Consistently superb, but drive thru quite slower than normal during morning rush hour. Worth the wait.

I usually rant & rave about Starbucks, but my last 2 visits to this Starbucks have left me less than satisfied. First visit, the person at the window DID NOT acknowledge the 3 of us in the vehicle when trying to speak about our order(which ended up being charged incorrectly); and on my 2nd trip, I requested for more caramel drizzle to be added to the lady at the drive thru, only to hear a voice from inside saying (not so nicely), Im working on it, followed by another voice saying close the window!...very disappointed!

Employees fantastic. Pay them a living wage and then maybe you wouldnt be losing business because you have a 20 minute wait time on a single beverage. I could get a manicure faster than your overworked employees can manage to get orders out.

This location is open for dine in or drive through.Has public restrooms and wifiClosea at 5pm. Not many seats available inside and long wait times

One of the best Starbucks locations i have been so far. Very cozy, nice and well organized. Personnel are also very friendly and helpful. This place really gives you joy and helps enjoy your drinks and food. Dont drive by, just get in and relax.

Stopped at this location for the first time on our way back to Maine this morning. Andrew was awesome and so was the drink he made for me! What a great welcome back to Maine! And Baxter enjoyed his pup cup as well.

What you would a Starbucks to be like. It was clean and the service was fast. Sadly they seem to be always sold out of the Caramel Apple Spice drink.

I started off annoyed that order ahead was not available at this location and we were already going out of the way because my better half just requires Starbucks. The drive thru of course was 10 cars deep so we went in. With no line and just ordering a single iced tea it took 10 minutes. To way overpay for a cup full of ice spritzed with iced tea.

They need to learn how to mix the coffee. You can’t shake the cup to mix it yourself cause they fill it way too much and it takes almost half an hour for the coffee to mix itself. I can’t even drink my coffee and it’s been twenty minutes. What a waste of money.How can the same exact drink cost two different prices? One day it’s 6.97$ than the. Next is 6.43$. How.

The drive thru is quite tight. As a matter of fact, the whole parking lot is. They are a decent Starbucks though. Friendly.

Starbucks was great. Such friendly people and the drive-thru lane went by really quick.

Usually absolutely love this coffee and for us it’s a special treat because of how pricey💰 💰 it is. This morning the special thick layer of salted Carmel cream was non-existent and the coffee after taste is slightly cardboardy.

This store close today did not notify the online ordering, therefore I put in a order and they took my money; I arrived there and nobody is there to give me a refund or food, I got absolutely nothing. I am so disappointed with the service at this place almost every time I come to this location. Very poorly run and staff is rude when they are actually at work.. the Starbucks corporation really needs to come in and check on this place to make sure its running to their standards because usually I love Starbucks and this place makes them look bad.

Waited 40 mins for mobile order. The place is well staffed and friendly, but the time to get the coffee out is long.

Pretty good sandwich. The coffee was pretty sweet.

Service was super slow. You compete with the drive-thru line which went around the building. Felt like they had priority with 3 baristas processing their orders. The cashier vanished after taking my order. Waited 20 minutes to get my drink and they unfortunately forgot my chocolate syrup. I didnt complain as I could see they were working so hard. Probably the slowest service I have ever received at a Starbucks. They definitely were short 2 or 3 staff members.

After a drive through scruffy Augusta we stopped at this Starbucks for something to keepUs going on our long drive home. I was surprised what a nice, little place this Starbucks is. Nice light in the evening and nice staff. We will stop here again when passing through Augusta!

Starbucks is always a positive experience, but lately Ive been ordering iced coffee instead of a frozen drink and discovered they dont give you a straw. The lid has a sippy space like hot coffee lids have, which is fine, but i think most would agree that most of us are used to a straw with anything cold, and I, for one, would prefer a straw, but at the very least, the option!Small complaint, but important enough, to me, to mention.

Usually love their decaf iced coffee; but today I told the server it looked very weak and his only response was I didnt make it. Couldnt remove my mask to try it, YES....it was very weak!!!

For a place with a drive thru they are slow as could be! If Im waiting 10 minutes after I order youd think your order would be ready by the time you get to the window. But no I still had to wait another 5 minutes or more.

Being in the service industry is TOUGH right now, but this Starbucks has it down. All the employees were super friendly and competent WHILE wearing masks CORRECTLY and being extremely conscientious in their social distancing. Great work and thank you!

I always love starbucks - Im a daily regular - but I went to this location just passing thru and it was great service, but my drink sucks. I get this all the time and they definitely made it differently. Its so sweet I cant even drink it.

