I had an appointment here for myself and my daughter. It took 10-15 minutes For them to confirm my insurance. By then they said we had used up one of our appointment slots, so they could only see one of us. When the doctor called me back, he said only one person was allowed in the exam room at a time. My daughter would have to wait somewhere else. For her eye exam he would not allow me in the room. He expected me to leave my 7 year old daughter in a closed room with him… I don’t think so! When I refused to leave her alone, The doctor told me that I had wasted his time and two appointments slots. He gave my paperwork to the employee and told her to shred my paperwork. It would have been nice to know about this policy when I made the appointments…. However it appears they can’t tell you this a head of time bc it’s NOT a Walmart vision policy, just the doctors preference.

I purchase a glasses by prescription from them, I choose the basic one coated with light protection the computer and phone harm lights with 150$. After less than 6 months that coated layer begins to peel a little bit and they refuse to change the glasses because there is no warranty on walmart basic glasses the best they can do is taking a 20% off the new glasses I want to replace. What a bad quality and support for their item they have . I will never dealing with walmart optics again. Please dont buy glasses from them. Note my problem not with the staff but with the policy.

Dont go here expecting chitchat. The doctor might not look at you when hes talking during your entire visit. That being said, he is very quick and precise at what he does. I had two visits that lasted under 3 minutes each and was very satisfied with what he did.

I). The cost of making one pair of eye glasses here is almost twice that at Americas Best.2). Eye glasses was not ready on the date I was promised to come pick it up, it was further delayed by over a week. Thats very disappointing!
