These people are great. My car has had a rough life πŸ˜† I have kids. I was rear ended and not only did my car look BRAND NEW on the outside but they pretty much detailed it on the inside! I picked my car up and as soon as I got in I got out because I’m like β€œmy car wasn’t this clean I think I’m inside of the wrong one” πŸ˜† but though I hope my car never has to come back I absolutely love this place and give them 15/10 ❀️✊🏽

Excellent, professional, no nonsense shop, especially with Jackie in charge! I had to take my Honda CRV in after a fender bender. They worked with my insurance to get my car repaired and looking brand new again. Ron walked me through the process and kept me up to date on the repairs which made the whole process smooth and painless. Highly recommend this location!

Got into a car accident and the insurance company at fault was going to pay for the damages and sent me this direction for a rental while my car got worked on. Had an appointment at 1, they called and told me someone was on the way (location is closed due to covid) I waited an hour and no one came out to help me, the only people around were the guys in the car shop, I screamed in there to see if someone would come out to help... Nope! I called and their branch manager answered and I expressed my frustration with how unprofessional this entire situation is because Ive been standing outside of their building for an entire hour and not one person has called or came out to talk to me and he then threatened me to not rent me a car because I was upset.... Make that make sense?? Branch manager John unbelievably unprofessional, no customer service whatsoever, and because YOUR employees didnt pull through Im at fault?? Just unreal. Had to call insurance again to reschedule me at a different location. This will be the first and last time I go through Caliber/Enterprise. Absolute worst experience ever!

Made the drive here all the way from longmont due to the friendly staff and customer service! Love how we got an update on everything that was being done to my car. Super easy to work with! Didn’t have to wait long to get the car back! Definitely recommend this place! Shout out to George Jr. to making sure my vehicle was taken care of!

First off, they called me or texted me everyday letting me know how my car was doing and how the repair process was going! Second, they were super fast, once my car got transferred to their location they went straight to work and finish way earlier then scheduled! Third, the best part, they went above and beyond to make my car look amazing again after the accident! My car now is better then it was before the car crash! They detailed and cleaned the inside too! Amazing! This is my go to car repair shop now! Thank you ABRA and thank you Rich and the front desk lady, yall are great!

The staff is super nice and amazing to contact. I would say Jackie and Katie should be your go-to for anything! I was super stressed out when my vehicle was hit while it was parked. I was not sure how the repair process was going to go (this was my first time having this happen to me) and I was super frustrated. Jackie picked up the phone and took me in, she was so kind and calmed me down when I felt almost helpless. Katie updated me every chance she got and continued to stay in contact with me until the end of my repair. There is also an enterprise right next door so the location couldnt be any more immaculate! I APPRECIATE YOU FOR GETTING MY BABY BACK TO ME! Thank you Caliber 😁

I cant praise these people enough. I admittedly put off a hail damage repair for a year or two (it was hardly noticeable). However, I finally decided to do it. Called them Wednesday, they got my car in Thursday. It was done by Monday. The car was cleaned (which I didnt expect but welcomed) and they keep me informed every step of the way. Cant recommend them enough!

Horrible Customer service. It’s already unfortunate enough when you have to get your car repaired so the repair process should be easy right? Well Caliber Collision at 15250 E 33rd Pl Aurora, CO 80011won’t make the process much easier. I am still currently waiting to get my vehicle back. They have pushed the date back 3x. Multiple times they have said they would contact me if that was in the morning when they arrive to work, to after lunch or to even at the end of the day. I call after waiting countless of hours and always have the excuse β€œ I was just about to call you”. They said my vehicle was going to be ready for pick up today so we showed up and again it was not ready. No call or text letting us drive all the way to the shop for no reason. The customer representative we have been working with already left for the day and again never even took the time to give us an update before leaving from work. Very disappointed and will never use Caliber Collision again. PLEASE save yourself the headache and do not get your car repaired here.

Jennifer worked hard to give us the best estimate to allow us to chose if we would repair the car. Later Jacqui worked with us to keep us updated on the progress. When the cost jumped because of an additional needed repair Jacqui went to bat for us and had the cost reduced. The car looks great. 3 weeks as was stated. Thank you Abra.

