We have just started our car shopping process and Brendan made us feel comfortable with it. He provided us with a tour of the atlas, he was honest and answered our questions, and went on the test drive with us to show some additional features while driving the Atlas. He took his time to really show us the car instead of make a sale, it was much appreciated.

I was in a car accident and fought with insurance for nearly a month before I got a settlement. I nearly bought about four different cars but they kept being sold before I got there. I finally found a car I liked at Flow of Asheville. Within in one day they had set up an appointment for me and gotten the car ready. The buying process was easy and the car was exactly as advertised. Cody was great to work with as well as the business manager there. I will definitely be looking to flow for my future car needs!! Our salesperson was Andy Straub and he made the whole experience very easy. We spent ALL day there test driving different vehicles finding the perfect fit for me. I went into Flow Volkswagen with my guard up and on limited time. I wanted to see used Volkswagen Tiguans. I met Andy and his knowledge, customer service approach, respect for my tight schedule, and friendliness slowly lowered my guard. We had instant rapport. Andy worked tirelessly to help me find the exact car I wanted and was at my service every step of the way. The customer service touch is above and beyond. My wife and I were searching for a new car and we ended up deciding on a VW Atlas. We dropped in at Flow VW and met Jordan Patton. She was amazing and made the purchase experience simple and enjoyable. She took the time to listen to us and find us exactly the trim and color we wanted. Then we met Heath who went over the financial aspect of the deal and he made that part very smooth and simple to understand. I brought a brand new 2021 Volkswagen Jetta from Brendan. We walked in there at 1pm unsure of anything we were doing and we left 6 hours later not only with a car but so much knowledge of the car we purchased. Brendan knew all the in and outs of these cars. He was very friendly and on top of everything. He is a man of his word. My husband and I are on vacation, driving through Ashville and the convertible top on our VW EOS misaligned because of a blanket in the track. We drove into the service department in this dealership and were greeted with a group of wonderful employees who were all willing to help. They worked on the vehicle with us and within minutes had us back on the road - top working perfectly and wishing us a safe trip. What a pleasant experience.

Horrible customer service!!! Do not recommend doing business with Flow of Asheville. Spoke with Lauren in sales around 5pm on 4/1 about a vehicle I was interested in and had all intentions on purchasing. Made a appointment for 10am on 4/2 and made sure Lauren knew I was traveling from 5 hours away to come get this vehicle. My wife noticed on the way there 4 hours into the 5 hour trip that the vehicle was no longer listed online. Called to make sure everything was still set for the 10am appointment and was told that the vehicle had sold and she had meant to call and inform me. These people do not value your time, thank you for wasting my time and having me drive 4 hours one way just turn around and drive 4 hours home for nothing.

One star is too many for this VW “service” department at this dealership. It is ironic that the word “service” is even used when describing them. I’ve never experienced more inept, incompetent, lazy people in the “service” industry. They really scraped the bottom of the barrel when they hired both the manager and their staff. We dropped our car off to get a diagnostic on a check engine light at 2:00 and they said they would get back to us by either 5:00 the same day or by 9:30 the following morning. Never heard from them either time. After waiting on hold for an hour the next morning and leaving several messages with both Brook, who was the ONLY person in that department that could tell us the status of our vehicle, and the service manager who both NEVER called us back, we had to go IN PERSON and demand the keys to our vehicle. Completely unacceptable and I hope they read this and they are all fired.

Amazing service. It felt more like an hour in an airport VIP lounge than a visit to the mechanic. I was especially impressed with John, who showed courtesy and customer service not often seen these days. I was given free software upgrades and an honest and thorough service check along with my oil change. I was updated several times on the status of my car while I waited.

Too many issues with their service department to recount, and taking the time to write it all down would just frustrate me more.Its a shame they are the only place to get servicing covered by the VW warranty in Asheville, because you should go anywhere else at all.

Two months after my service repair my car is showing the same issues. Because of them being such a large dealer and being so busy I will be without a car because they cannot service it for at least a week; Leaving me either to spend money elsewhere trying to solve an issue I already thought was fixed or without a car until they can look at it. Beware of you are going in with an older vehicle requesting one repair. After the $147 inspection fee, the multitude of repairs would have cost twice the value of the vehicle.The probably that I went in for was not addressed to my satisfaction.

