I had just moved to the US and went into T-Mobile with my partner to get a new sim.  We were greeted by two employees, a pleasant lady and Mark. I was sold a package at an incorrect price and I only came to realize this when the debit order went through. I went back into the store and the lady I originally spoke to remembered out interaction, apologized, and confirmed that I was given incorrect information. I asked that the supervisor, Mark, give me a call back as I was surprised by the poor level of service I recieved. All I was expecting, was an apology. Instead, Mark, hostile and rude, calls me insisting that he never gave me incorrect information and that my partner, the lady at the store and I, all heard him incorrectly. This was certainly not the case, as I asked clarifying questions before confirming the plan.  Its absolutely pathetic that T-Mobile thinks its okay to sell people plans at incorrect prices and take no responsibility for it. It really makes me wonder if this is a new marketing scheme or sheer disregard for international customers?

Will was very informative They had to order the phone I wanted. It wont come in till Sept. 21. It is on back order.

Employee had a very bad attitude and was very disrespectful. I heard T-Mobile focusing on providing great customer service, right?

T-Mobile is anxious to sell plans to seniors, but when the phone acts up Jessica says she is not allowed to help seniors. Why did they sell a plan to seniors if they dont like old people.

Came in yesterday to get my wife a new iwatch. Roland R. Helped us out and it was a great experience. He is very thorough and very nice. Ended up buying two watches!

I did give a negative review earlier based on my experience yesterday. I had been treated very rudely and badly at that store. Navetta the associate manager did not help, provided no information, and behaved very unprofessional. I would have advised you all to not go there, but the store manager fixed the problem and helped me with my issue and assured me that the necessary steps will be taken to train the people better. Store manager Anthony was really nice, made me feel really better about the whole situation. I would go back because I know the head there is responsible and know how to treat people better. I will stay away from Navetta though.

The service was very good, and the staff was willing to attend to your requests all the time. t-mobile is a really good cellphone service provider

I went over there and was told if I joined on with T Mobile I would get two lines for $130 plus a third line free before autopay. So I joined and a couple weeks later get a bill for $185 part of that was being charged $25 for a third line. Went up there to figure out whats going on. Apparently the girl who signed us up didnt realize this promotion expired ( not my fault) and the plan changed to $185. On top of that they raised the two lines from $130 to $155. The sales manager did credit back the amount that was owned to me. However their corporate office said they would not honor the price they told me from here on out. On top of all that BS we also got our Netflix signed on with them because that was part of the plan, two days after doing that our account got hacked. Save yourself the misery because any company who doesnt honor thier screw up is a joke...

Always talk everything thoroughly and they dont pressure you into anything.

I was in the store today and left my wallet on the counter while looking at phones. Meanwhile a security guard came in and evidently thought that the wallet was lost so he picked it up. One of the guys working in the store noticed and helped me hunt down the security guard to help get my wallet back. Very strange situation but Im so glad he helped me. Very nice people working in that store!

Good customer service. Agents pleasant and eager to please.
