Friendly staff and service. Picked up a Hawk 250 from here after hesitation and consideration of a Chinese product. I am about 200 miles into it and I love it. I had a few small issues with it and 360 powersports resolved them quickly and were friendly about it. I suggest buying here if you are local, and not giving a 1 star review over shipping damage from across the country.

Friendly staff, good communication, the bike is awesome! … please remember, these people are extremely busy with orders coming in from all over the country ….. they could have a stock of 20 for a certain bike, and then the very next day, it’s sold out ….. so, please be patient …. i would suggest ordering the bike fully assembled because the staff are pros and safety is the top priority …. the shipping was fast and the driver was extremely helpful and friendly! …. also, the pallet the bike came on can be used as a bike ramp for my truck! …. an extra bonus! …. they do all the paper work, license and title and mail it to you …and yes!, i will buy from this company again!

I ordered a TBR7 on the 14th or 15th, they were easy to reach via email, and linked me up with the shipping company, and tracking info within a few days. The bike arrived this morning, so only took 10 days from start to finish. I opted for the bike delivered put together and tested,. It started right up, but the carburetor needs adjusted for sure, the handle bars where loose, as well as a few other things. No biggie at all though. Overall a great experience, and would purchase again. Will update once the paperwork shows up, and i get some miles on it!

Order a KP mini 150 online from the store and it was great process. The customer service online was great!! Would definitely buy again from this store!!

I recently bought a falcon 250cc a little over two weeks ago. It went out and they have refused to honor the 1 year warranty. i have talked to a few other people and found out they order all their stuff from china and its really cheap quality. Dont waste your money

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! My fiance ordered me a 50 CC Maddog scooter as a gift online.. it was shipped to me all the way to my state. OBVIOUSLY i cannot come to store for any repairs but why does it even need repairs if it supposedly brand new? I wondered the same and asked the same question! Right away I need a front wheel bearing, the Speedometeor does not work nor did it read the gas level.It is extremely loud, and I know others with this same model scooter and it does not sound the way mine does. It did not come with a battery, I had to go buy one. You pay extra, for it to be READY TO RIDE, nope not the case at all. Ive had for 5 months and have only had the chance to ride 5 times! The company refuses to pay for the labor and replace the parts. At first, they stated, its not their fault it broke or needs repairs, Its an electronic, what do i expect and if i need parts they will send me parts but they will not reimburse me labor costs. All i had to do was take pictures and send them to email on file. So i did, I literally had to send the same information probably 4 different times, then I was asked why did i need these parts. Then I was asked, do I need a windshield?! Clearly, no one is paying attention. I contacted the BBB and only for them to NOW say i have to send back the parts in order for them to be replaced. So i have to pay someone yet again, to take it apart and i have to pay to ship these parts to them?! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!

I was in the market for a ATV side by side. I found 360 Powersports In Arlington TX on the web. They had what I was looking for. The customer service folks were very helpful and very kind. If you are looking for something in the line of power sports, look them up.

I wanted to wait awhile after getting the bike to post this review. I initially thought that many of the positive reviews came from people that work for the company. I can now see why that may not be the case. I want to address the concerns many people have when buying a bike online. I didnt come with so much as a scratch. It was packaged beautifully, which kept the bike in prime condition. I had absolutely zero trouble getting the paperwork. They gave me a timeframe and it came on the earliest day they said it would. Most importantly, the bike runs beautifully. There were a few hiccups (mostly my fault from keeping it sitting for a minute.) Powersports answered all my emails and told me what I needed to do to get it running, though. I never post reviews but was amazed at how much this company goes through for their customers and the quality of their work!

I cant say enough good about buying a product from this company. I bought a motorcycle pretty remotely on line and have had an excellent experience. It was so good that I bought a 2nd motorcycle and the service was just as the 1st, completely professional and helpful. I will not hesitate to do any kind of business with them in the future. Helpful and responsive are another two words that describe doing business with them.

