Best Christmas Shop around!!! Amazing variety and options. Seriously have everything. There is a small upstairs area aimed more for kids and a large downstairs area with tons of collectibles. A must see for anyone in the Christmas spirt !!!

This place is the CUTEST! It definitely makes you feel like youre in the Christmas shopping spirit during the summer. From the Merry Christmas welcoming at the entrance, to the ornament for every occasion, profession, interest and decoration idea you can think of.It is pricey, and Id like to think that the prices are on the higher end during the summer cause theres not many other Christmas decorations store out there year round. But, theyre in a good location with a pretty good amount of foot traffic, so although the prices are a bit higher for my taste, they have do have PLENTY of decorations and tons that are not your typical decor.

Communist Christmas shop would not let us spend our money or purchase our things because we had no masks...even though there is no state mandate and zero cases the last couple days. It’s getting old....taking our money elsewhere.

This great shop in Biltmore Village is packed full Christmas cheer. There are ornaments made of wood, glass, yarn, plastic, feathers and more. Some are molded, carved, stuffed, hand made, popular animation and, of course, special “Asheville” ornaments. Home decor galore including wreaths, stockings, toys, art, nativities, clocks and SO MUCH MORE. What a wonderful treat to find in the Village where most shops are very expensive. I found ornaments for under $1 and many in the $7 range and up. I can’t believe after living in Asheville my entire life I just discovered this hidden treasure.

This was such a treasure to find! Cute little shop with a great variety of ornaments and decor. The women working this morning were warm and welcoming even to my toddler. (Sometimes toddlers and ornaments don’t mix!) They sent her on a pickle hunt, turned on the train and gave her a little candy cane. It was a fun memory for everyone!

Really enjoyed the little Christmas shop and purchased two ornaments for my daughter.

I dont believe I have seen any other Christmas store with that much Christmas stuff. The had so many ornaments and Christmases village items. The employees were also so friendly and nice.

This a beautiful store and I love beautiful Christmas decorations, and I like to buy a new decoration every year, but things in this store cost way to much for the average person like my self. There should be a section for more affordable items. Be for all price range people. The employees were nice, I just couldnt help feeling like this store was for the rich. There were some smaller items affordable. These are hard times.

If your in the village and adore everything Christmas, go ahead and plan to stop by. The ladies that the run the store are full of Christmas cheer. Although sticker shock may occur, you get what you pay for... High end collector Christmas pieces for sale and unique ornaments you cant just walk into a similar store and get. However, you may one of the lucky shoppers that gets a random in-store coupon to use.

Its just really cramped and I didnt find much hand made stuff which is really what I was looking for. They have just a ton of random ornaments and then a lot of Christmas decorative stuff like plates etc. And its all going to run pretty high price because its historic Biltmore village. The candy land area upstairs was underwhelming [[in my opinion]] because it was so small and was primarily ornaments in the shape of foods.

This put me in the Christmas mood. We bought a new tree skirt! Love the selection.

Cute store! This was a surprise for my four year old who loves all things Christmas. He was so excited. The service was great. We didnt feel hassled at all. I went with 3 kids and going in was a little scary because kids like to touch and they move fast. I loved that they had my kids search for a pickle in the entire store. They earned a prize once they found the pickle. This is very creative. It gets them looking without touching because they are so focused on searching for the pickle that they dont get distracted with all the nice (and delicate) decor. We will definitely come back whenever we are in the area.So we did go back on November 27th, 2020 and it has definately changed. Im just going to blame it on Covid. Its the same people running the store which I thought was nice but as soon as you walk in they greet you with Wear your mask. Not nice and familiar just cold and rude. They dont have the pickle anymore for the kids and I can almost say they dont like kids to be there anymore. They are overpriced which was expected but its still a nice store to check out and get ideas. Everything they sell you can easily find online or diy.

Drove over an hour because website lists the shop was open until 5:30. Get off the exit at 5:12 and sit through back to back lights and finally arrive at the shop at 5:18. We are thinking we have 12 minutes to at least pick out a few ornaments. The door is locked. The person inside is standing there. My son calls and asks if we could please come in and look as we drove over an hour to get there. We are told they closed early due to Covid and traffic which makes no sense.And she has already closed register. He explains that the site says 5:30. She says, “Sorry”, in a not so caring voice.My suggestion is to shop elsewhere with customer service like that and a complete lack of care for her customers. There are other Christmas shops. I’ve been to Asheville to visit Biltmore many times. I’ll think twice before darkening this shop’s door. I’ll spend my money elsewhere because in today’s world, customer service matters because you aren’t the only shop around.

The store is very well-stocked, and the staff is most courteous. I was surprised that they knew where all of the inventory was.

The lovely ladies at this shop went WAY out of their way to find and then send me a beautiful ornament to celebrate that after fighting breast cancer this year, I am disease free now! They have a beautiful shop and they are beautiful people. I recommend getting your ornaments there to remember your trip to Biltmore Village

Not the worst Christmas shop but certainly not the best. Kind offaux-friendly and when I asked the price of an item that was clearlymeant to go over a light on a string of tree lights, the girls saidthey werent for sale, just part of an arrangement....in an, IMHO,over-priced container that didnt include them. They seemed toobusy chatting to help. Surely somewhere in Asheville you can finda better Christmas shop!

Snowed last night woke up today and it was 55 degrees roads perfect! Every other shop was open at 12pm, and it said this one did to expect none opened the store. Very disappointing, was the only store we cares about seeing and they just didnt open and no sign or voicemail as to why? ! Frustrating to say the least!
