I wish I could give 10 STARS! Needed my car’s bumper repaired after being rear-ended. I showed up on a Thursday to get a quick estimate, had an appointment for repairs the very next Monday, and got my car back in brand spankin’ new condition by Wednesday! Chandler did a phenomenal job. He was friendly, professional, and great at keeping me updated on the status of the repairs. The work was done quickly and I couldnt even tell that my car was damaged! He even gave it a wash before pick-up. Would definitely do business with Donahue Restoration again! …Although I hope I never have to :)

Chandler did an amazing job fixing my car after a minor fender binder. His estimate was beyond reasonable, and the final price wasn’t much more. The repair was fast and looks great. Chandler was also able to determine I needed a new battery after the security light went on. I definitely recommend Donahue for any work you need!

Highly recommend!!I was suggested to bring my Subaru STi here from my preferred Subaru shop after a rear-end collision. They did NOT disappoint! Chandler, Megan, and Rob were all WONDERFUL! Fantastic customer service!Megan assisted me with the entire insurance process. I was hit by another driver and was filing through the other drivers insurance, and she walked me through the whole process and helped me get all payments processed quickly.Chandler performed the repairs on my vehicle, as well as applying a fresh coat of paint. My car looks brand new again! There is no indication of any previous damage and Im so happy with the final product! Chandler also helped to realign my trunk to ensure it was closing and opening properly.

Brought my 1975 Ford F-250 in for a repair in the paint on the roof. There were a few cracks in the paint including a large 6 crack right behind the center clearance light. They were able to get me in within a week and had completed the repairs in less time then they had originally told me. I am very happy with the quality of the repair and the color match of the paint. I would recommend them to anyone looking for high quality repair at a good price. Cant tell you how pleased I am with their work.

After reading some recommendations on Next Door, I decided to have Donahue work on my wifes BMW that had suffered a series of unfortunate minor incidents. The results were excellent and the price seemed very fair. I would definitely use Donahue again in the future.

We contacted Donahue Restoration and they were able to give us a quote that was under what our deductible was! They also fixed up the truck very fast and it looks perfect! Good and honest shop!! The team here knows what they’re doing. This shop fixed the bumper and back taillight, and quarter panel and made the car look like I just bought it. Very quick turn around to make sure I had my car back, and they dealt with the insurance company nicely to where this whole process was so insanely easy for me. I chose Donahue Restoration to repair my vehicle after a friend had backed into the rear corner of my mini van. I received quotes from three places and chose Donahue to repair my vehicle based on numerous reasons including my gut feeling, Megans professionalism and knowledge of how the process works including working with insurance, and the fact that it is a local family owned operaiton. Additionally, they were able to get my vehicle in quicker than other places and provided a shorter turn around time. I am very pleased with the work, the integrity of the shop and the whole experience. They stuck to their estimate, they worked with me on managing my payment because we ended up not going through insurance, and helped me make some other repairs to my vehicle not related to the accident. Rob is the greatest! I had a minor fender bender. I went to his shop and I received a very prompt estimate to repair. I took my jeep in after a really bad hail storm, it had huge dents in it and was very noticeable. Rob and his team were able to repair and replace and the final job looked amazing! Donahue got me right in. I had the slightest brush with a car that hit me from behind. Many auto-body shops could and would have easily claimed I needed the damage painted, it would take X in labor and an insurance claim - yet the fella who looked at it simply buffed the damage out right then and there without any dent in my wallet or hitting the insurance of the person who hit me. We were referred to Donahue Restoration by some church friends and we were extremely pleased with their customer service, professionalism, flexibility, and attention to detail. They worked on both of our vehicles in the last month; air conditioning with our Yukon, and the bumper on our Accord. Rob was wonderful in figuring out what was wrong with our Yukon (instead of just guessing and charging us for the more expensive option), and then fixing it quick and doing it right the first time (to save us cost on labor). Both vehicles were done well and in a timely manner. Rob and his team were easy and enjoyable to work with; and did an awesome job on both vehicles (our bumper looks brand new; a perfect paint match! and our air conditioning works again!)! DR was recommended to me...My first visit didnt disappoint for front end damage on my Highlander...I had an uninsured side mirror repaired too.When I picked it up they had followed up with ALL the work needing donefrom radiator to battery which was cracked, AC recharge, new hood bumperfender and EVERY DETAIL...it drove like a whole new front end fromsteering joints etc had been tightened to new. Paint perfect, like a newcar..no wonder they call themselvesRestoration. People there werewonderful, had one new lamp assembly, and they buffed the old oneup so the lights are brighter on both sides.