Whats in the name Starbucks? A nice welcome, a charming interior, a moment of caffeinated bliss as you sit down to enjoy your hot coffee? Perhaps, but this location is best known for its drive-through. Located in a small strip mall, its not the most convenient location to access, and the curb is high and the corners kind of tight, but none of that matters much when you realize that its a Starbucks right off Western Avenue. The staff is always friendly, they always get your order right (AFAIK), although I have on at least one occasion thought I was talking to an app while ordering in the microphone, only to realize that no, it was actually a live person. All in all, a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

My beverage was delicious and the service was very friendly and warm, however I waited in line for nearly 20 minutes around 10:30 this morning and ended up being late to the office. Again, my purchase was great and the staff was great, just hoped Id get through the line faster.

I always get the best service weather theyre slammed with orders and a busy drive-thru or theyve or theyre getting ready to close and I pull into the drive-thru with 10min til closing. My foods always hot its never wrong and I always get a smile & well wishes as they hand me my food ALWAYS.

Drive through is always so slow. Ive never been there when it didnt take at least 15 to 20 minutes to get an order

Long lines, no directions in the store for where to pick up online orders, and I almost got blocked in the parking spot by the drive thru line!! Also my coffee wasnt even stirred.

I went through the drive thru and the cashier had me repeat my order 7 times. He wasnt very patient with me and interrupted while I was talking. Then when handing our drinks I asked if we could have our receipt and was ignored. Then after handing our drinks out had to ask him again for our receipt and handed it to us huffing and puffing. I work at a starbucks and that treatment is never okay, the Starbucks customer service standards are high as they are expected to be. Im never going to that starbucks again.

I like visiting this location when Im in Augusta. Love the modern vibe of this branding incarnation and appreciate that the drive-thru is much easier to maneuver my departure in than at the Waterville location. As this is in a shopping area, theres ample parking too.

I ordered 2 pounds of decaf espresso beans here today and a cold beverage. The *server* gave me decaf Pikes Place beans and told me that is what they used to make their espresso drinks. I disagreed and asked for what I had ordered (by this time I had already tipped him $2.70...a keep the change kind of deal) The server was very upset with me a got the bag of coffee beans from under the counter to prove it was Pikes Place....and you guessed it...it was a bag of Decaf Espresso. Meanwhile, it is 100 degrees in our car as we wait. He asked me to pull forward and wait while they have a 2nd go at preparing my order and I said I was fine waiting where I was - I had already waited a LONG time to get to the window. He was MAD!!!! He brought the correct coffee and pulled the tip i gave him and THREW THE TIP IN MY CAR!!!!! Maybe if he got the order correct to begin with, he could have saved himself the embarrassment of being rude to customers. Customers dont want what he is willing to serve....for $30 plus tip, I expect nothing less than what I order! Starbucks claims to train employees on tolerance. Tolerance is not what I experienced at the Auburn Maine location or the Augusta Maine locations. I will be clear that the 2nd location in Augusta (in Target) has always been nice. This particular employee should not be waiting on customers with that big chip on his shoulder!

Perhaps you shouldnt put the brand new person in drive up at 6:30 am when people just want to grab coffee and get to work. Trying to order 4 large coffes-2 large black coffees,1 large with sugar and cream and 1 large with cream only. Took over 15 minutes to get the coffee, after reviewing the order at least five times... Still got it wrong. Got two black, and one with sugar and one with cream. Seriously... Your only job is coffee. It shouldnt take that long or be that difficult.

I visit this Starbucks often because of how close it is to my work. Yet I continue to return because of the service. Everyone is very nice a personable. The coffee is made and served with pride.

I love Starbucks. Thats it. Was a dedicated dunkin drinker for a long time. Even worked there back in the day. Dropped them like a bad habit for better service and plan old better coffee and espresso. They know how to make it and make it well.

Nice folks and consistent product, but it always seems to take twice as long as you think it should to get even a single-item order at the drive thru. Budget a full ten minutes and youll be fine.

Seems like every time u order the same thing that u ask on a regular basis its always a bit different . This time it was less sweet and not as hot . Once a month on this luxury is enough

Gentrified. Always way too busy, and the building size is horrible compared to the business they do. Fun coffee shop if listening to people from the foreside and from out of state talk about how big their yachts are. Three stars due to a five star staff dealing with one star clientele. Guaranteed youll see at least one middle aged trophy wife send back a perfectly good drink with complaints to assert her dominance over people who have to work for a living. If you go, go early or late enough to about the rich people, who are allergic to both getting up early and driving in the dark.

This is one if the best places in Augusta to study or work on things. They play quiet music, have friendly people and lots of table space.