I can give this place 10 stars they awesome I had a mix tittle for one of my bikes call a year later and they just send me a new one no issues customers service is awesome the bikes are great I got 3 from them 2 150 cc scooters and a viper 150cc dirt bike a year later not 1 issue with them I will be buying many more in the future 10 stars ⭐️

I was super nervous making the purchase of a kp mini but after all the videos I found outbits made by lifan which also made honda motors. So I pulled the trigger. Then came who and where yo order from. Im in seattle I checked my kp mini community. Alot of people had problems with there orders through other retailers. 360powersports seemed like a great place.. I ordered it on backorder it came ontime and they called or answered all my questions and I had Alot. All in all they get a 10 out of 10 for there services and the delivery went well also.. Im so excited I love my bike kp 150 mini for the win... thanks 360powersports

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.I tried to purchase a new motorcycle. First, the bank flagged it as fraud, then once cleared, 360 motorsports denied the payment and finally the order was placed. I opted to save some money and opt for the build yourself option. The was contacted (after receiving a tracking number) and was told they were out of stock and id have to pay a few hundred more if i wanted the bike. I agreed then the delivery.It showed up with battery acid all over the engine. Turns out the battery exploded in transit with it all wrapped up in plastic and acid was corroding everything, not to mention the bike was shipped with gas and oil already in the bike.The response from 360 motor sports was to clean it myself or pay for shipping back to the company and pay for a restocking fee. Oh, and they wouldnt be sending a replacement. The final solution after sending 50 emails??? …sending a $25 battery from amazon.Thank you 360 for taking full price for the damaged motorcycle you sent that doesnt work.STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS.

Sadly, though the staff was kind, and the pricing not to bad, when we purchased our scooter not only did they not clean the bike before handing it off to us (it still had the warehouse dust/grime on it, and also sticky stuff in many spots from where they pulled off labels, which we mentioned at time of purchase and were assured it would be removed) but they didnt tell us it didnt come with gas even though we told them we were driving it from their store to south Grand Prairie. One of the mecanics added gas after we asked about it. Also, the side mirrors were put on incorrectly, which we didnt catch until I was already driving down the street, and we are still having trouble getting them aligned correctly. And, the back tire was flat the next morning. Weve called for the past three days, had to leave messages, and have not heard back. Would not recommend this place at this time, but hopefully well hear back from them soon.

Very deceptive company. I called their customer service and asked if they would price match a competitor on a go kart, just as their website guarantees the lowest price all over the place. The lady on the phone said they would price match and I would just need to send a copy of the ad via email. I sent this through email and I got a response saying that they were no longer price matching. There was no reason whatsoever as to why they are no longer honoring their own policies. I am taking my business to a company that has more integrity and actually follows their own policies.

A company that has mass volume, due to the economy stimulated and everything being bought consistently causes problems between businesses. The company personally called me over a problem I had and helped for a resolution. Most businesses wont do that, and it definitely tells alot about the business. They will work with you to find a solution.

I have purchased 4 ATVS online and had Great results. Fast shipping, friendly service, and Great value. I traveled to the retail store and made 2 additional purchases. The staff were GREAT, friendly and helpful. I returned at a later time to update my purchases, the salesperson recognized me and had my paperwork ready. Everyone at 360 Powersports Arlington were great and I speak for myself and my wife. I also plan on purchasing a similar scooter there also for myself. Ari and Daniella (hope I spelled that right) we’re terrific as well as the folks at the other shop where the scooter we bought was serviced.

They know why I am giving them this rating. I provided them many opportunities to resolve this issue and they have not. I paid for certain ATV and got a different make and model and the price difference is significant. Offered what I thought was a reasonable resolution and just continue to receive lie after lie on why they won’t reimburse me for the price discrepancy.Update 5.14.21- This customer concern was resolved by the business.

After a few phone calls, a few emails back and forth, a mis understanding, they are shipping my bike today. It was a process but hopefully my bike gets here soon. Been waiting almost two weeks for my bike to show up.

This place is the worst. I purchased Tao Tao ATV from them as a Christmas present for my grandson and Christmas day it wouldn’t start. I contacted them immediately to request a replacement and they wanted me to send them videos, which I did but I still couldn’t get it to start. Again I asked for a replacement because the ATV should have been brand new so I shouldn’t have been having problems like this right out the gate. Then they told me it would be a 20% restocking fee and I made sure I was clear that I wasn’t requesting a refund but they still wanted to charge me a restocking fee. My grandson Christmas was ruined and I paid for a big headache. I ended up having to bring it to another shop to have it fixed. If you know what’s good for you, “STAY AWAY”from this place.

This company is spinning me every step of the way, I ordered one bike it was two months out the next day I gave them more money for a different bike, They say the next day its out of stock..... I will amend some of this.. the company is calling me and trying to resolve the issues so that does count for something to me

Wrong color unit was ordered, it was ready later than we were told and it was extremely damaged and scratched up. We paid extra for assembly and it wasnt fully assembled. We cant even add a mirror because the spot is welded wrong. The exhaust is BEHIND a panel so it melted after the first use. GARBAGE!!

