This place is a complete joke. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. We bought a trail blazer mini bike. The bike has not worked from day one. I have had it serviced by 2 different shops and they both said it needs a new motor. I tried to work with the company to return the bike and they said box it up and send it back. I asked them for assistance in how to box it up being it is mini bike and they told me to go to lowes and buy some wood and build a crate! I have asked them to please call me multiple times and they will only e-mail. This is not a return because Im not happy with the purchase, but rather, a return because they sent a bike that has not worked from the day it was delivered! They should facilitate all aspects of the return as well as reimburse for the 2 service appointments I had to pay for. Unfortunately some people just dont have the ethics to be running a business. STAY AWAY!!!!

One of the biggest mistakes I have ever made was going with these people. At first they said the model I wanted was out of stock, so I chose another one. Even though it was still showing in stock on their website. Even though I chose to have the scooter expedited, it still took 15 days to get it delivered. Then when it got here that model did not have a USB port or theft deterrent system installed. So now it is the first of July and I still do not have the mco paperwork or the title even though I paid for that last week. Do not use these people

Site is user friendly, but I think its being used to steal identity information. I tried applying for Credit through their Affirm link. Provided info, then Affirm crashed. No way to recover. Not even sure if this is a real business now.Beware of this site!!

Highly recommended company their web site is very user friendly their online customer support is even better I had few questions about their products and emailed them they responded back to me the same day purchased a scooter 150 just got it few days ago assembled looks and runs great thank you.
