I was given a 15ft truck with a check engine light on yesterday the 12th of June, truck smelled like sweat, they were only supposed to charge me less than $70 for truck and mileage, my bank statement shows 3 transactions!!! One for $18 one for about $36 then the $70 . I only purchased a roll of packing tape worth $5!!! They will scan you

Reserved a 15 foot truck for 10am. Showed up at 945 and was told that the 15 foot truck I reserved was not available since the previous guy hasent returned it. They then offer me a 20 foot for the inconvenience, but I would have to pay full price for what I dident ask for. Never again will I go back there

Called the auburn location to just get a price. Got talked to like I was an inconvenience told I had to give my name and number before I could be told any prices then she puts me on hold and hangs up on my 5 minutes later.... Called the Baldwinsville location back instead and got prices with no hassle or hold and was told them faster than it took to get past Auburns automated line. Why?

I had a hitch put on my vehicle and shortly after, I started having problems with my turn signal on my vehicle not working. Unfortunately my rear turns lights are LED lights, which rarely blow so I thought it may be loose wiring. It ended up being a loose fuse that Brian found that was the problem. I was impressed that he truly wanted to help me and even showed me the fuse...along with others that were not pushed in all the way! Normally, when you bring something back for a problem, it is a disappointment...and is shows. In this case, Brian was very upbeat and cared about fixing the problem and probably saved me money if I took the car in to a garage. I would encourage anyone looking to get a trailer hitch installed to go to Auburn U-Haul...the price right as well.

Don was very easy to work with and willing to help me load my hitch in my vehicle. He also went out of his way to communicate with other local stores to secure the wiring I needed to haul a boat last minute before the Memorial Holiday

Brought our vehicle in for a hitch and 7 way connector.. We received a 4 pin that would have to be pulled from the vehicles back door each time. skip the D.O.T. issues that would cause lets go straight to if you dont like how we did it you do it. Then the manager gets involved he asks the tech the problem and he refers to me as an A*** explicitive . Of course he yells it loud enough for the elderly lady in the waiting room to hear. then as it turns out the bumper cover was not reinstalled properly and the bolts cross threaded. Everyone has a bad day and this was theres.I need a 7 way connector a brake controller and an apology.

Joe, the person helped me was very professional, helpful and courteous.Joe really went out of his way to make sure we were very happy. Thank you Joe and to U-Haul of Auburn. I will recommend you to anybody.

The employee with the red beard that does the hitch installations has absolutely no idea what hes doing and needs to be fired. His name is brandon. Left my car sitting there for 5 hours just to find out they dont have the correct hitch for my vehicle. Then he tells me that I can go and buy the hitch at the syracuse location and bring it back, and hed install it the very same day, that was 4 days ago and hes still telling me I have to wait another 3 days.... The syracuse location had great customer service and Im going there today to get the hitch and lighting installed.

Brought back the truck I rented was treated like an jerk. Pull in place is full so I park it. Nope not the process. They proceed to guide me in between other trucks which was so narrow I couldnt even of had a butterfly fly threw. Then get out of the truck only to have to get back in and perform a NY state inspection on it. No wonder theyre always hiring. I should have been the one getting paid as I only put 5 miles on the truck.

Worst business Ive ever been to, regular employee with the red beard is a moron and the manager is the rudest person Ive ever met, wanted us to wait 6 hours for a truck to maybe come in or drive an hour and a half to pick up a truck even though we had a reservation for two weeks! Rude liars DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, COST ME HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS!!!!

Called to make a reservation to pick up a car trailer said it would be back at 2 so I made a reservation for 3 to give it time. Sat an hour and a half to pick it up just to get told it wouldnt be back so I had to go to baldwinsville to get one just to drive all the way to rochester to pick up the car I needed to carry! Then wanted to charge me 118 to drop it off in auburn instead of bringing it back to baldwinsville until I pitched a fit and they agreed to the before price! Terrible! They should have more available or ways to get them to the agreed on location! I live in Waterloo go it is all completely out of the way!