If I could give( - )stars I would. I ordered my daughter a go cart and it was a month late getting to me.When I finally got it there was problem after problem.One was it wouldn’t start and when it finally got it to start she drove it 3 times before it broke down and wouldn’t start again. It is 4-26-2021 and I’m still trying to figure out why it won’t start and I brought it may of last year. Iv changed the battery and the spark plug the workers at 360 power sports or nasty and rude and wasn’t ANY help!!! I wasted money and time I wouldn’t recommend them AT ALL!!!!!

Excellent customer service with great products. We order 1 bike online shortly before Christmas, I was worried that it wouldnt arrive in time but we got it with 4 days to spare. Tracking was provided, and followup emails as well. We were so pleased with our experience, I went back and ordered a 2nd bike! I had a slight issues with a part on the first bike (my fault, not theirs) they sent me a new part replacement ASAP with no questions asked. 10 out of 10 in my book.. Without a doubt when I am ready for another purchase I will be looking to 360 Power Sports before looking else where! Thank you!

I got a message yesterday from them, so I called and went back. Manager apologised for misunderstanding. I know how it is to have a bad day, so I ordered all my parts and a new engine from them. Ill update after I get my parts.

Had no issues with the Chinese motorcycle, vitacci 250cc gto, that I bought from here. Did a great job getting me on it, and had a very pleasant experience with the staff. Couldnt be happier, and will be back for the Enduro soon, raven is that model!

I paid for expedited shipping and the guy tells me it wont ship until the end of next week. After reading the other reviews wish I would have studied their business practices longer. Since I havent recieved the item yet I will wait and update if there are any further issues.

My bike is being shipped hopefully its all there when I get it. I had quite the problem to get them to ship it but it’s finally shipped today.

I emailed back and forth with this company, who was friendly every time, to get a price match. The customer service rep was nice and they offered me a fair price. The sales person I talked to was knowledgeable and nice and worked with me. So far the ordering process was good, will review my purchase and update my review on total experience.

At first the helpful replaced starter on a brand new bike. Seat came ripped. Said they would replace. Now they will not. Will not ever do business with them again and never recommend them to anyone. Just do what you promised you would do. Make things right. Do the right thing.!!!!!!

I ordered a bike online. Says processing will bw5-7 days....more like 10. Asked for details on my shipment and got a tracking number that doesnt even work. Oh and if you have a question, dont even try the live chat,. Theyre never online. So be ready to wait hours for a response.update: i contacted the company about a separate issue. they did the best they could with solving the problem. The bike came today and its amazing (despite the issue).

Our 4 wheeler we purchased from them on Christmas Eve had issues within a couple of days after purchasing. Bolts came out, the chain constantly falls off. The front tire is bigger and a totally different tire than the rest (which if I would have inspected it before leaving with it I’m sure that would be different so that’s on me) Now it won’t start at all. Seems like the battery is messed up 😓 wasn’t necessarily cheap and it’s having a ton of issues already.

I liked the Taotao atv for my kids they turned on front of me was pleased with the unit... FYI These guys also Follow and practice social distancing and be prepare to take your mask when you go in...

I ordered a RPS EGLMoto quad from them with rush delivery 02/05/18. They shipped it as promised the next day and updated me via email. I think it only took 2 or 3 days to arrive at my door. I ordered the non-assembled version (I highly recommend paying for assembly) and during assembly the back axle castle nuts were poorly constructed and would slip over the threads instead of tightening. 360 PS shipped me new castle nuts/washers/cotter pins for free. Since riding ive had a few things Ive had to fix, I mean these arent $10k racing atvs. But Ive been extremely happy with it. I do recommend to anyone that assembles one themselves, CHANGE THE OIL B4 EVER STARTING & FLUSH THE GAS TANK INTO A JUNK PAN. But as for the business they have been great I have no complaints and they have helped me out and stood behind their products!

I only gave them 3 stars because they were not the nicest or friendliest! And they didnt give us what they advertised and act like I was putting them out when I asked for the free helmet, gloves, and tool kit which we didnt get the tool kit, but he did give us the helmet! The bike we got is great they just need to work on customer service skills and the fact that they charge you additional 199.00 for labor and set up!

I bought a 125cc dirt bike after a few trail rides it won’t start I called and emailed no reply when I bought it, they said I had a year warranty but they yet to fix it or get in contact with me.

I bought a small go-kart for my grandson one month ago the carburetor began to run gas out of it and through the air cleaner after a couple of emails they are sending me a brand new carburetor is my opinion these are fantastic people to deal with you should definitely buy with them and have confidence they will stand behind the product they sell you

Bought a Brand new Viper 150 and had it shipped, get it started and son rides it for an hour or so and out pours oil all over shop floor. Called and emailed and they want me to take engine out and mail it to them so they can charge me for mailing and fixing a brand new with Warranty bike. Wth?

