mattress in that price range was not firm as I need it. Next price up was 658.00. I did like this one and was considering buying it. However all mattresses come from Green Bay warehouse. They would tack on additional 71.00 dollars. Couple that with tax on mattress and you have well over our top spending limit. Once we said no to a sale he was no longer interested in us and walked away without saying a worx.

Didnt get much help at all from the one person working there I guess we werent worth the effort since we were ot spending 1000s on a mattress! After getting a bed that hurt my back soo bad they did except the return and ee got the money back in less than one week!

Went in for labor day sale on mattress. Waited to be taken care of, people came by mattress after us got waited on and we were ignored. So we left store after 15 minutes and went to Van Vreedee. And were helped and taken care of there

Very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt that I new quite a bit about the various mattresses. I was able to try all that I wanted for as long as I felt I needed to be there. I wouldve given a 5 star, but purchased a mattress 2 years ago from WG&R and it is already wearing out. Obviously it is not WG&RS fault, but the process I have to go through to get money back for the warranty on it is taking a long time. Again, Im not sure if that is on WG&Rs end or the mattress company itself. They are doing what they can for now. I would recommend this place.

My husband and I visited WG&R Sleep Shop to purchase a new mattress and box spring in July 2017. We spent about 2 hours in the store and narrowed down our decision to 2 mattresses. We chose a WG&R brand that was on clearance. The mattress was delivered on schedule and the staff was friendly to work with, but the mattress was awful! Within the allotted time we called to exchange the mattress and box spring for our 2nd choice (Beautyrest Hybrid Silver). It was a mattress that we were familiar with as it was the same one that my parents had just purchased and we loved it. We paid the difference between the 1st and 2nd mattress sets (almost $1,000). It was delivered without incident. We were anxious for a good nights sleep. But instead felt like we were sleeping on plywood! My husband and I woke up with aches and pains we had never had before. Since obtaining this mattress neither one of us have had a full nights sleep. We both wake with extreme headaches and go through our day sleep deprived. With spending almost $2,000, we certainly expected more! I contacted WG&R to see if we could exchange the mattress again. They replied with stating that we have already utilized our trade in option and that we should “jump” and “walk” on our mattress to aide in the break in process. In my mid 40’s I am past the excitement of jumping on my bed and just simply long for a good nights sleep! I am feeling exhausted and discouraged and don’t have an extra $2000 laying around to obtain a different mattress and box spring! So disappointed that WG&R wouldn’t continue to support us as their customers. We definitely won’t be back!

I ordered a mattress there 2 years ago and its wearing out already. WG&R gave me a form to fill out and send in for a store credit. They completed their end in 2 days and sent it to Sealy for approval. Sealy has taken 2 weeks and we still havent heard anything. I called WG&R and they are trying really hard to get an answer from Sealy so we can get a new mattress. In the mean time we took almost 3 hours laying on beds and asking questions about all the mattresses in the store. We found one we like, but there were only 3 left. WG&R let us put one on hold until we heard back from Sealy. They were very friendly and super knowledgeable. I hope Sealy can get their act together. I wont buy another mattress from them again.

They gave us a form to fill out and some pictures to take. We sent it in so we could get a store credit. WG&R were done looking at it within 2 days and sent it to Sealy for approval. We have now waited two weeks for an answer from Sealy. In the mean time, WG&R took almost there hours with us to find a new mattress. They were very knowledgeable and super friendly. We found a mattress, but need to wait until we hear back from Sealy in order to get a store credit. WG&R let us hold the mattress that we like because there was only one left in stock. They are also working on getting an answer from Sealy so we can apply the store credit to our new mattress and get it delivered. They will take our old one out for free if we wish. I am very happy with the customer service at WG&R, but I wouldnt recommend Sealy.

Put the bed frame together wrong so it broke using an old metal frame inside the wood one. Would would not own up their mistake.

My fiance and I walked in to browse mattresses not knowing much about anything. At least 3 employees working at the time and not a single one said anything to us.
