Well I qualify for broadcast for during the covid the gentleman and there didnt know too much about it cuz he hadnt signed anybody up but I signed up for it and it still keeps saying that Im eligible so I dont really stand any of that so now I got to go into another store because I get upgrade to the $55 unlimited but yet its supposed to only be $5 for the month but he was very helpful in what he knew

Very nice and helpful staff who went above and beyond to help me with a cell phone that wasnt working properly. While I was in the store, he helped several other customers. He seemed to know what he doing and, more importantly, seemed to really like his job and working with customers.

This little girl. First off, we were being helped by another employee, meanwhile shes helping another customer. She rudely interrupted the business with her customer and the other employee helping us, talking down to him, that he was incorrect. Fine. But after her customer left, she begins to help us, and after 20 min of her repeating herself, and not giving us any answers to any of our questions, she rips my phone out of my hand, rips the back off and takes out my SIM card without even turning it off. So what. Then I ask for the 3rd time the main question we had, and she clocks her head at us, and says if youre going to have an attitude you can take your service elsewhere.... all we tried to do, was ask a few simple questions and try to figure out why on earth she started getting nasty with us just because she didnt know an answer. If you dont know, just say so and that you will try to find out. She then slammed my phone down hard on the table and told us to get the F out of the store. And refused me any answers, service, anything. Just beware, she claimed she was the store manager and found out the next day when she wasnt there, that she wasnt . Buyer beware.

This is one place that certainly deserves a chance for your business. The entire staff, the store manager are PEOPLE/PEOPLE and go beyond most business these days, to insure a happy and satisfy experance and they dont forget u. Always ready to help however they can. As long as that staff is there they will always have my business and anyone I can refer with the highest and enthusiastic recommendation
