Without exaggeration our experience dealing with Auburn Chrysler Dodge Jeep was a delight. It started with an internet inquiry to find a Jeep Wrangler, we were contacted by by a Auburn representative who was very polite and helpful. We were at this point dealing with three dealers who has contacted us; we decided that the Auburn dealership had a possible match to what we were looking for. We drove to the dealership and arranged to meet with a gentleman named Cruz to go over inventory; (Cruz is a great guy) you should ask for him, but to be honest everyone at the dealership was great. After test driving one of the Jeeps we found the one we wanted, and the negotiations began with a price for our trade-in, which they gave a very fair trade-in value and a great price on a fully loaded Wrangler Rubicon. From the first contact through the final vehicle delivery was an excellent experience and did not take that long time wise. We would definitely recommend Auburn Chrysler Dodge Jeep.

Servicing your vehicle here is a giant headache. We have multiple vehicles that we take in every six months for servicing. We have problems literally every visit. Whether it be small like not replacing the oil change sticker or resetting the oil life monitor, or something major like completely skipping required services for our warranty. Then when we ask not to touch our tires, they almost always do. I have had to pull vehicles back in because the tire pressure was too low to safely drive. And they will act like we are unreasonable and making life too hard for wanting them to provide the services we are paying for. It is consistently terrible.

In this age of such poor service, to find an auto service company that deals at such a high level of customer care I am thrilled. First off, I want to thank Sasha, Jimmy & Mia for an extraordinary experience! I had spent the better part of October and all of November looking for the Toyota Tacoma TRD sport in quicksand. I was looking as far as Ohio and Washington and almost went through with a purchase of one of the vehicles i found in those states. Fortunately, i received a call from my brother in law that Auburn Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram had the truck i was looking for. Within an hour of this call, I was making my way down from Tahoe to check out the vehicle. Sasha and Jimmy were kind, patient and easy to work with. Ok, they charged me hella for service then my car had major problems a week later. Staff is not very knowledgeable I called every day for a week with a simple question. Then ended up driving in someone elses car to get a simple printed estimate.Well they told me that the code reader on my car wasnt delete able and that there were no visible codes, so they then ran a diagnostic and found an apparent issue. They wanted 3000 more to fix this issue that they discovered. Then I took it to an actual mechanic who said that the memory had been wiped on my cars system. Total manipulation and coercion on their part. The mechanic got nothing mechanically wrong, I had them do an indepth diagnostic. The dealership just wanted me to buy a car from them...
Dont try to use your free oil changes with a Jeep purchase. Want you to wait 2 weeks and then leave the car. Terrible service. Just a scam.
Service was good and they gave me a loaner car which I appreciated but when I got my pickup back the radio station was blasting rock music and the screen was changed from what I had and the clock said 1:40 when it was actually 5:30. I am a 72 year old widow and I dont appreciate having to try to change everything back to where it was.
I have been coming here for years since purchasing my 2016 RAM 2500 and they have always treated me well. Most recently I basically wait until the onboard computer tells me when it is time for service and then schedule service online. Also I almost always use the shuttle service to return home if they are going to have the truck all day. Apparently due to Covid-19 pandemic understandably the shuttle service is not available, however the online service scheduler did not indicate that, so slightly disappointed this was not available therefore just waited in the service lobby for a couple hours while they completed the service. The other thing is I had purchased a service contract when I first bought the truck, however was not aware that it actually expires so apparently and disappointedly I missed out on an opportunity for a couple oil changes had I known could have brought it in sooner. Wish that I would have been notified in advanced. Lastly, I am greatly appreciated that they also always provide a military veteran discount upon purchase of parts and service. I will continue to go here and highly recommend to others.
GO ELSEWHERE!!! This dealership is painfully unorganized and showed no concern after wasting 3 hours of my day and forcing me to look to another dealership for a simple oil change. After scheduling an appointment for a simple oil change 4 days in advance, when I arrived for the appt. I was told their only tech had to go to lunch and I would need to return 1 hour later. I returned 1 hour later only to be told they were going to TRY to fit me in and the oil change would take 2 hours. I was very clear when scheduling the appt. that I would be waiting for the car. No effort was made to make the situation right. If they cant even get their scheduling correct, I didnt trust them to remember all the steps to a simple oil change. I will tell everyone I can not to waste their time and $$ at Auburn Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.

