Big thank you to Jeff and his team for repairing my vehicle after getting into my first accident. My taillight and bumper were replaced and now my car looks as good as new. I had a really incredible experience! The lady working at the front desk (Roxanne?) was able to find me used parts for my 4Runner for less than half the price that new parts would have been. This saved me so much money! They repainted them and did a wonderful job- you would never know they were used mirrors! Great customer service, efficiency, and never once felt like they were trying to take advantage of me (big deal when you are a woman working with automotive businesses).

Sent my car in for hail dmg repair and some curb rash. Communication is super clear and staff are very friendly. It took sometime but they got it done beautifully. Great service!

I had a deer strike and messed up the front end of my truck pretty bad. Did a great job on the repairs. Always took time to update me when I called. Really easy to work with. Thought it wasnt possible for a body shop to have 5 stars, it is possible and well deserved.

This place has 5 stars for a reason. Worked hand in hand with the insurance company to provide quick repairs for my car that was in an accident. Was able to get in without a wait and car was done within a little over a week. Very professional and even set me up with the rental. Very painless. I’d have rather not gotten into the accident (ha-ha) but they made it as easy as it could be and Jeff kept me updated every step of the way. Thanks!

My truck was hit in a parking lot and took some decent damage. The other party at fault used their insurance to pay for the repairs. Dealing with the insurance company was exceptionally frustrating, but Rick and the rest of the staff stepped in and put me first, dealing with payment supplements and ensuring that every last bit of damage was fixed and paid for by the insurance. I was on a big time crunch and needed my truck back fast. Rick and his team finished the work quickly, did an exceptional job, and had the truck to me on time. Their communication is outstanding, as is their overall customer service.

Amazing quality! They had 2 things to fix, through 2 different insurances, on my car (a huge scratch and someone hit my rear end). They were awesome!!!Worked with me when insurance wouldn’t.They were patient with me as I ordered parts that I needed and gave me updates frequently. And worked quickly to get my car back on the road. Can’t recommend them enough. All the paint looks great and panel gaps are even. I may need to change my insurance provider but would definitely use Aurora collision again.

They repaired/replaced both fenders and bumper from an accident I had. The work and paint are impeccable. I couldnt be more pleased.

ACC came recommended by a friend, and they were terrific! I was very nervous as I was unfamiliar with the process, but Roxanna and Jeff and the rest of the team were reassuring and very thorough in their explanation of the work, which gave me comfort. In the end, it was completed on time and looks perfect--like a new car! Even blending metallic paint, which I didnt think was possible. Highly recommend them if you need any body work. Im a car fanatic and they really impressed me.

My car was hit on 2 sides, I’ve never been in a car accident before so the process was new to me. They were very helpful and explained the process to me, took care of the insurance company for me and updated me on my vehicle process. When I got my car back it was like the day I bought it. You couldn’t tell there had ever been a wreck. If ever I need to have auto body work done again they will be my go to guys! And the paint comes with a warranty!

Go to get an online estimate for a couple very small dents and they come back with an estimate of over $3000. 95% of which has nothing to do with what I asked. I told them that and they tried to convince that is what needs to be done. I assumed with their 4.8 rating that they would be trustworthy but beware!!! Will update later with ACTUAL cost to repair.

My 2016 Honda Civic was parked on the street and was sideswiped on the entire length of the drivers side. I woke up to it and was devastated. I took it to a couple of places for estimates and Jeff gave me the most reasonable offer, but more importantly, explained why it cost as much as it did and the labor that went behind it. As someone that knows nothing about body work, I appreciated the level of detail behind it. It took a little longer than originally estimated, however, again, I received a detailed, thorough explanation as to why and the effort they were putting forth into my vehicle. To me, they definitely didnt want to put in half the effort to meet the deadline and went above and beyond, despite frustrating setbacks. Jeff also worked directly with my insurance company to cover the costs and ensured they would take care of everything. When I finally saw the result, I was ecstatic. She was a brand new vehicle again, and she was detailed and the interior was cleaned as well. I really recommend this place, especially for the lifetime warranty they offer for their labor. Aurora Collision Center did an outstanding job rebuilding my Subaru Outback that had been badly damaged in an animal collision. There was very challenging frame and body work requiring cutting and welding and ultimately they painted the new parts to perfect match the existing body pearl color. Would recommend!

This shop has worked on my vehicles a few times over the years and every time theyve done a perfect job. Everyone Ive met there (from the owner to the technicians) is authentically courteous and transparent. No sales pitch, no gimmicks, no corporate Maaco vibe. Just exceptionally attentive-to-detail paint and bodywork.

Although I never want to have a damaged car, I am sad that I have moved and wont be able to take my vehicles to them if something were to happen. They are amazing and you will not be disappointed.