The whole experience with this Abra location was vary smooth, (besides dealing with the insurance company). They were friendly and polite and answered any and all questions I had about the repair of my vehicle. They even spoke to the insurance agent for me when they were being difficult. The amount of time it took to order and receive the parts was just one day. The repair was longer then expected, dropped my truck off on a Monday, they had the parts on Tuesday, Wednesday and my vehicle was ready by the next Monday. Time wasnt an issue, (the insurance agent wanted it done asap), I just wanted them to do a good job. The work that was put into the repair has my vehicle looking brand new and they even washed it before I got it back. I am vary happy with the Abra crew that got me back on the road! Thanks Abra!

Took my car in on a Saturday appointment after it sustained hail damage. A rep from my insurance company was there and was able to quickly estimate the damage. Left my car there for Abra to do the repairs and was told they would start Monday and have it done by thurs or fri. I called twice friday for a simple update, once in the morning and again in the afternoon and was told both times someone would call me back. I finally got the update when i called a third time sat morning. They found twice as much damage and had to submit a revised estimate to insurance and they are waiting on parts. Not a problem, I get that repairs can take some time, but would have liked a little more communication from them. I finally got my car back after 16 days. It looks fantastic and better than ever. I am also grateful that they cleaned and detailed the interior. Only issue I have is that now my ceramic film applied to the inside of the windshield is seriously scuffed and scratched.

Doug was really nice on the phone Bryan on the other hand we walked in and he seemed to be bothered by us being there. We where here to get an Estimate and he didn’t seem really knowledgeable about what he was doing. If I could give it negative stars I would.

After someone ran a red light and hit my car, you could say I didnt end up at Abra by choice. However, Jonathan did what he could to make this experience as painless as possible. He stayed in contact and answered the any questions I had. He also swung some pretty good prices for additional pre-existing work I wanted done. Overall the work took about 2 1/2 weeks, but mind you this is in the midst of all the hail damage claims. They were actually the only auto body shop that could take my car in the Denver Metro area - and Im glad they did! Thank you.

Just looked up the location phone number to see if I could come in earlier for an estimate than my appointment time. Was placed on hold without a human speaking or actually answering (just picked up the phone and then clicked over to hold message) when I could hear them in the background.When I asked about coming in earlier I was chastised by the woman who answered the phone that the insurance company who setup the appointment doesnt do that and that I should have called.Apparently dodged a bullet with this one and will not be trusting this facility to estimate much less actually do anything for my vehicle.

Im not sure i can trust these guys. I waited a week to get an appointment with an estimator, confirmed my appointment that same morning, and when I arrived there was no estimator available, but a kind lady came and took 4 pictures of each corner of my vehicle. She said that I would hear back from an estimator in the morning, however its been over a week now and Ive had no contact from Abra.... Apparently they have way too much work and cant handle any new work at the moment,which makes me think its probably not the right place to have my body work done.

None of these people know how to properly schedule you in for an estimate and throw you around from location to location with empty promises then when you called to confirm your appointment they tell you youre not on the schedule and throw you back on hold for hours. Dont waste your time with these people.

