Excellent service & prices. The two young ladies helping me were professional & very friendly. The doctor answered my questions & was very helpful. Visit was 2/4/21. They also billed my insurance, so nothing out of my pocket.

The rude older 70 lady.. was so bad..I will never get them there again....

We had an appointment at 4 and we arrived 5 minutes early just to find out that the doctor left thinking we weren’t going to come? The staff called us a day before reminding us of the appointment at 4 and when we did arrive, the doctor was gone and they rescheduled a month later!

I have a very complicated prescription (over +6 in both eyes with an astigmatism kicker) and have had terrible luck with eye doctors UNTIL I started seeing Dr. Lee. I have followed him since he was at Costco and still continue to see him even though I live in Seattle (around 8 years with Dr. Lee). He and his team are extremely responsive and helpful and have always put my eye care needs ahead of anything else.

Id recommend this place to anyone looking for quality glasses at a reasonable price. Seems like they take most insurances. Besides the good selection and great prices, the real reason Id recommend it is the customer service. Employees were helpful, friendly, personable and knowledgeable. They rolled with my sass and gave it right back. Ill stop by just to say hi.

We always receive wonderful customer service from Chelsea, whether it be in person or over the phone. Dr. Lee is also a delightful human who makes the exam experience hilarious and comfortable. 10/10 would recommend! :)

I needed safety glasses for work at Boeing so I went to Fred Meyer because I live close.I chose the glasses I wanted. After six days I picked them up and they were not what I chose. I thought it would be okay they are just for working. After using them for a week the bridge of my nose broke out in a rash. I returned to the Feed Meyer Vista optical and let them know the bridge piece is what caused the problem. They offered no solution. I am out over $400.00 . Be warned they do not stand behind their products.

Went to pick up my new lenses and the older lady was changing them out. All the while talking about her personal life. Handed me my glasses, and I noticed that they looked strange and she proceeded to tell me they were right. They were NOT. I get out to my car and put them on because she made me feel rushed and like I was wrong. They were definitely in the wrong sides, along with she stretched the band that holds in the lenses (this is what she said was supposed to look like this and by this, I mean, they were practically popping out of the frame). They were blurry and I had her look at them again. *I* apologized for coming back again and explained I didnt want to be a pain. And she said how my lenses could go in either side. This is incorrect, as I have an astigmatism and did not bother to look at the prescription. In her frustration, she popped the lenses back out but did so with a metal object and scratched my new lenses - both of them. I definitely will be going in one final time to explain this again and my disappointment. But I dont think Ill be back to this location again. She was very short tempered and rude. I am still is awe that she felt so frustrated that she ruined brand new lenses before I truly got the chance to wear them.
