Very friendly staff and best customer service. Remodeled store to accommodate more products which includes beer and wine. Upgraded car wash with free Vacuum. I love it and enjoyed very much with the car wash results.

TEN STARS! If your looking for old fashioned car service, this IS the place to go. Full Service fill ups, hand dry car wash, and quick and easy oil changes. And just fun to hang out and have fresh brewed coffee. Nothing beats an old experience like this. They treat you like a rock star every time.

Two years ago it was a great place to have my car taken care of, but things got slow and they laid off my son after 20 + years of service. Unless he is hired back I wont be going there any longer. My son is a great mechanic and was always asked by customers to work on their cars. Paul and Bills was a great place until he retired. It is now owned by other people. My son was hired back and is now working there.They laid off Marnie. She was a sweet person and I was shocked that the owner did this to her. Since Marnie is gone now Nelson has left also. My son is the short one in the picture with Nelson. My son is still laid off from here.

The mechanics here are easy to deal with. They work to your satisfactory. Never disappoint.

If I could give them more than five stars. They are knowledgeable, reliable, and honest mechanics I have ever worked with.

The staff are always very pleasant and helpful. I appreciate that their prices are no more expensive than most other large companies. It makes sense to support a local business when their service is well worth it.

They suck! I went on 8/19 and there was no line to wait. Since I was the only one getting my car washed I thought they would do a better job. It seems all they did was rinse my car and vacuum the big spaces of my car floor. My car is newer so it wasnt even that dirty, yet they couldnt even do the minimum. I paid $20 for subpar service. What a rip off. Next time Ill just pay $3 and go somewhere else to get a wash and vacuum/dust myself. Definitely not going back.

This was my go to place for a car wash, but after today I wont be going back. The prices have gone up and the cleaning job wasnt that good. After I left I saw some kind of liquid drip down my door that was not wiped, and my console was not cleaned. Sorry but it wasnt even that busy. For $30 a much better job could have been done.

I have gone into Paul & Bills a half dozen times for little things on my way from dropping my daughter at school. Every time there is someone knowledgable who greets me with a smile and is able to handle any little service I needed. Their prices are alway very fair and, best of all, I feel good about supporting a local business. I cant recommend them highly enough.

I have been taking my cars into Paul & Bills for over 10 years now. It is truly a comfort knowing that you dont get a song and dance, you get straight forward information and alternatives to make your service decisions. The staff is like walking into Cheers where everybody knows your name. They are reliable, respectful and honest. This is one of the only stations I know that will actually pump your gas for you!!! Woot Woot!
