Ordered a Viper 150cc dirt bike online and it shipped super fast. Only 8 days to my door from TX to WA. Only $1,025 total cost. Good service. Recommended over anyone.

Purchased a Go kart from Arlington power sports and when I received the go kart parts were missing and broken. They did not return my calls or emails for over a week. Once the kart was assembled the engine leaked oil (about 1 quart an hour) They refused to replace the engine. They offered to send me gaskets for me to rebuild my new engine. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Highly recommended company Great prices and great customer service purchased a hawk 250 from there they done all of the paper on the spot for me bike was pre assembled and tested for me as well... Drove it home was impressed with the bike so far so good no issues what so ever... got my paper works in the mail after about 3 weeks over all pleased with their service and their product.

We went here unsure because of the mixed reviews. But now, a month after our purchase, we are absolutely sure. These people are so helpful! They listened, made appropriate recommendations, and treated us with respect. We got a great deal on two 125cc TaoTao’s. Yes they’re China made, but they were assembled while we went to a long lunch. We got the exact colors we wanted and matching helmets. The girls have had hours and hours of fun!! And so have we! The next set we buy will be for us; 250-500cc for me and 500-750cc for the hubby. Shady business. Tao DB14 listed on Craigslist at $599 and tried to charge me $970 when I asked how much it was. I showed him the ad and he said that it was an old ad(posted 4 days ago). Then said he could come close to the $599 and wanted to charge me $798 + tax. Stay away from this place. Youve been warned.

I recommend this place to everyone who is interested in dirt bikes. I’ve came in looking for a dirt bike, not knowing anything about them at all, and I was pleased on how they managed to assist me, explaining the different varieties of dirt bikes they had and having the patience to do so. They recommended the one that would best benefit my needs and I was completely satisfied with my purchase. The guys in the back checked it and even let me test drive it. I called and asked if they’re a can am dealership and the lady on the phone didn’t know what a can am was and gave me an attitude that I got the wrong number and she said “we only sell atvs and bikes” and once I told her what can am is and what they sell she said “yes we do sell can am”. Bad service.

I bought 2 go karts 150cc and 300cc and got the cheapest and best deal. Friendly staff and technicians helped me a lot to choose best quality product. Seems the left hands knows not what the right hand is doing! I ordered on-line 4/15/20 financed the deal and got an e-mail on the 17th saying it was shipped and was given a tracking #. Now, 4/24/20 i am told that it will be shipped on 4/27/20.Revised: I got the scooter on 4/30/20, BUT I still have not received the paperwork for the scooter which i paid for expedited service, first the paperwork is on the way THEN they havent sent them out yet. I was told that they would send me a helmet for my troubles, I agreed and now have been told they dont have adult sizes..LOL!!IF YOURE OPEN FOR BUSINESS AND TAKE PEOPLES MONEY FOR SOMETHING..THEN TAKE CARE OF BUSINESS!!!I will never do business with these people ever again.

We had some difficulties with the bike that could have been user error, but as soon as we told the company, they helped up ship it back and offered a new bike or a refund.

I am a women who do not know anything about atvs whatsoever my son really wanted an ATV; I looked online and I found this company. They looked really trustworthy and reputable compared to other similar stores. I came to their shop and they greeted me and told me to go in the back, When I went to the back where they had bunch of them lined up for me to look at... there were people outside to help me. I picked what was best ATV for my son with their recommendation . They turned on the ATV test drove it and helped me put in my truck also even helped me tie it down. I was really pleased with them over all These people really made me at ease with my purchase.

We recently purchased a go-kart from Arlington Power Sports. We experienced a self-inflicted issue with it after a few days of use. They were extremely helpful and accommodating to get the go-kart back up in running in no time. The repair was accomplished very quickly and the cost was extremely reasonable. I have nothing but good things to say about Arlington Power Sports an would not hesitate to do business with them in the future.

They dont even deserve one star. I called looking for a go cart for the kids and wanted to finance it. First of all dont let them help there, do that yourself they cant put information in a computer correctly to save their lives. Got past that issue, by myself at home. Finally called back and told them what I wanted, was asked what color and if I wanted it built or in a crate to build myself. I choose crate. When in to test drive a display. No display, and no go cart. Just informed they no longer sale that particular model and havent for years. Asked about 3 other models that are on their online store that you can check out and purchase online and have shipped to your house from these people.... And yeah those models are made or sold anymore either. THIS PLACE IS NOTHING BIT A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!! wait I take that back its probably only a scam if your primary language is English and not Spanish or Arabic.

Also, where did you get You came here wanting your own price even lower than our sale price, lies!!! Very pleased with their service from finish to the end. I researched all of local dealers I found them to more trustworthy and honest so I made my decision to go them in a heart beat... Their sale person Nelson took care of me well... he made sure I understood what I was buying, went over the warranty information, how to guide which they went over me the maintenance process to long live my scooter I will recommended these guys to my friends and family thank you.

