I love supporting my local businesses and Michael’s is one of my favorites! John was extremely helpful in helping us pick out a sectional that fit our needs, he was patient and kind! We also received speedy service and our furniture was in stock and was delivered within days! The delivery team was very quick and took very fine care in setting it up to our liking! I love Michaels furniture. My family has been going there for years, the sales team and delivery team have always been very nice and helpful. I love the payment plans as well, Ive always been able to pay a reasonable amount every month and not an arm and a leg.

Michaels was recommended by a family member. Very good assortment of recliners which is why we came in. They were able to deliver the next day and were on time. Two young men removed the old one and brought in the new one. Very happy with the product.

Employees went out of their way to find exactly what we wanted. They even found a couch in the warehouse so we could sit on it to know it what we wanted. I wish I remember his name, the employee helped us visualize a chair measurement so we could figure out what we need. Thank you very much!

We bought a couple of bedroom suites from this location in 2019. Our bed apparently had a wooden frame that cracked and collapsed a full year after the furniture warranty had expired. We love our headboard and footboard, but did not want to try another wooden frame that might break again. I called Michaels and after a couple trips out to my house and several discussions, we came to a mutally acceptable solution. We now have a metal frame with our wooden bed and are extremely satisfied. Thank you!

Ive been a customer for a lot of years. Was disappointed, there was a sofa I wanted and wasnt available. But thought about it and willing to wait up to 6 weeks.

Stopped by on Saturday to get furniture, my first ever purchase from them coach was affordable, and if you cant pay it all at once, you can apply for financing. My grandmother always got her furniture from here. Easily one of the best furniture places in town.

I went to Michaels Furniture this past Thursday after conducting a Google search for nearby furniture stores. I was instantly welcomed and the owner helped me pick out a great sectional and arm chair. My husband and I are weekenders in the area and needed a Friday or Saturday delivery and he set it up for delivery on Saturday (two days later), which is not a normal delivery day for GOTL. The delivery personnel that delivered were great! They were very professional and nice. When we need any furniture for our GOTL house, I’ll be sure to go to Michaels to buy it!

Great selection and friendly/helpful staff. The prices are a little high though, since most of the furniture is of higher quality than youd get from Amazon or somewhere cheaper.

Terrible customer service, complained several times the couch did not support on one side. They came out, and fluffed the cushions on the back even though I repeatedly said it sunk in further on one end. They said it felt fine to them, but everyone that sat on it said it was lower.Complained to the manufacturer, they said all warranties are through the seller. Beware of what you buy from them, I believe it was a second, even though we paid over $1000 for it, cash...
