Had a wonderful salesperson assist me early October 2021. We were looking for a Forester and test drove a 2018. Frank, our sales associate, was awesome. We had not encountered anyone who knew as much about that car as Frank . He told us about every button and knob and rode along with us during the test drive to make sure we got a feel for all the car’s features. Even though this car was a 2018 it was so clean!! The engine looked brand new. We eventually went with a different car but if I ever need another Subaru, I’m heading to Prestige and asking for Frank first.Richard

Last year we bought our Outback from Buck Davis at Prestige. The experience of purchasing through Prestige was an absolute pleasure and driving our Outback for the past year has been a pleasure as well. Previous to purchasing the Outback, we had been an all-Toyota family for years. This year, it was time to trade the Highlander, so we came to Prestige because of our previous experience. It far exceeded our expectations. We met Jason Wicks who was not only the epitome of efficient, but patient in answering all of our questions. We took our car here for a bunch of recall inspections. They recommended some brake work, which we did. Not sure if they rolled out the red carpet for us, but we were impressed. Phill and Chris in service were very helpful, easy to reach, kept me up to date. Repair tech provided a video of our car with service recommendations. Prestige Subaru service department is the best!

We are so excited to have a new 2021 Subaru Forester, with the help of wonderful sales person Sean FitzPatrick. The car came in quicker than we thought it would (a good thing!), there was no pressure from Sean - we felt in control throughout the process. When we picked up the car, Sean went through all that we needed to know (which got us off to a great start - there are so many features we are unfamiliar with that curling up with the clearly written manuals is on the agenda!). This is our third Forester - we already love it.

Both of my Subarus have been going to this dealership for over 5 years. Great customer service is the reason. Today I dealt with Tyler who was very conscientious and even advocated on my behalf with his technician. The Customer Service Manager is named Gus and he is one of the finest customer service people I have ever dealt with. Today a bearing repair done earlier this year had to be redone. No one argued, they just covered it completely and waived parts and labor. Typically I get oil changes and inspections and have never been pressured. They also feature fresh ground local Dynamite coffee in the waiting room which I look forward to. They sure care about the quality of the coffee and similarly seem to care about the quality of the work they do. It is nice to be able to write this about my local Subaru dealership. (I also posted this to YELP)

This was our first time owning a Subaru, we had heard great things about this particular dealership, so we drove from a good ways away..and it was SO worth it! Today I purchased a 2012 Ascent from Prestige for the first time. Ive bought 2 Subarus from a more local Tennessee dealer. I honestly wasnt wanting a new vehicle. But, I wanted to pass down a 2018 Outback, that I loved, to my daughter and I wanted a little heavier towing vehicle. I also wanted to stay with Subaru. After contacting 5 dealerships in TN and NC I ended up finding the closest to what I wanted at Prestige. I dealt with Josiah. Naturally, due to the pandemic it all has changed. Honestly, we all dread the dealership experience, but this was pleasantly refreshing, to the point, and professional. Subaru dealerships are a step above anyway, but Prestige exceeded my expectations. Josiah, is a gem. He was so much more helpful in explaining every detail concerning the Ascents functions and went above and beyond in his efforts to get my towing accessories installed and questions answered. I look forward to working with Prestige in the future and will drive the extra distance to use them for my maintenance.

Recently purchased a 2007 Honda that the Prestige team had taken in on trade. The price was fair, and the customer service was good. Isaac was the salesman I dealt with and he was very professional, and was not pushy at all. Very patient answering all our questions, and communicating through the entire process. The vehicle was traded in very good condition and the maintenance department did few repairs to bring it up to their standards. Would definitely consider doing business with Prestige again.

I think reviews are more meaningful if they reflect a time element. Buck, Gus and a bunch of Prestige Subaru folks have helped us since 2011. Did they always get it perfectly right ? Of course not- I am not sure anyone can do that.But they have always made it right. Bottom line.We are on our 4th Outback, the last 3 from Prestige. Five Star people and Five Star Service.And of course 5 Star product.

Our experience could not have been any better! Our fabulous sales person was Daniel “Dan” Passement. We drove up from Savannah Georgia to purposely purchase a vehicle after doing a lot of research, loving the website and the availability of what we were looking for. We were able to get a great used certified Subaru for our daughter. Needed new battery and oil change. The invoice was difficult to understand. They charged 49.95 for “diagnostic service” plus 163.74 to replace the battery. The oil change was another 66.48 but I had a coupon for a 24.95 oil change which they did honor (I think). I also had 15% off coupon for same day service which they said they would honor, but it doesn’t show on the invoice. In fact, none of the discounts show on the invoice- just a line through the total with a new amount penned in.

