Good service from the man but the female latina manager couldnt be any less courteous than she was. She was extremely rude to my pregnant fiance and her mother. Her attitude was extremely arrogant and unnecessary. I would highly recommend additional training in customer service or complete dismissal of her employment. Im very unimpressed and WILL NOT be returning to this location. Spreading the word.

Real friendly and real customer support unlike the phone# youre supposed to call just to have your bill go up without an explanation and not have the issue I called about addressed at all.

Eloisa was so wonderful with the assistance she gave me. I dropped my phone and cracked the glass screen cover. My phone froze. I thought it was shot. She helped me with my insurance. Long story shot., This experience with this store was awesome! Buy the way Eloisa was brilliant🤗 my phone rebooted and she fixed it, yea! So replaced glass screen and, canceled claim, and good to go! Thank you very much. A very satisfied customer. I highly recommend this metro authorized dealer.

Nick Is AMAZING! I got locked out of my google account, and Nick not only made sure we got back into it but he convinced the google representative to help give us the password even though he wasnt supposed too! I love metro pcs, but the twins there did not correctly explain my smart pay plan, at all. I paid 200 Down on my galaxy, and they made it seem like after I paid not even 200 more my phone would be paid for. I paid that the next month and my valence showed over 600 dollars more. As I said. I love metro in general, but the smart pay is pretty sketchy. Be careful if you choose smart pay, which is a separate company.

This is a great location, staffed by helpful and attentive employees! The store is always well-staffed, and very busy. I would recommend this location if you are looking for great customer service and support! The management is also very professional and honest!

I will never go to the Patton store again with eloisa as manager she deliberately change the amount of my phone bill and all of my passwords because they were busy one day and she got upset apparently she cannot handle her job however I will go back on and give a five star for The Tunnel Road store because thanks to Louis an customer service I was able to get my phone back on track and where it should have been. Be careful making people mad when you go to the Patton store.

They have good signal on their service, but, you can probably reach POTUS before you can get a live person on the phone at their store, you usually cannot leave a message because there is no room to record a message.Just very bad business tactics.I am with Metro, so therefore I hope they IMPROVE!!

Uncooperative, unhelpful staff, unfriendly, worst reception Ive ever had in my life. Doesnt even get reception inside of their own store. Over charges me on my bill every month... Did not issue me my rebate at all for my phone. Had to call to have it issued three separate times and still have not received it over a year later.