Great service provided by Sunny, I bought a 250 cc standard ATV 2 years ago and it is still running great! I did find out its not meant for the water though and will have to be careful!!!! I did have to clean the original spark plug once and had to replace the battery once in the whole 2 years. I will visit them tomorrow to purchase another ATV and 2 Dirt bikes for my kiddos. My only recommendation is to change the oil shortly after purchase and get a floater charger for your battery.

If I could give negative stars I would. I brought my TaoTao scooter in to be serviced. Things I needed done. 1. Wouldn’t start. 2. Headlamp burned out. 3. Breaks. No one offered to help me unload the scooter. They charged me a $65 drop off fee, before they did anything. Then they never called me to let me know what was wrong with it. After two weeks of me calling they told me they didn’t know what had been done to it and the mechanic would call me to tell me what he’d done. I’m still waiting for his call. Finally, I called yesterday (6/22/18), and was told it was done and I could come pick it up and it would be an additional $60. They still hadn’t told me what had even been done. When I picked it up, it did start and the headlamp worked, but the breaks hadn’t been touched. So, the owner, Manny, knocked off $30, because he couldn’t find the invoice to see what had been done. There are not enough negative adjectives that I can use to describe this place. Needless to say, I would recommend that everyone avoid this place like the plague!!!

Customer service is poor here. I purchased from here in December was looking to purchase from here again today because I like the product but the customer service has led me to looking elsewhere. Never replaced the bad battery from December. I’m literally ready to give them another $700 but I’m talked to like I’m beneath them.

Mike helped me pick out my first dirt bike 125cc Apollo brand. He was pretty knowledgeable and patient through out the process with me. When I came to their shop he cared (Far as I could see hey thats what I needed a great customer experience) to what I was looking for: as this was going to be my 1st dirt bike with clutch . We debated to which one was suitable for me Finally he suggested a mid size pit bike 125cc I liked it and the Guys Fired it up for me rode it in in the ally slowly ! I am a beginner you know! Overall it was a great experience and I got a great deal on this pit bike with Free Helmet thank you.

I visited My Scooters and Atvs of Arlington many times during 2015 until I finally decided on a scooter 250cc. Each and every time I came in a sales person was there to help and answer any questions I had thoroughly. There was no pressure and was able to take my time and look around.The mechanic spent a few minutes with me discussing the service schedule and Marco made sure I was familiar with the scooter. The whole process took just over half an hour.Ill be back for servicing and the next time I want to upgrade or for oil and tune ups. Thank you.

If you know what you should spend on an ATV then you are able to make that deal. Meaning, they will make as much money on you as they can. Get informed before you go and everything will be fine.

I am very happy with the service from Manny. I bought a 125cc quad for my daughter but ended up having a problem with the engine and because of this Manny took action and had it fixed all under warranty. I highly recommend them and will be purchasing another quad from them soon.

I bought a scooter from them just over a month ago the scooter was defective it malfunctioned 1 week after purchase the headlight doesnt work properly the tail light went out the radio was not working. I left it for them to fix for over 2 weeks I sat in there one Saturday for 3 hrs, and the headlight still dont work properly . The only thing the short stubby guy says Its nothing they can do.If you are looking for a recreational motor vehicle this is not the place to buy it from .They will gladly take your money sale you a product that they know is defective, and will not honor there warranty...........Youve Been Warned !!!!

The scooter we purchased from you at Christmas quit within about three months and has been sitting in our garage for months with only 315 miles on the odometer. We live an hour away, but I told him to take it to you guys as perhaps it would be under warranty. You charged him $250 CASH ONLY and made him go to an ATM rather than allow him to pay with a debit or credit card. Shady.

These guys are great, super close to my house, and have awesome prices! We are first time scooter owners and bought a non running Bashan Biella from a friend. From the first call to ask about diagnostics to find out what was wrong, Sonny took great care of us!! I was shopping online for a four wheeler and found their website and decided to go to their shop and see what they had in person. They had great off brand atvs cheap with great customer service... I bought an atv and having the best time riding it bought it 5 months ago and I am still riding it every weekend great outdoor fun and having a blast. I want to speak to the owner or manager of the sales department. We had a scooter delivered on the 24th w body damage, missing free items and a paid for charge, as well as with a headlight out. I called the dealership and they gave me a gmail acct to email for the sales department. I sent pictures and I got a response that told me they come from China, what did i expect? But heres a link and maybe well send you the replacement parts but youll have to figure out how to get them replaced. The email didnt address the missing items or the fact the head light was out.I would like a PHONE call to discuss with someone. I sent the email on Friday, the scooter was delivered to Simpson, PA.Thank you.

Just looking at Mopeds

Spend a little extra and buy a name brand, my son has under 20 hrs on his atv and have already replaced numerous parts. Atv is only 3 months old and sounds like its gonna fall apart, and they still havent sent me the gas cap that they broke trying to put gas in it to test it out. Wont be buying anything else from this place.

These people are very deceiving with their pricing. Then they are rude and condescending when asked about it.
