Pathetic, rude, terrible business ethics. They give you a quote and then charge you additional with no approval! They do an extremely poor job! When you bring it to their attention they are smug, cocky, and rude. Do yourself a favor never use this company whatsoever!

My car door was not closing correctly after opening it during a large gust of wind, so I called and they said I could come right over to get an estimate. When I got there, a gentleman came right out and after looking at my car fixed it on the spot by using a crow bar type tool to adjust the panels of my door and front of my car. It took about 15 mins and he charged me nothing. My door is as good as new ( I drive a 2016) and I couldnt be happier! I highly recommend this business and plan to use them for all of my future body work needs.

Worst paint job I had ever done to my vehicle, I had to take it back for the to get fix, but I don’t think they actually did anything to it. I had to take my pathfinder with a scratch on the rear bumper after I got rear ended, the work they perform on the vehicle was absolutely the worst, the bumper actually looks worst now then it did before they work on it. When I told the manager that the work was poor and I did not like it after the second time, he just said that was all they were going to do to the vehicle. I said no that job is horrible and that they actually didn’t do anything to the vehicle the second time, the manager just said to go ahead and take my car because he was going to lock the gate. I told him I needed a solution for the poor job they did he only responded to call the insurance and complain to them. So if you have to get your car’s body work done don’t take it here you will regret it.

I was blown away with the service I got here. I have never reviewed a company before but I had to get on here and rave about Biltmore Body & Paint Shop. They bent over backwards to help me out. I was in a really bad situation with my car and they could have easily charged me way more then what they did. They helped me out big time and I will forever be grateful.

Got the run around from 2 different body shops in Asheville. Called biltmore body and explained what was going on. They told me they could get it in the following day so I dropped off my wifes car the day before Christmas Eve and picked it up on New Years Day. Fitment looks top notch, no trash in the paint, no cracks or swirls, and no orange peel. Will definitely be visiting them again if theres another accident

First off they told me they couldn’t help me then said their paint jobs start of at 7-10 thousand dollars without seeing the vehicle. WOW I’ll never call that place again
