I don’t think I’ve ever left a google review before in my life, but I love this shop and I feel like doing it now. I recently visited Colorado for a couple weeks to stay with my boyfriend, when we discovered this shop and went there to hang out several times. It’s beautiful, it’s fun, it’s reasonably priced, and the staff all seem like such sweet friendly people. I really really loved this little business and I just wanted to say something nice. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend you go support them. ❤️ It’s like number one on my list of places to go back to the next time I visit.

Great layout and storefront. Wide selection of minerals to peruse. Everyone should be able to find something that interests you. You need to research what you are interested in buying before you go so you know if it is fair priced or not. Some things priced right and some not so much.

My 4th grade son and I visited this shop, and I can’t recommend it highly enough(!). Incredibly knowledgeable staff, very willing to share what they know with an interested kid (and his dad), even though our budget was pretty low.They have a children’s section, and the shop as a whole carries everything from 50 cent pieces of talc up to $7,000 to $10,000 specimens of quartz, petrified tree, corundum, etc.If you want a shop that doesn’t go for “woo woo healing crystals,” but carries EVERYTHING, this is the place! If you have a rock collecting kid, this place is a MUST!!

Dinosaurs AND meteorites.All sorts of stones and fossils and very knowledgeable staff.One of my favorite parts of my trip to the area.

This is my sons favorite store! Everything seemed reasonably priced and there was a huge selection to choose from. My son had a blast examining and picking out different rocks/fossils for his collection. Thank you for being hobby and family oriented!

Well stocked, lots to see. Some items for craft and jewelry. Many price points. The staff has limited knowledge of whats on offer.

This shop is incredible, BUT… I overheard the UNMASKED male employee mention he was unvaccinated. My son isn’t able to get the vaccine and I now can not confidentially/comfortably bring him to shop at Lithos. I hope they start to take customer safety more seriously.

Very wide selections prices are very good, excellent kid focused info, and crafts. Proprietors are nice and helpful.

Really good shop for crystals, stones, artifacts, meteorites. Has a good selection of raw crystals. Also cool giant crystal selections and giant meteorites. This places a good kids area too. It is relatively cheaper than regular places but the meteorites were a bit expensive for what I paid for at the gem and mineral show in Colorado. But overall has good quality pieces. So far have not found a good place that has cheaper meteorites. Seems meteorites are still a rare commodity.

We love this place. Treasures in the heart of Olde Town! Everyone who works there is so knowledgeable and helpful. The specimens they have are always intriguing and we appreciate how willing the staff are to help us learn more every time we visit.

Good selection of both specimen quality pieces and tumbled loose stones. Has a good selection of books as well and is very nicely set up. Parking is behind the building.

I love this rock and gem store! There is such a wonderful selection. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and takes the time to talk to you about their unique items. There was a jewelry making class in session when I came in, I would love to sign up for the next classes. Ill definitely go back soon.

So many cool minerals

Really a great shop! They have a great selection of fossils, and plenty of other rock, beading and other stuff, laid out in a beautiful array. Elizabeth was a fantastic salesperson--so much so I confused her with the owner, who I eventually also met. Even the under $10 fossils were worthy of Elizabeths caring explanations. Will bring grandkids for an eyeful, and maybe for group activities.

I enjoyed this place. They had a lot of crystals/stones, definitely a lot of agates. The place looks classy like you were shopping in a jewelry store. I wouldnt say this is a place to go if youre looking for crystals for metaphysical use, it is more for rock collection, but you can find some good deals on some of them. I bought a nice big clear quartz. All in all, it is a place to check out. The lady there is very nice too.

Great selection of minerals from kids to professional collectors.

Terrific shop with a wide variety of minerals and price ranges. Particularly good selection of fluorescent minerals, agates, fossils, and meteorites. There are also books and mining antiques. Next door’s Dave Bunk Minerals has museum quality pieces but since the businesses are related quite a few of those have moved into Lithos.

Great rock shop, not far off of Olde Town. Really impressive selection of minerals, gem stones, crystals, fossils, etc. Mostly natural pieces, but they have carved/polished pieces as well as some beads and materials for jewelry making. The kids section is great with tons of things under $5.

Lithos is just amazing! My (now) husband and I needed a specific fossil in large quantity to give as a wedding favor. David and his team came through not only with a beautiful selection of items but at a fair price to. I could not have been more pleased or impressed with my purchase at lithos. We even managed to grab a couple of personal items to because there is such a beautiful array of fossils at this shop.

The best place I have ever been to very knowledgeable prices are great and will be back soon thank you !
