These folks are excellent. I had a flat and couldnt get the bolts off the tire because they were put on with an impact drill last time. So the timely, and efficient folks at Thomas Tire drove across the street to help loosen the bolts. As soon as I replaced my flat tire with the donut and limped over to their shop, they repaired my flat and checked the air pressure in all the others extremely quickly. And the price, literally cant be beat. I expected to pay an arm and a leg, but I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable it was. I could sing their praises all day, but I suggest just giving them a call with any Tire related needs, you wont be disappointed.

Air compressor went out & was quoted almost $1,400 from our dealership. Called Thomas Tire & was quoted almost $400 less. No hidden charges or fees, you pay the out the door price guaranteed. Great customer service, very efficient and we received a 3 year warranty. First time here and they did not disappoint.

Went for oil change, they drain transmission fluid instead of oil but still add oil, causing a burnt valve and other problems. Its been 3 weeks of tryin to get corporate to help out but they wont do anything. Im over 2 grand in repairs from a simple oil change.Used to be a good place to go, but now its ran by dishonest thieves, avoid at all cost!

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Thomas tire had a good selection of tires in the size I wanted for my truck. I got 5 heavy duty truck tires (the spare was dry rotted). They got me out in a hour. All the tires feel perfectly balanced 5-75 mph.

Very friendly staff......had an inspection done....the first Thomas Tire I stopped at was very busy so the kind young lady that waited on me called one of their other stores ( that I was more than willing to go to, to get in and out quicker) and they were not as busy at the time and took me right in and I was gone in no more than 15 to 20 minutes!! I would recommend you giving Thomas Tire your business..... you will not be disappointed..... they are FIRST CLASS!!

Customer assistance is top notch 👌I bought my tires here so I get 🆓️ rotations and 🆓️ patching if i get a flat tire so I told my husband about it and he got tires for his jeep here too.I have taken my car for several rotations now (every 5k miles) and for one patching.Oh and the vehicle courtesy check, LOVE IT!! They let me know when things need attention but never make stuff up like other places I have seen so they can get more $ out of you. Stopped by for an obd2/safety inspection. First time using Thomas tire as I live in winston and they dont have locations there. The customer service advisor were prompt and professional with good communication. Ive been to many shops these folks are great. In and out in timely fashion.

While moving my family and house hold goods to my next duty station, I had double tire blow out on the passenger side of my 26ft trailer. I put on the only spare I had and limped my truck and trailer to Thomas tire by random chance at about 6:00 in the morning. The manager came in early that day and saw I was in a tight spot, so he drove to his warehouse to get me the tires I needed rather than making me wait until they opened and had the tires delivered. He grabbed the new trailer tires I needed, had his mechanic put them on my trailer right away that morning, and had me back on the road within 2 hours of meeting me. This is hands down the best service Ive ever recieved and the manager is bend over backwards helpful. If I were local to the area, they would be the only shop touching my vehicles. Thanks again for your help guys I really appreciate it.

Really had a 5 star experience today in asheboro at the Fayetteville st store. I’ve went to the randleman location for years but I’ve not cared for it at all lately so I gave asheboro a try and Chris and Mattie really impressed and have earned my future business. I’ve been a fan of the Thomas brand for years and even though randleman isn’t representing That brand to my expectations I’m glad I didn’t give up on Thomas in general and that I visited the asheboro store to give someone a chance to redeem the Thomas brand in my mind. Glad to continue to be backed by the Thomas Promise!

I buy my tires here and they are a very professional and friendly shop. I recently had a tire pressure issue, stopped by the shop, and was almost immediately worked in. Turns out, tires were fine but pressure indicators needed to be reset in my car. In minutes, we were back on the road. No charge! A great, honest shop with great people.

I’ve had front end alignments done, tires rotated and balanced and one tire fixed that had a small leak in it. Every single time I’ve been to this location I’ve received excellent customer service. The employees at this location (S Fayetteville St) are detailed at what they do and adding the excellent customer service to this only provides a positive experience. Thomas Tire is also ahead of the curve with technology for example when they take my car back I get a text saying so, they let me know when the technician starts and when they are finished. I highly recommend this location. Good customer service is very hard to find in today’s time.

