This place is absurd. Do not come here with issues. They cannot do anything to help you. Drive Uber. They took 1300 dollars from me after an accident that was not my fault and now, 3 months later, money has not been returned. Do not drive Lyft. They do not care about drivers. There is no accountability with this company. In fact, get a job anywhere else except for lyft. You’ll be homeless if you drive with Lyft.
Lyft itself is amazing, but beware of the express drive rental program. Too many problems to count and no way to actually solve the problem unless you have the time to drive all the way out to Aurora. My car broke down, express drive roadside assistance “lost” the car and I was out of work for a week.
The Lyft Center has moved from downtown Denver to Aurora. Which is not a center point no more. It is clear in Aurora. So I have to make time to come here. If you are part of their driving force, this is a one stop shop when you set an appointment. They have disinfectant service to all your vehicle maintenance needs.Lyft likes to take of their drivers so they offer excellent service and repairs. You can get your vehicle inspected to make sure all is working well while your on the road earning.
I had inspection today they were training so it took longer and then they trapped me in the garage because oil truck was there I had to wait for all cars behind me to get inspected. Not freaking cool at all!
Ive had some shady service here before, IMO, they have some dishonest workers who have cost me a lot of money. Once I got caught in construction and arrived at 5:01 and no one would help me for a five minute car return. The car sat fir 2 days before they finished the process and while it sat there, someone dented the bumper n he made me pay for it. I should of photographed the vehicle before leaving it. The service center is helpful though, and if youre a lyft driver, they give you reasonable service prices. You cannot wait in your car so be sure to bring a charged phone or/& charger with you. The servicing are pretty fast, never waited longer than an hour though. There are zero phones or phone numbers to call them, its annoying. You have to physically go up there if you have questions. Renting an electrical car from them costs $265/wk and again, make sure you photo the car upon pickup so u dont get blamed for damage you didnt do. Its easy to get to though, you pull into the front n park or wait in the line, to check in, n then theyll tell you where to go. Theres nowhere to really park upon arriving, usually there are cones up so you cant pull in to park. You have to make an appt through the app to be seen, no walk-ins. Still go thru the line if you just want to talk to someone. Once the guy out front talks to you, theyll let you park. Its one way if you try to go in the back entrance, so I dont recommend trying to come in thru the back. You can come down the back road, but instead of trying to enter in by the service center/parked lyft cars, youll want to travel up the side of the building and turn right, to circle in the front.
People out here pro n nice… you ll get quick service however if you come between 12-1 pm the smell of chicken and opinion kills you while you waiting during their lunch breakThank you L

I drove 1.5 hours (one way!) to find they were closed all day on a Friday. They have no note about that holiday off on their web page or on Google, and they have no telephone number. They want me to get a new amp, but I cant know if there are any there or even if the place is open at all. I texted support for over half an hour! They refused to just mail me a new amp in Boulder. I did my part. Im driving Uber now. I havent made one Lyft ride since this horrible day.

Efficient car servicing - - and was able to take care of some lyft issues while I waited.
Lyft services was okay on the past years but this year I don’t know why It is frustrating to come here. Because we thought Lyft provides special discounts for their drivers, but I found some issue, My car has a problem with break issue, even though I have a paid a lot of money like $500 with other services for break pads and other but with in a week the problems is still there, they won’t fixed . One of the mechanic told me he replaced new rotor and break pads . But with in a few days I checked it out they cheated me . Because I tried to take it off all of the wheels then I saw the old rotor with rest . It is embarrassing Lyft, I never expected this situation happened. You need to give a warranty for any maintenance, don’t running just for money . Please,

No matter where you live you actually have to go to this driver Center because it is impossible to email any questions or suggestions to Lyft. They can email you and contact you in multiple ways but you cannot contact them ever. Unless you want to spend 2 hours going all the way across town and back, it is impossible to contact Lyft. Most businesses actually want you to contact them.

Had a driver from Lyft with the license plate number ROS-746 with passengers in the black Chevy suv cut me Alameda and northbound I-25 forced me into the middle lane had to swim on the brakes almost got hit and giving me the middle finger while forcing me into other cars He is a very reckless driver police have been notified and they Colorado PUC department. He endangered lives and almost caused a pile up do something about your reckless drivers!!

I went for the driver medical, and got a 2 year pass 👍🏻 then decided to see if they had the light up display sign (AMP), which they gave me. Then the CSR asked if I qualified for a free sneeze guard, which I did - she even helped me to attach it. Great service.

Lyft is awesome, their 3rd party partner Flexdrive is NOT. $271 a week for a rental and it takes me 2 hours to clean it, condom wrapper, belt, old food gunked up in arm rests, not vaccumed, funny smell, low tire pressures. They treat you like youre an inconvenience and are bothering them. Its too bad Lyft doesnt find a better partner for rentals.

I give the actual Lyft drive and service center a five star everytime. But the car rental that is connected is by far a one star rating. I recommend bringing ur vehicle to this center to be serviced but I dont not recommend rentomg from the rental connected to this center. They are very uncaring and unhelpful. The beautiful lady that sits outside in the front when you pull your car in for service is the most friendly and helpful person there. Shes always smiling and always able to assist and help in a professional manner.
I scheduled my car for 3 oclock appointment today to get it inspected they accepted the appointment then they were closed I live about 30 miles away from them if not more not happy
Lyft makes it quick and easy to get a rental car for Express Drive program, always a mystery of what car your going to get always satisfied with every car rental, very prompt, and always ready to help you with any concerns you may have and get you out on the road to start earning.
During the time of my vehicle inspection Ive noticed 75% of the technicians werent wearing facemaks in the shop and handling multiple cars(even my car). Just want to make the case to the Manager to PLEASE, enfoce the facrmask usage. No need to discipline the technicians, just enforced! Covid is not a joke. I hope this place and the people change this.

I waited nearly an hour to complete the final step of signing up as a driver just to be told they raised the minimum age requirements. I spoke to 4 different people before I drove the hour to get there and waste another hour. Terrible service and turned me away from being a lyft driver.

Im sharing this review out of frustration. I actually cancelled my appt and never actually visited the repair shop.I own my car outright and was excited to receive a discount (or at least I thought from lyft for some major service).Heres my issue:I was unable to get a quote before my appt.They have no way of disclosing their hourly labor rate.I have no idea if they have quick access to the parts.I cant afford to miss work multiple times because of the above.They have banker hours only. This by no means is accommodating to me or other Lyft Drivers. Seriously weekend availability at minimum.Theres no phone number. Hard to trust a repair shop I cant call.The location of the facility isnt advantageous either.I chose to take my vehicle to DIY Auto Repair Shop which quoted me about half of what others shops would. I just couldnt afford to waste time and gamble with Lyft services and the ambiguous process of finding out what my expense would be.For those of you looking to save on oil changes I recommend Midas or Walmart (Walmart will replace your air filter with no labor charge if you buy it there). Just get there early about 30 minutes before they open or youll be there forever.
