Although the staff was apologetic, the girl waiting on me was clearly new and couldnt do anything correctly nor could her attention span be kept on me and my phones that were being activated. Her supervisor continued to try and correct her and teach her but she just didnt get it. I was there well over an hour, which is ridiculous. IMO she is not cut out for this job

Purchased phone there 3 yrs ago worked great. Mariennis assistance amazing. Recently got the upgrade and she answered All of my ?s n promptly transferred my phones files etc to upgrade. Store great w/ updated accessories and staff extremely knowledgable. Top shelf all around. Thanks for making it easy.

Very clean and organized store! Jim is great and is very knowledgeable of all the phones and accessories to go with them. They activate the phone for you right there and extremely hassle free!

Great Service. Got a free phone and kept my same number. Cheaper too. Someone says place dont exist they musta gone to wrong town.

Excellent phones, Ive never been disappointed. A nice choice of cell phone accessories too, love the bluetooth beanie hats they have. Stay warm while you chat on the phone.

Excellent service, just activate my phone there. She is very friendly and patient, helped me even when I arrived almost at closing time. Totally recommend this place.

Radio shack (audisee) is a great store. They make sure the phone you purchase works before even leaving the store, they give great customer service and have great deals. I highly suggest going through them. Boost is a better working company than Walmarts straight talk too.

Unprofessional, and certainly not interested in attracting new customers.If you are not a Boost Mobile customer, they will not bother to help you. I was asking him a question about my android phone when he asked me who my provider was. When I told him (and it isnt Boost Mobile) he told me to go ask my provider. I asked him directly if he was refusing to help me bc I was not a customer and he said, thats right. Its not like I was holding up the line bc there wasnt even anyone else in the store. Should I ever become discouraged with my present provider, Boost Mobile will not be my choice.
