The store manager Ian gave us the best customer service I’ve received in years! He went above and beyond—even following up on his day off to make sure the issue we were experiencing was resolved. We were beyond frustrated with T-Mobile when we arrived, but we left happy customers thanks to Ian. T-Mobile needs to give this man a raise!

We set an appointment to switch over from Sprint to TMobile, and everything about the experience was wonderful, smooth, too easy.Devon handled the transition In the store and met our specific needs like a champ; we were in and out with a new plan and new phone in no time. I always liked working with Sprint, but T mobile is going to be just. Fine.

I needed to upgrade my old account from 40$ for just 3 gigs of data, to 50$ for unlimited data. I had come and tried before to get this done, but was told there was no way I could do so without changing to a new phone number, this was a big issue for me because I am so attached to my current phone number for business. So my great guy BRENDAN at this store completely and effortlessly helped me with this issue and upgraded my account AND kept my current phone number! Dude this guy is a life saver and needs a raise! Would recommend the professional and prompt service provided by this location! ❤️🙏🏼❤️! Thanks Brendan and team!

We have had a lot of issues with our phones since switching from Sprint to T-Mobile. I have had to go into the store 4 times in the last week. Fortunately, all of the employees at this shop are super nice, helpful, and patient. Can’t say much for the cell reception in my house on T-Mobile, but nice job on hiring/training, folks. Quality people here.

I’ve been a T-Mobile customer for over 12 years, I recently added my dad and step mom to my T-Mobile plan with iPhones and have tried to navigate them through figuring them out(they’ve both never used a smart phone), via FaceTime, as I’m in charlotte. Anyway i told my dad to visit a T-Mobile store near him and he came to this location and left so happy! He needed someone to guide him through making his settings simplified and catered to seniors and easier to navigate for him, and he raved about how amazing David was for him and went above and beyond to help him and was so patient. Thanks so much for helping him out so now he can stay connected with his 3 daughters and 5 grand babies :)

Stood there for 30 minutes without being acknowledged by anyone in the store. After finishing with a customer. One employee left and possibly went to get food. Not sure. No communication as to how much longer it could be. Its sad the effort of having to go to a location and cant be helped just like they cant help you on the phone when you call customer service. Hope this helps someone so they dont get screwed by T mobile.Update to this review. I have to give Ian Duvall a ton of credit for stepping up and fixing the situation. He put in a lot of leg work dealing with internal T-mobile issues and got the job done for me. Ian is the man!

Absolutely awful cell service. The only thing worse than the cell service is the customer service. I was flat out lied to repeatedly. 7 months after returning my phone still arguing with them to remove my account from collections with a derogatory note on my credit report. Their records show the phone was returned in perfect condition, yet 7 months later I saw on Credit Karma that they still are trying to bill me. Now Im wasting hours being routed around to fix their errors. Avoid this store like the plague!!!! Verizon may be more, but Im happy to pay more for better service and less headaches.

Very poor in-store customer service. I went into the store to gather information about my current service plan and neither of the two employees working even bothered to greet me and just say Hi, welcome to T-Mobile, well be right with you! (Everyone knows thats what youre supposed to do....) I was the only person there waiting to be helped. I stood there for about 15 minutes and wasnt even remotely acknowledged by either of the employees as they proceeded to walk past me and briefly glance at me. I didnt mind the fact that I had to wait, but I did mind being blatantly ignored. Especially considering that the store only contained 3 sets of customers, including myself.

WOW. I just left this TMobile store and had to post a review. Ari helped me with a phone problem thats been super frustrating the last few days. He knew I wasnt there to buy anything and never even suggested it. He just took all the time necessary to figure out what was wrong and untangle the mess made from porting a new line onto my family plan. I cant express my gratitude for his patience, persistance, and generous attitude. This is the place to go. Thank you, Ari 🙏

