Good guy behind the counter. Sold me a screen protector. I wanted him to mail my bill to my address.. But... They dont know how to do that... Ah the age of technology.
Boost offers the best family plans.... But 4 stars because there is a $3 service fee if you go in and pay with cash? All the clerk did was look at my account, take my money and then handed me a receipt.Do they not get paid by the hour? Does the employee even get a dime from it?I can understand if they had to provide some kind of tech support. I had to use gas to find the place. I had to walk in the store. Now if a company wants to keep a customer... Why do you charge just to pay the bill... So in other words... I am paying boost to pay them...?

This place is horrible! The girl that works there during the day is a disgrace. Her customer service skills are terrible(.)I went there to switch my Boost mobile service from one phone to a new phone. Right off the bat she told me I could do it online, I told her I wasnt tech savvy and would prefer it was done in store. I told her that I had the $25 that they charge for this service. She said they only accept cash. I asked her what was wrong with the credit card machine? She then said we could do a charge or debit transaction.After all that stalling she then told me because I had made my payment early that I would loose it, if I switched phones. This was a blatant lie. All she had to do was put it in a Suspend Account and transfer the funds after the new phone was set up. If you care about customer service then this is the last place you want to go to.
They have the worst customer service and they take your money. Hope they close Boostmobile down and for good

I did not like the customer service at all! I had a problem with my phone that the salesperson fixed and then when I asked her how to fix it for the next time I was told its already done I did not like the fat that she did not explain to me the problem I will be very surprised if I finish this year withboost my husband purchased the phone but I do not like the service customer service at this location.
The girl worked at this office couldnt be bothered at all, bad customer service.

Please do yourself a favor and dont shop here. These thieves posing as retail workers were trying to sell me a flip phone for $50!!!! I went to the other store in Leicester and the same phone was $20! I ended up getting a smartphone for $25 tho.. Go to the store in Leicester its a night and day difference!
WORST PLEACE! Nasty and sneaky maganers and owner. I would place NO star if possible. Please people do not go to the store in 635 patton ave or any store owned by this owner. They will over charge you because they say their boss forces them to over charge for cases $30 dollars and at the New Leicester store their cases are $15 how is that even to compare.. they over charge on activation fees and they totally do not respect their policies they always tell you, you have a 7 day return and if you change your mind that same day they will not give you your money back they will automatically charge you with $35 dollars + some unknown fees and you get not even half of the money you paid. These people are just thiefs. IF YOU EVER GO TO A BOOST STORE PLEASE ASK WHO THE OWNER IS OR MANAGER. Some one calle camile or camiille something like that and some fat girl raquel. Ask for those names and walk away always compare your prices with other boost stores you will see you save money and time.

Please dont use that store they scamed me. I went to another boots store to see how much they would charge me for switching phones and i was told that my money was basically stolen. I couldnt get a refund because it was privately owned and they didnt care about costumer service, never coming back!!

My boyfriend upgraded his phone from this location and paid his bill but it never got paid and when we tried to visit the store at 12pm on Monday, it was closed and was supposed to be opened at 10am.