My appointment 5/4/20 was great, Chris handled my check in at 3 pm for installation 4-new tires; let me know plus text photo of rear brakes & rotors worn bad, I agreed to have them replaced too. Overall price & service was excellent. Reception area very clean, coffee & facilities very good, received text while waiting giving update status, completed install beginning to end about 1 1/2 hour, that’s excellent. Well I called and set a apt for 1:30 unknowingly I had called the the TT on the other side of town but they said they could fit me in... fast forward 2 hours later Im still waiting the only reason you got 4 stars is because of the bald guy with a beard. He cut me deal for the long wait time. With that said Ive always been impressed by the customer service at any TT and will continue to use there stores

I made an appointment and still had to wait 2 hours and 30 minutes just to get 1 tire and an alignment. Customer service was horrible. I wish I would have went somewhere else a completely unprofessional experience.👎

Stopped by for an oil change and tire rotation.While there we had to had a wheel switched out for a new one also.The service guy took the truck right back.We didnt have too long of a wait at all.They explained all that was done and ask if we had any questions.Everyone was very nice and professional !

I go here for ALL my vehicles service needs. Have been for a long time. They are always helpful, knowledgeable, and do great work. This is the only place in Asheboro that has the ability to do oil changes on my Audi Q7. Everyone else doesnt have the filter, and I cant even buy them from the parts store locally. If I had to find something wrong with these guys, it would be wait times. Sometimes its long, even with am appointment. That is simply a testament to how many people come here to take care of their vehicular needs. Keep up the good work, and we will keep coming back.

My wife and I are new to the area. We rarely have good experiences with auto service shops due to either issues with customer service or being swindled into purchasing maintenance that wasnt necessary. I did not have that experience at Thomas Tire. The services are affordable, the service was great, and they dont recommend maintenance that isnt necessary. As long as we live in the area we will be using Thomas Tire.

The people were very helpful and the work I asked to have done on my truck was completed to my satisfaction. They even told me that one of the mechanics had accidentally broke the center piece of my wheel cover and they would buy another one and install it for me. Very honest people !!!!

Horrible customer service, they did a oil change within 8 hours when I got my car back I had 2 lights on my dash they said they couldnt fix it these guys were very unprofessional an immature theyre lazy and the manager smelt like alcohol at the south Fayetteville nc location.Id never recommend them to anyone by far the worse service Ive ever gotten I dont even want to give them one star!

The service was excellent. As a female I am not always comfortable walking into an auto repair shop but Zach has always made me feel comfortable. His customer service goes above and beyond. Megan was also very pleasurable and very helpful.

Definitely the best automotive place in Asheboro. Every other mechanic I went to wanted to just throw parts in my car. The people here are honest and saved me a ton of money. Plus theyll give you a ride home and pick you up when your vehicle is ready. The staff is very friendly too. Would definitely recommend.

Got my oil changed, cant complain about that, however I can complain about the customer service of the man at the desk. I was aggitated they did an inspection before even touching my car. Mind you they sent the supposed done inspection 3 minutes after I arrived. Checked what was supposed to be done on the supposed inspection and I found a few errors. Also charging 32.99 veggie tax is a bit much.

Everyone was very helpful and courteous. They did a great job aligning my car and putting on new tires. Although I made an appointment I was there 2 hours, however. I would still recommend Thomas Tire.

I had a heat shield come loose from my car as a result of running over a deer. Although modern engineering made it nearly impossible to repair correctly, these guys were able to get me set up with a quick fix within 20 minutes. I cant speak to their prices, as they didnt even charge me. Based on how I was treated and the speed they addressed my issue - I will recommend Thomas Tire and Auto to anyone.

I called Thomas Tire in kind of an emergency. My battery had died! They quickly sent a representative to jump my car and then replaced my battery at their South Asheboro location in quick manner. I would recommend them for fast and curtious service!!!

We have always had a great experience at Thomas Tire. I came in just to check on my tires and Zac confirmed I needed new tires. Quoted me several different brands with pro’s and con’s for my SUV. They ordered my tires and had them placed on my Honda Pilot. Megan was very professional and courteous by keeping me up to date of how the process was going because I had my 10yr old daughter with me. The time they told me it would take to put my tires on was completely accurate. Very pleased! Highly Recommend! Long time customers! We will be back!

Good work. I think I got charged double for some reason. No sweet tea while you wait. That’s definitely a reason for only 4 stars. That is sarcasm on being charged double for being a “Brigman” since my family is still in the area. The sweet tea comment is because we’ve been away from Asheboro and the south for 40 years and desire sweet tea at every stop. Service was fine. Employees were fine. The fact you responded is 5 stars.
