We have ordered 2 belts for our car, first time they came within time frame they told us, one of them worked fine another didnt work at all.We took it for exchange, it was 1 week longer than told time frame and it didnt work again. Now Im thinking if I should take it back for exchange again and wait for another few weeks or to find it somewhere else?
I asked for 2017 Hyundai elantra rear bumper before a week they are told me 235 dollars, today I talk to her she is told me 800 used, I fell shes just want to hung up phone, bed tough front desk, and managment they dont care about this Situation because we no have customer service in colorado only this lady I not recommend this place

What a cluster you-know-what. This place is huge and terribly unorganized. Was told I could come pick up my own parts. Set at their will call for over an hour. If you have nothing to do but waste time. This place is for you!
SENT DRIVER TO PICKUP ACCESSORY AT WILL CALL. FOUND NOTHING FOR US. HAD US CALL & GET ORDER #. THEN SENT TO 2 OTHER BUILDINGS. LAST BUILDING, NO ONE PRESENT. PHONED IN AGAIN. TOLD NO PICKUP AFTER 12:00 PM, EVEN THOUGH DRIVER WAS THERE AT 11:45 AM & THEN GOT NO HELP & AT 1:00 PM, SO WE DID NOT GET PART NEEDED. WILL HAVE TO MAKE 2ND TRIP ON 2ND DAY TO GET PART IN WILL CALL, THAT IF SOMEONE WOULD HAVE TAKEN A LITTLE TIME COULD HAVE HELPED GET DRIVER TO CORRECT BUILDING, ETC. THIS IS THE 2ND TIME IN A ROW THAT WE HAVE HAD THIS SAME EXACT ISSUE.
Ordered 2 parts from them both came from junk yards and no issues with the parts
Called this morning and talked to April about a relatively inexpensive and small part. The care and attention she gave us for such an insignificant sale was incredible. If you need to call this yard for parts definitely ask for April- she is the BEST! Thanks!
Bad costumer service. They make you pay for a part not knowing if they even have it. They made me pay upfront for a part just for them to check if they had it. Once they realized it was not available they made me drive all the way back there just to tell me that it was not available and that they would send me a check in the mail. I paid cash!!! This place ships most of there parts from other salvage yards around the country. So if you need something fast go to the locally owned places. You ml ight check for a new part with the auto parts store. You might be surprised that the price isnt much different and it is totally worth avoiding the BS!
Worst will call system in the whole world!! Plan on 1 hour wait times with nobody in front of you.

They will NOT answer the phone, this is ridiculous after 3 days of calling, and no response or call back, LOOK ELSEWHERE. You’ll save time and money and a lot of bs. Sad.
The absolute worst place to work you will not grow in in this company and it take 2 to 3 years to get a raise and a 50 cent raise if your lucky. They dont care about your personal issues outside of work like family emergencies its only if it benefits the company not the worker. Also they is no thought about the quality of parts that go to the customer. Little or close to none of concerns about quality of parts. Avoid lkq like the plague.
Ordered part over phone, drove 1.5 hours roundtrip to purchase just to find out they were mistaken when telling me they had it in stock. Offered to order and have it there in couple days for pick up.
Drove all the way down from the mountains to pick up a bumper. I was quoted $132.00 out the door over the phone with a quote/hold number for reference. I showed up, the price jumped to $215.00. The lady wouldnt honor my quote from Daniel, the representative I worded with over the phone. I called and left Daniel a message, no call back.Ill take our business elsewhere, lesson learned with these guys.

Cant guarantee the part. The part will probably be wrong and takes for ever for refund.also management dont seem like they care about employees there a high turn around rate on drivers, no appreciation at all...... Dead end job!