Update #4: BEWARE!!!! SO IT HAS BEEN ABOUT 6-8MONTHS SINCE MY PAINT JOB, FROM UPDATE 1, PAINT WAS DONE BEAUTIFULLY, WELL WELL....... JUST WAIT 6-8MONTHS, I HAVE BUBBLES IN THE HOOD OF MY CAR AND ON MY SIDE SLIDING DOORS, THE CAR IS TRASH NOW, KEEP IN MIND IT WAS A 2017 CHRYSLER PACIFICA WITH 5 MILES WHEN I BOUGHT IT.... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, THEY DONT REALLY GIVE A SSHHHHHHH, MY DIMINISHING VALUE HAS TRIPLED, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER....I DONT EVEN WANT THE CAR...ABRA SHOULD BE ASHAMED.UPDATE #3. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION, I WAS GIVEN NOTHING BUT A RUN AROUND FROM THEM. THEY MAKE YOU PROMISES, THEY WILL NOT HOLD. So we know they werent able to fix my car within my 25 day limit on my personal insurance, so anything beyond the 25 days they stated they would cover. So from 7/13-8/5 My personal insurance (I DIDNT CAUSE THIS ACCIDENT, KEEP IN MIND.) 8/6-8/24TH. Abra promised me they would cover. 9/7th arrive, yes 9/7th and i noticed a charge of $600+ on my credit card. Abra only paid until 8/18th, when they still had my personal vehicle to the 24th, thats where the confusion came in. Abra covered my cost till the 18th, when they should have covered it until the 24th but since i am fully covered on my insurance, to make it easy on Abra, their going to bill my insurance for Full payment on the rental car Full payment, when i was told otherwise, so Beware, dont expect Abra to pay any thing, .Nada, absolutely zero, they will bill you or your credit card..... Be mindful of that when leaving cc info between Abra and Enterprise. Long story short, it was not Enterprise fault that Abra had fabricated a story courtesy of their employee, Rich..... Not to mention, no word on mg lugnut lock for my wheel. ****GO FIGURE*** My very last time dealing with that location.....UPDATE #2, i was told my rental would be covered in excess days after Statefarm by Abra since Abra needed extra days to do addt. work. HOWERVER, MY credit card has been charged $600+. BEWARE BTW: my lugnut lock is missing from my wheel they replaced, no idea, where it went. SmH, i will keep u posted on my charges.UPDATE: We finally received our car back from the dealership, as i stated it was the battery which caused all the issues, not the recall. Due to it being a new leased vehicle, the dealership covered my battery price and Abra could have avoided all the unnecessary if they would have replaced the battery, knowing you had to recharge it, but they rather recharge my battery than replace it, which caused an extra week or two in the shop because they were clueless as to what happened. On another note, the paint job was good, thats where the star comes in, there was a little misalignment on my door, but in the end, it was corrected, so pay close attention, take pic and videos or be without your car for months all behind a BATTERY.....SMH.........Get it together, Abra..Just so your aware, I had my newer vehicle 2017, in their shop for body repair due to an accident. My body work came back beautifully. However, my electrical, technology, BATTERY was completely ruined, so check your BATTERIES before u leave the shop, i easily checked mines on my dashboard, which clearly shows my battery was ruined, however this shop and everybody they said they took it too, were plainly not competent enough to give me a new battery, knowing you ruined it when u had to go and recharge it, it was a BRAND NEW CAR, there was no reason my battery should have been drained, i am in the process of taking my car to the dealership where i bought it, and i will update again on how badly my car was put together...... you have been warned......

One of the worst experiences with a company ever. Take your car if you want paint on your windows, a rude response from a front office lady, a rental company to charge you over 400 dollars because they didnt cover what they were supposed to, and the biggest headache of your life.

This location is very disorganized and disrespectful. I took my car here after getting in an accident because it they were recommended by my insurance. We took it in for an initial estimate, and then had to wait about a month and a half to actually get it fixed.Before we picked my car up, Abra called to tell me my insurance deductible hada been waived. Yay, we get to save $500! A few weeks later, they called to ask when we were going to pay our deductible. Umm... what? After a lot of back and forth with Abra and our insurance, we never quite figured out what happened, but based on the disorganization we experienced with Abra, Im guessing it wasnt the insurance companys fault. The location manager was very nice and offered to talk to his supervisor to see what they could do to help us out with this now unexpected $500 bill, which basically amounted to a phone call on August 19th saying we had to pay by August 30th. To their credit, he was very nice, but this wasnt all that helpful.When we got my car back, the brake was missing a bolt and the temperature sensor didnt work. The brake and temp sensor managed to make it through a crash on Hwy 36, as they were completely fine until we took my car in, but they were no match for whatever destruction ensued at Abra. After driving with the brake slightly out of place, there was a huge gouge in the rotor and even when we replaced the brake bolt (there was no way we were taking it back to Abra), it now makes a God awful sound. I guess we will have to replace the entire brake.Obviously, we wont give them our business again and I wish we never had in the first place.

Had an appt for an estimate of damages on my car. The guy was supposed to take pictures of the damage but they only have one lift and the damage is underneath. He took pictures of the outside of the vehicle and told me I needed to drop it off to have the other pictures taken. What a joke!
