My son needed a first pair of glasses. Mark and his staff did an awesome job with the latest choices for my son and he loves his new glasses ! Oakley Ray Ban and Nike to name a few of the huge selection !

The entire staff is great to work with and they have a great selection of frames to choose from. They handle all of the coordination with your insurance company which is also a huge benefit. Mark and Joe are very helpful and make recommendations with regards to your specific needs. Keep up the old fashion great customer service, it is hard to find these days.

My first exposure with Silbert Optical was to purchase Randolph Engineering shooting glasses. I dealt with a gentleman named Joe. Joe is a nice guy. Very understated,dry and funny. And helpful. I got good advice and a great set of frames and lenses. Thank you. It was worth the drive from Syracuse.

I give this place 5 stars. Staff are very personable, easy to talk to and helpful. My young son was comfortable selecting his first pair of glasses. My elderly parents both had eye exams and were very comfortable. My turn is next and I will also be going to Silbert for my eye exam and glasses selection.

They told my 82 year old mother they accepted Medicare and continued to tell us they filed the paper work over and over and it took time to process but each time we called Medicare they never received any paper work. Called to talk to the owner Mark and the woman who answers the phone continue to tell us he was busy and would call us back. He never called back. They allowed the time limit to run out and cost my mother $180.00.Shameful they would take advantage of an 82 year - old woman. They should be reported to BBB and NYS.

They are very helpful, the glasses selection is nice and if they dont have what you are looking for they can order it for you if you let them know the model. They handle all the insurance communications and make shopping for glasses a pleasant experience.