Contacting you in reference to my experience at your store located on Patton Ave. in Asheville NC. I had come into the store looking to buy a new phone after breaking the screen on my older one. When I arrived there were 3 customers in front of me two families, and a single gentlemen directly ahead of me. The team at the store handled it well and and Manager Ari got everyone signed in on a list. A middle aged couple arrived in the store about 15 min after I did and Ari promptly checked them in and asked the nature of their visit. They stated they had two phones to trade and wanted to buy two new ones.After a while 15-20 min, store employee David became available and gestured to the couple that had come in after me to come to his table. I stated that I did not think that was correct and he should check the check in list. David just quickly retorted that this couple was next to which I replayed that I was 100% sure that was incorrect, to which he responded that he was 100% sure I was wrong and lying, sat down and started to talk to the couple. Not wanting to make a fus I walked over and politely asked him to just humor me check the list seeing as that was its precise use. David jumped up cursing under his breath and nearly ran to manager Ari to who he told that “ You need to handle this guy over there”, “If he approaches me again I’m gonna do something”. David went on running his mouth and threatening me aloud to a room of about 15 customers. Manager Ari asked me what the issue was, I replied flabbergasted that I was just telling David that I though he had messed up the customer checkin. Ari acknowledged I was correct and told me someone else would help me ASAP. The gentleman that was ahead of me who was now being helped by Customer expert Cody agreed and attempted to clarify. After finishing with that gent Customer expert Cody addressed my very simple need to buy a new phone and I left. Manager Ari, Cody, and the two gents that assisted me Saturday night were very helpful but based and on my very short interaction with David I found him aggressive, confrontational, violent, and unprofessional. As having worked in many leadership roles myself in customer facing retail I see an amazing opportunity for direct coaching on customer interaction and stress management. Hopefully this is not the service Sprint customers can expect from T Mobile moving forward .I expect David was commission motivated to select the two phone purchases from the customers behind me rather than follow store policy and help me with my single purchase.

They have been great helping me out with issue. Unfortunately I had one issue were the employee charged me an extra service fee. He could not explain why I had to pay an extra $30 and try to say it was included with the sim card.

Waited 20 minutes before I was even acknowledged after entering store with only two other customers there. Finally they spoke to me and tried to assist me with the iPhone I recently bought. They had trouble and then helped someone else while I trouble shot myself. I then continues to wait for another 30 minutes and finally left without any resolution.

Called recently needing help seeing the NEW phone I got from another store is acting up and person I talked to on the phone did not come off as nice at all. Once again, these T-Mobile stores are not on the same page. Not sure if everyone receives the same training across the board and they just ignore it? I lost my phone in Bryson City and drove all the way to Asheville to get a new phone. While I was in the T-Mobile store, a lady called to say that she had found my phone. The store employee said that I would have to pay a $75 restocking fee to return the new phone, even though I had not even finished setting it up and had not left the store with it. Fast forward, I go ahead and take the phone and it starts becoming defective, and since my old phone had been found, I go to the Hickory store to take the new phone back and the store employee there tells me the restocking fee is $50. He says the fee has never been $75 at any of the stores and doesnt know why I was told that in Asheville. I have had the same experience before about different stores telling me different things. Also was a little perplexed as why I would have to pay a restocking fee in Asheville before I even left with the new phone. Im getting ready to go back to Verizon due to the chaos that is T-Mobile.

The last time I was there I unfortunately dealt with Rebekah after she helped a lady that she knew came in after me. She wasted my time and hers all because she didnt want to listen to what my problem was. She instead acted like she magically knew. I didnt want to be rude by telling her how to do her job so I backed away while she played with my phone and helped other customers. She came over to me and told me she got my contacts to load but all of them didnt. I tried telling her again how I tried to fix it but she chose not to listen again. She helped another lady and was rude to me when she talked to me while helping the other lady. She finally told me that my gmail wouldnt sync my contacts. I already knew that since it was my original problem that she chose not to listen to. I watched her offer the previous two ladies a $25 rebate for a special TMobile was running called Isis that came with a free speaker or something, but I wouldnt know because she never offered it to me. Then she talked to the one lady about her tattoos while holding my phone out for me to take. I had to step in front of the tattoo lady to get the box I carried the phone in. As I was leaving she very rudely said, Youre welcome! I looked back and couldnt continue being nice to her and said For what? So unless youre a female or have tattoos make sure you dont deal with Rebekah! Shes the one who left a good review about her own store! I cant help to call out stupidity when I see it. So if you go to this store you can see it for yourself, just ask for Rebekah. Shes the one that thinks shes smarter than you but if you stand back quietly you can watch the stupid fall out of her mouth. Shes probably the one who has the store hours listed incorrectly today. I doubt they open on Sunday at 1 in the morning!