We recently bought a used 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee from a friend. I couldnt get the transfer case to go into Neutral for Flat Towing. I took it to our Local Jeep / Dodge Dealer in Auburn CA. Kerry Saunders a Service Advisor and I walked through the Owners Manual procedure, step by step... The Transfer case still wouldnt go into neutral... So I left it with them last evening 5-26-2020 to have it checked out today 5-27-2020. Knowing their labor charge is $180 @ hour I wasnt thrilled... I get a call from Kerry Saunders at 7:30 AM with good news. He was able to get the Transfer case into and out of Neutral. So I picked it up this AM and he walked me through the procedure. The Owners manual fails to mention 2 things. 1) The Parking Brake needs to be off. 2) You need to Keep your foot on the brake pedal during the entire procedure. After adding those 2 steps to the procedure, the Transfer case went into and out of Neutral. That was verified on the dash board. Thanks Kerry Saunders for taking the extra step to try it one more time and figure it out, before sending it to the Techs @ $180 per hour. 5 out of 5 stars. Thank you
A Tale of Two DealershipsI purchased my RAM Power Wagon at the Roseville RAM dealership. After purchasing the truck, no sooner than I drove it home when I discovered that there were some things wrong with it. I brought it back to that dealership twice, once for 3 hours, another time for 3 days...they didnt fix it! Then I brought the truck to Auburn RAM. I explained that I was a little upset, and wondering if purchasing this truck (brand new, $61,000) was a mistake. They assured me that they would take care of me. They not only fixed the truck, but while doing so Chris Lawson was talking to the mechanic and giving me updates about what he was doing. In addition to fixing the truck, Chris called me to schedule a second appointment so that the mechanic could check out a few more things. Chris assured me they would not close out the work order until I am completely satisfied and confident that my new truck is not going to fail on me. This is really important to me: I spend a lot of time in parts of Nevada where the nearest dealership is 3-4 hours away (Reno or Pahrump).In addition Chris has been helping me explore some modifications I want to make to the truck to make it even more 4x4 compliant for the desert.After my experience with the Roseville RAM, I was ready to take my new RAM (purchased 3 weeks ago) over to the Ford dealership and trade it in. After my experience with Auburn RAM, I think Ill give this truck a chance and keep it for awhile. Thanks to Michael Degroot, Chris Lawson, and all the folks at Auburn RAM.
Horrible service Dept, from the service manager to the service writers, brought my vehicle in 3 times for a noise, no one can figure it out so they just send me on the way with no answers, bought this car brand new a year ago, also bought 2 other cars here in the last 3 years, but they dont care about loyal customers, I even tried to reach the owner of the dealership. Guess what no responce. I will never spend a dime at this dealer again. Horrible..

Ive always been greeted with a smile and a handshake. The folks that work there are very helpful. We did end up buying our truck there, largely in part to how they made us feel welcome. I liked the the smaller dealership compared to the auto mall feeling, if you know what I mean. If youre in the market for a new vehicle, you might want to consider them.

Absolute best experience!!!! This was my first time purchasing a car, and everyone here was nothing but helpful. I called to see if a certain car was there, and an associate named Jennifer made me an appointment for me. When I got there she had the car waiting for me at the front. Before the test drive, the sales consultant,Tyler, went over the entire car and showed me the features. During the test drive, he was hilarious and easy going. It made the drive fun and relaxing. When it came to numbers, they found me the best interest rate with a great credit union. They didn’t hassle me with paying more than what I wanted to spend. I was getting to the max that I wanted to spend, and they made accommodations and helped me afford GAP and the extended warranty.When it came to car insurance, I was having such a hard time finding someone to answer the phone so I could leave the lot with full coverage. Tyler and his team went out of their way to call an insurance agent/friend for me and got me an amazing monthly rate.They made my first buying experience amazing!!!!

