Had a problem trying to remove muzzle brake try everything but could get it loosen. Took it to these guys and they got it done in about 30 minutes. They did a excellent job and I highly recommend them .
My first time doing business here. Great service and fair pricing.
I inherited an old colt .380 and decided to take it apart and clean it. Turns out I shouldn’t have touched it. Brought it to them in pieces and left it with them to sort out my mess. Got a call a couple days later saying it was ready to go. Showed up to pick it up and not only was it fixed but they patiently took the gun back apart and showed me what happened and how to fix it should it happen again. Above and beyond. Thank you!
Orion was ultra helpful and his expertise/experience = undeniable
Great service and very knowledgeable. Orion fixed my gun quickly. He really knew his stuff. Cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend them.
Phil and his staff are hard to beat for pistol maintenance, repair, and modifications. I have used he and his staff several times over the last year. I find them to be professional, knowledgeable, and very reasonable for pricing. I highly recommend them.
Staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Can’t wait to work with them again in the future. Highly recommend them.
Excellent gun shop with a great selection of guns and gear, expert gunsmithing services and custom work plus some very friendly staff who are extremely knowledgeable and skilled along with absolutely fantastic costumer service every visit.
Phil and O’Brien are problem solvers with any weapon. Can’t say enough good things. They’re great.
Phil really knows his stuff, fast, great prices, incredibly knowledgeable. 6 stars from me.
Excellent service! Had a slide cerakoted and had it the next day. Good and very knowledgeable staff.
Phil has worked on my guns for years and I consider him a good friend. Phil has the widest knowledge of guns and gun smith-ing of anyone I know. If you have the opportunity get to know Phil Flack, he will treat you right. Great place to get advice if you are buying a gun or to learn more about firearms. He has a large number of firearms to look at whether its for home protection or hunting. Law Enforcement depends on Phil. Phil is the rare guy these days who is a man of his word .....Phil will welcome you and make you feel at home, he is an authority on re-loading and all things firearms, a great place to spend some time.
Very rude over the phone no help at all
I brought my revolver in for a new site, trigger spring and general smoothing out of the trigger pull. The only negative is that it took over a month, but in fairness it was during 2 or 3 gun shows Phil mayve mentioned it but I did not think it would be that long. BUT, the work was flawless, I shoot so much better and now my wife can shoot the gun. Mike was helpful each time I called, and Phil did seem to take great pains to make it right. BTW the cost overall was less than I expected. Very happy and will use again
Ive known Phil and family for years. Expert customization, friendly, knowledgeable, and all with a smile. Phil has helped my dad countless times with his firearms, and I would recommend no one else.
Great shop with gunsmithing top of the line! There is a backlog for suppressors. Not the shops fault due to the fear of Hillery getting elected. Bought my suppressor and the only delay was government paperwork. Wished Id bought it 10 yrs ago.....I might still have most of my hearing. Very knowledgeable staff! Great class3 dealer in full auto weapons! 5 stars!
Work they did for me exceeded my expectations. Staff was very friendly, knowledgable, and didnt mind answering any questions I had. I will be sending PF Custom more of my business.
They have always been a good shop to get things fixed or modified. Ive been going to them for 22 years!
Excellent service, all questions answered by experts in their field.
No issues with PF Customs as a gun shop. They sell firearms and accessories like many other businesses. My problem came from trying to use their gun smith services. On January 7th, I dropped off a .22 rifle that was shooting low and right, along with some test ammo, and POS align rings. I was told by a fellow named Joe it would be a month or two. I called every 4 weeks for an update (didnt want to pester), and unless I got Joe, no one even knew what rifle I was talking about. As of May 16, it had been over 4 months and no one had looked at my rifle. I sent a friend to pick it up since they are closed on my only day off, and he was charged $40 for them having kept it, I guess. Not a single round had been fired and the scope hadnt even been adjusted.Asheville is in dire need of a competent, honest gunsmith, but I hate to say that judging from my lone experience, PF Customs aint it! I hate to be bitter, but my rifle would be in the exact same condition had it sat in my safe the last 4 months, not to mention charging $40 bucks for nothing. I posted my experience with dates and times on the NC gun owners forums if anyone wants more details.
Love this guy shop and the personal service is great. Thanks
Their expertise, friendliness, and reasonable prices are unbeatable.
Great place, Joe is them man to fix it if its broke! Will be back.
Great shop, good people
Never had anything but a positive experience at PF. Whether you need custom gun smiting/ machine work, refinishing, or just general honest advice on the weapons and accessories they sell you can expect expert level service in all areas.