I have faithfully patronized your service department for more than four years. I drove a hundred miles to get there. However, I will not be returning because of all the add on “services and products “ that are not recommended by the manufacturer that you push through. I can get mediocre service anywhere. I recommend you get another expert advice before you do major repair work here. I was told by the service person that my Subaru needed over $8000 work and that it was dangerous to drive. They offered me a few hundred dollars for my old Forrester and said I needed a new Subaru. I checked with other trustworthy mechanics who said I can drive it.

He assured me this would not be a problem again and service desk personnel have been educated regarding Family Plan oil changes being honored at all locations. Best place for service. Friendly people who care about your safety and that you have the best experience in service. I was informed of everything that was done to my Crosstrek during my visit to Prestige Subaru. Instead of waiting a few hours at the service waiting area, we were taken by arranged shuttle to the outlet mall so we could enjoy a few hours of shopping. What an amazing job from the beginning to the end. We pulled up and someone met us at the door. They took the keys and explained what we needed to do. They walked us to the waiting room. I made an appointment online to test drive a Crosstrek, and I honestly wasn’t expecting to buy one… we didn’t know much about Subaru but we worked with Jason (who has owned 8 Subaru’s) and he was awesome. He explained safety features I was unaware were part of Subaru craftsmanship. Between those awesome features, the way the car handled, and his laid back sales style - I was sold. It was like hanging out with a friend and i felt absolutely no pressure to purchase anything. We were able to test drive what we wanted and overall he just made the experience so easy and comfortable. I’ve had my Crosstrek for a week and absolutely love it. EDIT: They called me based on this review and have addressed my concerns and made this right. My primary concern was, topping off fluids is easy, if that wasnt done, how can I trust the rest of the work? That concern has been addressed. Based on previous visits, Ive never had a problem with the service here; its been great and why I take my car here. So, I appreciate them taking the time to look into this, make it right, and address the situation. Im increasing the star rating of my review to 5.The price on standard service went up and with a tire rotation was nearly $100, only to run out of a fluid 5 weeks after their so-called service. If they dont top off the fluids, what else dont they do that theyre supposed to? And at $100? No, thank you. Ill get my Subaru serviced elsewhere from now on.

This was one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve ever had getting my car serviced. Everyone from the lady outside servicing people when you pull up, to Aaron at the check in/out desk, to the guy giving me the loaner was incredibly friendly and helpful. Aaron even came out with me once my car was done to try to figure out a STARLINK issue I’ve been having. They were all great and took great care of my car.

Excellent experience working with the folks at Prestige Subaru- we had a situation come up and needed to trade in a car quickly, even with the nationwide inventory issues we were done with the appraisal of our trade in and in new car in only a few days! Good grief! Fast talking Subaru service advisor (she talked so fast it was hard to understand her) really pushes services I don’t want and didn’t include in my service request. Of course service is super expensive here. What’s irritating is that she laughed at me a time or two, and not in a funny ha ha way.

There was a team standing ready to move everyone through efficiently and quickly. I appreciated the curtesy vehicle so I didn’t have to wait in a public space. They were much quicker than anticipated and did a spot check with a video of a few areas that will need to be addressed in the future.

I came here for a recall on my WRX. Check in was easy. Daniel was super helpful. I received a video from the mechanic Scott of his inspection of my vehicle. This was awesome being able to see underneath my car! Daniel and Scott gave me some great advice about my car and I will be getting my maintenance done here in the future.

I have used Prestige Subaru for the past 12 years. I even purchased a 2017 Outback from Prestige. For years I had an excellent experience with the dealership. Recently, friends told me some horror stories about Prestige and I refused to believe them. Today I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. I was promised a service/maintenance visit to be completed in 4 hours. Seven and a half hours later I got my car back. I was charged $300, but the service writer felt sorry for me and knocked off $25. That was nice but didn’t take the bad taste out of my mouth.

We scheduled an appointment for service and a no-charge Starlink upgrade by Subaru. We were told the upgrade would take 2 hours when we made the appointment. Upon arriving, we waited an hour before we were serviced. When we checked in we were told we would have to wait 4 hours for that particular upgrade not 2 hours. We opted not to wait the 4 hours. During our wait another clerk mentioned it would not take 4 hours for that particular upgrade. When finished, we did not even receive a report. We had to call back later and ask for the report to be emailed. Prestige Subaru needs to do a little Customer Service research at other Subaru dealerships around the country to learn how it should be done.

Prestige Subaru has customer service down pat. I took my Outback in for maintenance service recently. Everything went smoothly, from the moment I drove up, to the finish. Every single person was courteous, polite, and professional. I was very pleased.