I took my 2012 Mercedes-Benz to Aurora Collision Center several weeks ago, and i couldnt be more pleased and satisfied with the work that the crew provided ! I rear ended another vehicle during a snow storm and when I got my car back, it looked better than when I got it... I Highly recomend this place. Plus they worked efficiently and quickly, and got my car back to me at an impressive time frame !

These guys helped us through our first major accident. They worked with the insurance company of the party at fault and took care of everything without us having to get involved. They found hundreds of dollars in unquoted damage, called the insurance company, and had the extra funding approved. Our car looks better than when we first bought it!

They took care of my car and handled all the insurance paperwork. Looks like new.

These guys are great! Someone backed into my Tahoe with his pickup truck collapsing the bumper, shattering the tail light, and bending the corner of the tailgate. I took it to Aurora Collision Center and they made my vehicle look like new. They were very professional, fast, and were right on the money with their estimate.

I would HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone needing any sort of body work done on their car. A great mechanic referred them to me to assist with some light stains I had unknowingly gotten on my brand new white car. After a few other places, including my own dealership, couldnt seem to help my problem I went here thinking I was about to pay a great deal of money to have them removed. Tammy at the front desk could NOT have been more nice and helpful. I arrived about 10 minutes before close, and she herself got up, looked at the stains, and went to grab a hand polish to see if that would do the trick. Instead of charging me and taking my car in for paint work, which she very well could have, she stayed with me for 45 minutes rubbing out the stains herself. I was told by so many other sources that the stains had reached the paint and that it was a serious issue that would need paint work, but all it took was a bit of insight and help from Tammy. I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone!

I just bought a brand new car last summer, and only a few months later I got rear ended near my house. Its my first brand new car ever, and so I was really bummed (even though it could have been a lot worse). Fast forward a few months and I am researching a body shop in Aurora. This one came up with great reviews so I took it in to and met with Phil. Phil has been extremely helpful and very professional with explaining the entire process with me. I got an estimate with another shop (insurance mandated), but I took it to Phil and ACC instead. The team there took great care in making sure all parts were covered, never once did I feel they were shortchanging me, or cutting corners. They took a few weeks for the repair, and Phil kept me in the loop with all updates and changes. They worked with the insurance company and took care of all that. When I got my car back it looked brand new again. I was afraid that it being so new that repairs would be an issue, but they are competent, knowledgeable and precise with their work. I have been driving my car again for a week and half since picking up and it is like when I just bought it. That to me, is the best part. I just bought this car, then got an accident, but having it back from ACC it feels and looks like nothing happened.Phil is a great guy who kept me updated, felt he was honest and I could tell he was proud of his work. Im especially glad to help a local business instead of taking it to the dealership or some national chain. Its very important to me to support local business in Colorado so I was glad to find a shop that does good work.All is good now, and I would be happy to recommend Aurora Collision Center for any car repair. We asked for a quote to repair a couple of doors on a 2008 chevy aveo. We mentionned that the car was obviously not worth that much anymore, around $4000, asked if it was possible to stay on the cheap side, like to use parts for a junk yard or something. The guy said sure, but you cant bring your own parts, well find them for you. He said he would have to charge us $25 for the quote but that it would go towards the repairs if we ended up doing the work with them. We said ok, pease give us a quote. After literaly 2 minutes, before he was even done, the bill was already above $3000. We gave him his $25 and left.Also worth mentionning, during the time we were there, another customer showed up. The employee who was serving us just turned away and started interacting with the new customer, telling him that he would have to come back later to get his quote and telling him of course that he would have to get the $25 upfront, obviously.Looks like the quote thing is a significant part of their buisness.Well, way to go, $25 for 2 minutes of work.

In the last year, Ive unfortunately needed to have body work done twice on my Mazda 3 hatchback. I wish Id come to ACC on my first visit, but I was not so lucky. But after a terrible experience at another local repair shop, I brought my car to Aurora Collision Center the second time and couldnt be more happy with their work and customer service.Whereas the first place I went to took twice as long as they said it would take to fix my car, ACC fixed everything in the timeframe they promised. I had to return twice to the first place that fixed my car because the job wasnt done properly, but ACC did a great job the first time! The communication at ACC is top notch, also. They gave me emails, letters and phone calls at least daily to keep me apprised of what was happening with my car (with the other place, I typically had to call them to get updates).Aurora Collision Center was courteous, helpful, professional, punctual and left me feeling well taken care of. Phil, Tammy and the ACC team know the definition of customer service and execute it very well. I highly and exuberantly recommend their services.

I was trying to get a rough quote on what it might cost for a repair. When I mentioned I would call another shop at a time other than in the afternoon when they had time Jeff hung up on me. Game over.