Harmony motors (VW of Asheville) service department will NOT give you any PEACE OF MIND. The service department is egregiously bad. Here are somethings you should know before going to the dealership. Harmony motors has refined ways to milk you of all the money they can. Their flat rate fee is $125 dollars and they add additional fees to keep your bill under $350. The North Carolina Motor Repair Act protects consumers when the cost is $350 or more. Before your issues are even fixed they are going to falsify hours, lie about inspecting your car, and add additional fees for services that were not provided. They dont see you as a customer, but instead as a dollar sign. If you do have any issues with your vehicle take it to an honest and trust worthy service department.My car has a low oil pressure issue. I assumed the dealership was honest. After inspecting previous oil changes. The dealership adds a lot of additional parts and issues to get every dollar from you. I shouldnt have come back. They charged me $300 to check my trunk switch and check my oil levels (likely with the dipstick). Being charged two hours worth of work for something that would take less than an hour is unacceptable. Do not be surprised if they add additional waste and environmental fees to get more money. When they are not disposing waste. They will not do anything honest or harmonious to give you peace of mind. I hope you read this review before going to Harmony Motors because you will not leave feeling any harmony with your wallet or have any peace of mind about your vehicles safety.

While traveling through Asheville our TPMS light came on. Stopped in on a Saturday morning and were pleasantly surprised at the service and atmosphere of this dealership. We were greeted by an advisor who took out Tiguan back immediately. We went and had a seat in the waiting area while they checked the tires. The advisor came to us shortly with great news that it must have just been due to the cold temperatures as we were traveling from Charleston and it was much colder up there. He didnt charge us and treated us as if we were a high dollar ticket. He just commented we are part of the VW family. I wish I had gotten his name but he had a tan sweater on, glasses, and dark hair. We were there on 12/5/2020. Thank you for giving us peace of mind to get back on the road.

SUPERIOR SERVICE! During these unprecedented times, it’s really great to have a service department that you can depend on. I took my Tiguan in for a sunroof recall and Charlie not only offered a loaner vehicle but he kept me informed of the status of the repairs frequently. Because of COVID-19, some of the materials used were on back order and Charlie helped get those materials. He even delivered my car back to me today while I was at work. Thanks again for your help!

Very disappointed! Wife calls, she is 2 hours away, the airbag light is on. We need advice, I call Asheville VW, the person says make an appointment and bring it in..... Come to find out she does scheduling. Why does she even attempt to answer my questions and not clearly identify she is not an advisor? I ask for an advisor, she says they are busy, I ask to hold, she says she cant find an advisor. I provide a phone and emphasize my wife is sitting on the side of the road.... She says says they will call back some time this afternoon..... I again stress she is sitting on the side of the road. ...... And Yes, you guessed it. No call back. I am upset and very frustrated, leaving my wife stuck until I can reach another VW dealer. This dealership obviously did not care, has poor follow up, poor employee training and does not rise to the occasion when a customer has an urgent request . I cannot recommend Asheville VW and will take my business elsewhere.

Awful experience. First, we drove through the lot and stopped to look at vehicles. We got out of the car actively looking. No one came outside. We went inside the dealership and walked around, we could not find one salesman. We went back to our car and called the dealership number. The lady who answered the phone had to send a salesman outside to help us. After a test drive, I was not convinced on the car nor the payment that they had estimated for us. I asked to have time to think about it and the salesman kept giving me the run around and asking questions about why I wasn’t committed and calling me a liar because I said I was committed on the test drive (which I did not). After this went on for a few minutes and he went to get a manager, we walked out and left and will never return. Worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. If I could give 0 stars or even a -5 I would.

We worked with London to get our new Atlas and he was such a pleasure to work with :) He got us a great deal and you should ask for him when you go in! Plus, for somebody not having kiddos, he was very patient with mine (yay!) and didn’t pressure us at all.My only complaint (and reason for the 4 stars) is that the actual dealership could just be a little more kid friendly. If you have toddlers, definitely get a sitter, because the place is full of stuff they can not touch (compared to other dealerships we went to, where there were some coloring books and a section that they could have quiet play) I’m not asking for a huge play scape or anything like that, there just genuinely wasn’t anywhere they could be that I didn’t feel like I had to apologize a million times for them being there. And I personally, want my family to be a part of the shopping process, since this will be who is in the car, (car seats etc!) it’s a big purchase! And at the end of the day, VW sells some family cars. So families will be shopping. Would make sense to have SOMETHING. Other than that, it was a seamless experience and I would definitely recommend! Just like, get a sitter.

