I have shopped at HEP for years and was always a big fan of what they carry and their helpful staff. Recently visited the kitchen showroom and was helped by Klaressa to replace our cabinets. She was great and is very easy to work with. Very impressed overall. Check them out.

Found what We needed

The pros at Hep are leaps and bounds better than the big box stores help. I was in and out with the correct plumbing supplies in less time than it took me to walk into their neighbors let alone find somebody to talk to. If you need to consult with a pro on a do it yourself repair this is the place. The pressure reduction valve was cheaper there too.

Excellent customer service and selection of items. An old fashioned hardware store in that the service offered is excellent, the variety of products great and they have multiple locarions throughout New York. This specific one is on route 5 and can be difficult to turn when exiting during peak traffic hours.
