Great personnel at the counter. They were very patient and knowledgeable. Purchased wood and 2 5-gallons of fence stain. More pricey than I thought, but our fence turned out great! Pictures show how the cedar tone stain turns out. This is the lightest stain there is besides clear.

Good place to find lumber with decent prices. Talk to the guy who does the posting on offer up.Hes friendly fast and straight to the point.

The office people are a joke. I give them a 0 in customer service skills. Keep treating the customers this way and your gonna find out real fast that theres plenty of other places to buy lumber at. Peace ✌️

Dont be fooled by their product. They do have some reasonable prices but are dishonest in applying prices to other products. Their business practices and pricing strategies are inept at best. They buy high and sell high. Better off to get product at any other local hardware store. Better quality, better price, and they stand by what they say! Purchased a lot of construction equipment over the last 20 years and never been so disappointed on misleading information.

Terrible customer service better off going to Lowes... these people are rude and dont care about the product you receive

Have been a repeat customer but after a few months away I purchased some lumber for a new project and then went to Lowes for some other things and noticed that their prices were significantly cheaper. Overpaid $120 for 13 pieces of treated lumber, and they gave me a really warped 2x8.

Place is a great place to buy cedar. I was very happy the quality. The service was excellent.

I purchased over a thousand dollars in lumber from this store, thinking that the wood would be better quality than Home Depot or Lowe’s, my usual supplier didn’t have what I was looking at for at that time. Which is why I had purchased form Tyee lumber. Iv’e never seen with over 20 years of experience as a carpenter wood this terrible, and I do understand that wood expands and can vary at times. We had received boards that had bent over 45 degrees, boards that had cracked within a few days. I will never purchase anything from this store not even a nail. I tried to call them and explain them about my problem with this wood and they had told me that this was my fault that I was held responsible, at any point of my conversation with the management they were not trying to help me, they were trying to blame me for their under quality boards.

Ive been buying my fence materials here for my 280 of fence and I have nothing but good things to say. They have good lumber, a great price, and everyone has been friendly to work with.It can feel a little awkward at first if youre not used to buying from a lumber yard, this isnt Home Depot and the majority of customers these people work with are contractors.I got clear cedar pickets, backer rails, posts, stain, & concrete here for less than I had budgeted through HD or bLowes who carries inferior wood products. I did experience a small hiccup during my project with inventory but the guys here made it right even though its no fault of their own.I will continue to bring my business here and recommend them to anyone else I know who is looking for lumber.

Very quick to to get what you need. Price beats the big box.

I was extremely happy they carried the odd style siding I needed, however, when I asked when they would get more in they said next week. I call to see if it came in, and they say tomorrow, we will call you when its in. NO CALL, so I call again. they say oh tomorrow, Ill call you when its in. Two days go by, NO CALL. I call again, they say oh tomorrow, we will call you when its comes in. Im thinking, sure you will. Two days later, I call again they say oh it came in in and someone bought it all. TOTAL BS. Meanwhile my project sits on hold, halfway done, when I could have traveled a few miles to get the wood. Never again, will I go to these guys, talk about ROTTEN customer service.

The people were all great and they had what I needed. They were very knowledgeable with their products and fair prices. We are pleased.

I called to see if they had cedar siding and before I could say another word this smarta## on the phone starts belting out a hundred questions, one right after the other treating me like I was a dumbsh##. I just hung up. This company has no customer service period