Received my grandsons NEW Cheetah from 360PS and had them do the setup and test. Was delivered perfect well secured and strapped down to the pallet. Charged the battery installed checked all fluids and it runs awesome. Ordered over the phone didn’t like the website at all. Great lady took care of all my questions and made me feel more comfortable with the purchase. If your looking to get one for your family don’t be afraid to call them. Bought the bike on a Wednesday and by the next week Thursday was delivered fully assembled.Will buy another from them soon.

Bad customer service. Sales people have poor knowledge. No service shop.They import low quality chinese kits and assemble them. Poor quality machines and no parts available if they break.Would not buy a machine from them.

This is a good store to shop in. Showroom is actually big and have a lot of selection. Salesman told me couple things to go over every once and a while in order to maintain the dirt bike good and last for years. Quick and pleasant purchase I highly recommend this store to shop in.

My husband and I went to 360 Power Sports to buy two Go Carts for our grandkids at the farm. We had to drive about 300 miles and had talked to another company first who literally sold the two we wanted the next day and were not helpful at all.Oscar, at 360, was immediately helpful in all informative ways. Price, size, availability, safety, options and he was very patient as we bounced from one decision to the other. The transaction was very well handled and we are currently getting a trailer to haul these two grandkid toys home. He told us when we return with the trailer, they will start the carts and we can test drive them before we load up. So far the whole experience has been wonderful. Greetings. I am compelled to write this review about 360 Power Sports. It may be a great company and some of you probably had a great experience dealing with this company. Sadly, that is not my case. On 2 may 2019, I placed an order for a four seat go kart. I was attracted by the price and the advertisement of 2 to 3 day processing time. I placed may order, my credit card was immediately charged and excitedly waited, and waited, and waited. No email confirming shipping or otherwise. I sent an email inquiring as to the status. No answer. Last Friday I contacted the company and was told that the go kart was shipping that day as that was their shipping day. Later, I got an email stating the go kart was out of stock and would be a week before they receive another shipment. I was offered another go kart which of course was more expensive with the assurance that if I accepted, it would be shipped Monday, 10 June 2019. I was offered a discount, but not sure what was the discount as they said on the email that they would invoice me for and additional $150 (in addition to what I paid already) and would have to be shipped to a terminal. Bottom line after my rant, I cancelled the order. I know you have to assemble this machines, and wanted to have enough time to do it before going on a trip with my grandchildren at the end of the month. So, here I am with no go kart and scrambling to obtain the model I wanted from another vendor. Not a pleasant experience. I would have no problem if they would have come out sooner and told me they dont have it in stock. The run around is the issue I have. Hope this helps.

I was looking for scooters had so many questions in my head did not know what to do, but once I was greeted by Oscar he made me at ease and made the whole process quite easy and comfortable. He recommended that I go with taotao scooters because it is easy to obtained parts and very easy to work on and of course very easy to ride… I was very happy with their detail to customer service and their extensive knowledge as to what they sell thank you..

Company follows up on issues to preserve customer relationships. I recommend for extremely affordable off road fun.

The very first day it wouldnt start when it finally did start it shut off continuously sputters Boggs down and it has a warranty but they want me to fix it and rebuild a brand new piece of JUNK!! DONT BUY TAO TAO FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY WONT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS OR WARRANTY

My experience went very well with 360 Powersports. I ordered the Tao motor 150 ATV. It arrived in a crate. I had no issues putting the machine together. However, I do suggest some lock tight on the nuts and bolts while assembling. The ATV runs fine. I would order again

Great environment to shop for all cheap power sports. Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions prior to purchasing an atv, I even tested in their dedicated testing area in the back was very pleased with the machine thank you guys.

I had an issue with the shipment of my bike. I was pleased with the service because they got back to me and let me know what was going on and sent me proof of my tracking number. I will be coming back to order more stuff

These guys killed it! Answered my calls and emails immediately, never left me wondering what was going on!Definitely recommend buying from these guys!

Seller posted a dirt bike on Facebook for a certain price, I even questioned the price if I were to go to his store to get the bike and he agreed the bike would be the same price. When I went to pick it up he tried charging an additional$200 for assembly. This is mentioned on their website but was not on this Facebook post. I consider that false advertising.

I’ve ordered an Apollo x16 dirt bike and it came super fast and I’m very pleased with 360powersports they helped me with all my questions. I would definitely buy from them again!