Volkswagen was great. ...Until I pulled out of the lot. Multiple recalls on the car and dealing with Volkswagen Credit and Customer Service has been a nightmare. As a single mom of 2 this has been devastating.Hold times extremely long.Customer Service responses vary depending on which rep you get on the phone. Agents not knowledgeable about their loans. Reviewed phone calls are not shared. Supervisors do not return calls as promised. No attempts at customer service. Will not be re-leasing my vehicle.

I was interested in purchasing a vehicle and, like i do with every dealership, I went online to check stock, identify a vehicle I wanted, and then use their Live Chat feature to request information. Bad sales process from the start!I enter the stock number and note that Im interested in the current sale price. The agent connects and then asks how they can help me. I restate my request and wait 5 minutes while they pull it up. Then Im told they have the price and would like my contact information for someone to reach out.I state that Id like to know the price of the vehicle before engaging in that way. And then Im again told that they do have the price on their screen and would like my contact information for a sales person to reach out.If I cant even be told the bloody price, why should I consider being put in to your system to be bothered by sales people? No thank you. I prefer my car buying experience to be easy and transparent. Provide information so I can make my decision.Update: Just for grins, I did submit and email and then my request was promptly ignored in favor of a generic response asking me for details of what I want (already provided in my initial email).It seems internet sales is NOT the way to go with this dealership, but now Im stuck wondering if this is how sales communicates, what will the service experience be like?

Went in for a quick routine inspection, and was advised of an issue with my vehicle that was unexpected, which was resulting in me from passing. The team led by my service advisor, Charles B., were able to help me and told me my options. Within 20 minutes, they had my vehicle put into their shop to get my issue fixed, after showing me all of my options. What could have been a weekend headache for me, was less than 2 hours from start to finish, and allowed me to start my 5 hour trek home. Nothing but positive words for the hospitality by all, the clear updates, and the cleanliness and comfort of my surroundings. The team saved me this day, thank you a ton.

Purchased 2019 Tiguan as certified pre owned. Negotiated fair price for both parties and was kindly rewarded with vehicle that has sustained damage previously and wasnt reported. Made dealership aware of issue within 18 hours after purchase, they said too bad. In good faith, the sales agent could have let us know the damage was there even though we didnt spot initially when looking over the car in the rain. Dealership wanted to do NOTHING to help.Most painful was the sales agent miscalculated sales and tax prices...i was forced to pay over $700 in additional fees and taxes at the closing table. This dealership lacks integrity and clearly their ability to properly calculate everything correctly up front. You can do much better in finding someone to do business with. Youve been warned.

Brendan at Audi of Asheville sold me my 2017 Volkswagen Jetta & he was wonderful! Spoke with him the day before, gave him a heads up of what i wanted and when i arrived he had everything ready! He wasnt one of those annoying pushy salesman and actually cared about getting me into something safe for my son and I, but sporty enough so that i fell in love immediately on my drive. Everyone at Audi has been attentive and i would recommend them to friends and family any day! Thankyou everyone!!

I have purchased 3 cars from Harmony Motors and have no idea why I keep coming back.It took 6 hours to buy the most recent one with all the car prep/cleaning and paperwork (despite having spotless and strong credit/income) then we found out at the end of the entire transaction the BRAND NEW car only had one (1) key. We had signed all the paperwork (including the “we owe” form without noting this because every new car we have ever owned has had 2 keys). The Sales department ordered one and it took over a week to get in. Service then had to program the new key - 2 hours in on a Saturday and still not done. At least it gave me time to write the review... This is all after they told me 3 times to make sure I brought the original key with the car so they could program everything together - I asked them how the hell I would bring the car without the ONLY key to it?!? Thanks for insulting my intelligence Harmony!This key issue is on top of some minor issues once we took delivery (cover on wiper missing and an interior light is dead). Not sure they even looked at it once it was moved off the truck.Ask the simple questions with Harmony when buying a NEW car - here’s a few as a guide: does it have both keys from the factory? Does it have all 4 tires? Do all the lights work? Are there any random pieces missing?2 stars instead of 1 as we did get a good deal...