I made an appointment for my Rams first oil change and to have three recalls taken care of... expecting a long wait. On arrival I was immediately met by Service Advisor Charles Bruce. While entering my vehicles data to start the process he stated that his team should have the oil change and recalls completed in 1 1/2 hrs. Clean and comfortable waiting area... shopped the Lot on the new Rams, and 1 1/2 hrs later I was on my way. Best dealer service experience I have had in many years. It is worth the drive... to Auburn Dodge!!!

The level of customer service, attention to detail, and honesty I get from Brian is some of the best I have received as a customer. He always quotes me competitive rates as well as helps me to understand issues or questions I have with my truck or my van which is also a dodge.

The service writers are nice, but the mechanics cant follow simple instructions. Examples include dont rotate my tires, they got rotated. Dont adjust my air pressure they went in at 45 in the front and 70 in the back, came out at 42 and 45 in the front, 43 and 44 in the back. This kind of stuff happens almost every time.
Brought in my new Ram 3500 to clear a recall and my experience was that this is a very well run operation. Lili Steele was my contact and she was very professional and thorough and friendly. Excellent service, no wait no problems. This was the first time I had a vehicle serviced by them and I am very happy that they will be there to help with anything else I need for my Ram truck. One less thing to think about.

We had a great experience buying my sons first car here. Great staff. Easy to work with. We got back from the test drive snd walked out less then 1 hour later with keys in hand.
Took truck in with two items to correct. The vehicle was returned to me with one item resolved and one item was not observed by the technician so this item was left up in the air(unresolved). Each time this occurs, the.truck won’t move and renders the operator without transportation until it begins working again.This resolution doesn’t leave me with a warm and fuzzy feeling. Got a five star for manifold issue and not too many stars for the electrical transmission issue. Lili’s Steele was my service advisor. She was personable and my truck was at the dealership for the day. I know that the car industry has mechanical regional managers and they have knowledge as to what type of issues are occurring throughout the company. I would have felt better, had more research been done to determine if my issue is the 1st of its kind. Possibly regional or national managers might have knowledge as to The electrical short coming of the transmission. This still could be done by someone at the dealership. I would appreciate that follow up, as well as a call back with your findings.

I was referred to Auburn Dodge and Service Rep Brian Evans by a trusted friend. As always, my friend did not steer me wrong.The young lady who scheduled my service was knowledgeable and professional. She took the time to look up the recalls on my truck and ensure the parts were available. She set the tone for the best service experience I have had with a dealership.The morning I arrived for the service appointment I was not met by a line of vehicles, as I have at all other dealers, rather I was immediately met by an employee named Forest [I think that was his name, sorry if I am wrong) who began the check in process and referred me to Brian.Brian was, as my friend had said, friendly, courteous, professional and customer oriented. He ensured all service concerns were addressed, answered every question, and most important was honest about when I could expect to pick my vehicle up. Something other dealers had consistently gotten wrong, which is a problem when you live more than an hour from the dealer. Had an issues that was difficult to figure out. It took a couple visits but they were very helpfull. The problem came from the factory not doing there job. I will continue going there for anymore issues.

Had the worst experience of my life and i am not exaggerating a bit. I went to see a truck and went i got there there was another person “buying it” ok so I left. Then the sells man (Josh) calls me saying that the car is available again. I drive there again (20 miles away) and test the vehicle and start the credit application and while im waiting there they tell me that another guy who drove test the vehicle after me is buying it... WHAT A JOKE!!! The most unprofessional place I ever been. This was going to be the second vehicle i buy from them. No more... Terrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and go to Roseville instead
