Everytime I go in the gentleman is very friendly and helpful. He always treats me with respect and asks how I have been. He remembers me which is very nice.

Drove 2 hours to Get there got there at 4PM.. not alot of game stores near me.. & they close at 6 but they left for the day to make Video Game deliveries! W.T.F u could have waited till close or change your house thank u for wasting my TIME & GAS! & 411 Clean your store from the outside looks nasty AF.

Funny how ever time I leave a truthful review on this store, it gets deleted. Funny how most people giving it 5 stars, have no profile image. Funny how there whe around 50 more negative ratings last year, but they are now magicly gone. Guess someone who works there has too much fun, with the report comment button.

Very dirty and unkempt. Owner could not find any of the items he claimed to have. Would only sell some used books as a full set, a number of these books were rotting away. Needless to say, stay away.

Great service the owner there let my friend trade movies and was very nice would definitely recommend!

Sorry but from my own experience this place is Garbage Id love to see this place close for good! The owners are trash and dont even know how to run a store.. I think its funny they think their doing good as a business... 😂😂😂😂😂0 Stars

Super rude from the start and the place is a mess. I’ve never met someone for the first time that was as rude as the guy I spoke to. I do not reccomend to anyone going inside his store. Being nice to people goes a long way buddy

They are the best around athol for good price movies and games and other stuff

Grew up in Athol, and it was the only game store or anything like that. However, they will charge you out the nose for used games, and pay you a pittance for anything you try to turn in. Plus, they had an incompetent person try to clean my copy of Final Fantasy 7 because a friend of mine decided to try and get it clean for me. Destroying it, and then refuse to offer compensation or anything. Would not recommend unless you have no other choice.

Went to sell a handheld console at this location and was miss informed on what I was told when they saw my item I was selling. Went to store and owner was extremely rude and would not even test the console and declined the offer of buying it when I was told they would buy it after seeing it.

I went there to get sell some ps 2 games that I bought from him for about 2 dollars each I bought 10 he said that they were worth nothing rip off thats not all we went in with our os 2 because it was broken and he told us what was wrong and had to pay him $50 when we got home it worked for about half an hour and broke after waiting for the part for 2 months. Then when I got a xbox 360 he sold me a xbox game instead of a xbox 360 he didnt even tell me so I was confused when I went to play them and it didnt work also employs shoeless and rude .

Ok, so this store has its ups and downs at certain times... now let me tell you guys something! You want a good game? Like, a RARE game? Than go on their website. Apparently, everything rare goes up onto their website. However, they should have some in stock AT THE STORE. Thats what brings business in. Another thing: I went in here, hearing that they sell Magic/Yugioh/Pokemon. Now, I love all three. Play all three and have a blast. After half an hour of browsing, trying to find good cards, an employee yelled at me for taking too long. I was going to purchase, but decided not to. Ive met the guy at Riettas and hes wicked nice... the employee though was rude as hell.

The store is discussing, dust everywhere, games all over the place, register was half open, he didnt have shoes on, there was a dog barking, and I felt uncomfortable the whole time, I dont recommend ever going here.

This store rips you off. I had a laptop that needed to be fixed so I gave the a pile of DVDs, two iPods the Chargers and a case for an iPod 5th generation. They said yep will fix u laptop... But wait thats not all they said after looking at the laptop the need $50. So on Christmas Eve morning 2015 I paid it. Wow thats it. They said it will be ready on Wednesday. That day I call they said yep its fix. But here this when I got ther they said I owe another $50. They ripped me off

Had a bad experience there..the girl with the glasses that work there was very rude and the store looks like a dump.never going to this store again and wouldnt recommend it to anyone....thats entertainment store in fitchburg is ten time better.👌👍✌
