I left my car for the day & received several text updates until I picked up the car. They do provide a ride to and from your home or business if needed. I absolutely trust this location! John and Mike are the faces of the front and they know me by name either when I call or stop in, they take extremely good care of me and my husband and our cars. They are extremely flexible with working around your schedule. The have amazing drivers for there shuttle if you need a ride from their shop. They do honest work and I appreciate how they care about their customers. Will always use them.

These guys were amazing. They got me in fairly quickly, within a few days compared to weeks out with a dealership mechanic specific to the make of my car. They did inspection, & recommended less work than I had asked to be done- bc car hasn’t been driven for 16 months, I thought they should drain & replace ALL fluids, including gas, & a couple other things I thought would be necessary, they said weren’t. They did an inspection & texted me a site to go to to see pics & find recommendations, along with cost, instructing me to contact them arty questions & for go ahead. They then got my car in for repairs right away. During repairs, they accidentally broke something- we’re all human!- so needed to order the part & replace, obviously at their cost. Frankly, this could’ve easily been handled less honestly by them in a couple ways- 1) oh, we missed this broken thing during instruction, it’s going to cost $X more, or 2) not telling me at all & just saying repairs taking longer than expected. It speaks volumes to me that they were upfront about liability & paid to fix their error. & actually, the thing that broke wasn’t something that was heavy duty, difficult to break, & wasn’ta big deal, just a valve or something, I think, but something that also isn’t super cheap to replace if it goes out on its own, so the fact they paid for the part & labor is pretty amazing for an auto shop (dory y guys, no offense! 😂). I’m impressed with the honesty, integrity, & friendliness of everyone I spoke to & dealt with here. I’ve had another car here before, & will certainly return should I have future car problems!

I have been dealing with Christian Brothers off Arapahoe and Jordan for about a year and a half now. Very professional, John, Jess, and whole crew are very knowledgeable and accommodating. What I did find out about this company in my last visit though. Is how much they do for the community. They were in the process of getting ready to finish fixing a vehicle, not to get it back to a paying customer, but to give it to a person or family in need of one. Pretty awesome! You just dont see that or hear about something like that everyday. KUDOS

I have been using them for a couple of years. A coworker recommended them. Their location is extremely convenient. They are honest and accommodating. The work with the customer through the entire process from scheduling to picking up the vehicle. They do not try to up sale but do they provide you a report of items the mechanic noted as potential issues or things that will need to be done in the future. All of the people I have meet there are friendly and courteous. The shuttle service makes everything so convenient, drop off your vehicles they take you to work and then pick you up when it ready. These guys are so honest, the most trusted mechanic I have had in 20 years. Thanks and keep up the good work.

I have been bringing my car here for a couple of years. My car is over 100k miles and running great. I feel like theyre honest with what I truly need to do and provide reasonable recommendations on things that can be scheduled in the future.

I took my Camaro in to them for a repair. They were quick, professional and polite. I would definitely recommend them for future service.

My 2007 Corolla had stalled out suddenly. I had Midas look at it. They saw nothing wrong and called it a fluke. Of course it happened again. Midas said the fuel injectors needed to be cleaned (about $200). They cleaned them and it ran fine - for 2 weeks. Then it happened again. The said they couldnt diagnose it and have the dealership look at it. The Dealership said replace the fuel injectors. Over $1,000 later it ran great - for about 2 months. Then it happened again. I took it to Christian Brothers and they discovered that the Throttle Body was totally clogged. As part of their diagnosis ($135), they cleaned it out (I expected that to me extra but they said if they can do it within the diagnostic window it would be covered). Since then the car has run like a dream. So, Christian Brothers fixed a problem for $135 that the other guys couldnt do for $1,200. I wont go anywhere else anymore. Just here.

Customer service isnt just a word here. They are very sweet and go out of their way to make sure youre taken care of and try to understand where youre goals are.

This companys work reflects its values.An inspection revealed we had several major repairs needed on an old, old vehicle. They allowed us time to decide if it was worth fixing and were creative about getting the costs to something more affordable but ultimately I agreed to have all but one item fixed. Their willingness to work with me on it really sealed the deal.I never felt pressured one way or the other and researched the prices of each repair item and they were market value. I really appreciated that I wasnt given grief for wanting to fix this old beauty instead of calling it quits and also appreciated their confidence in doing this amount of work to make it like new.Most importantly, the repairs were done right without gimmick and theyre under warranty!This Christian Brothers Automotive is thorough and the final cost was reasonable compared to the quote (slight increase from what looks like parts being a tad more than anticipated). The initial inspection was awesome too, they have pictures for everything and tell you whats good, not just bad. The whole process was really smooth and simple compared to how big of a decision the repair really was. Very professional and quick.Im very thankful and will come back/recommend to others.

The repairs are always great. The service you get here depends upon who you work with. Theyre always really nice but some customer service reps are more timely than others. They work really well with extended warranty companies and their 3 year warranty is awesome. They usually have coupons for their services as well so if youre a coupon shopper definitely ask or look on their website. Their waiting room and restroom are always spotless. We are regular customers and will continue to be because we trust them.

Very impressive service experience - similar to a premium brand dealership. Staff was polished, facility was clean and well cared for, communication process was excellent, and pricing was reasonable.In all honesty, it felt a little TOO good, like maybe I paid too much for white glove treatment. However, the pricing was fair...their labor rate is more than a mom-and-pop place, but not a lot more. Their part costs were typical.I dont have much experience with this shop yet, but I had a good experience and Ill definitely be back.

After driving my car 850 miles from Austin Texas the check engine light came on these guys did a wonderful job diagnosing the problem and fixing it in a short time frame. They also fix my truck lid lack and my wheel well liner I’m definitely going to use this shop again

John kept me informed about the progress of my repairs throughout the process. He went above and beyond when the repair took much longer than anticipated. I really appreciated getting a ride home when I dropped of my car. I was very impressed that during the pandemic the driver only took one customer at a time, and that you had multiple drivers to get customers where they needed to go.

Not only were they wonderfully courteous (a breath of fresh air in todays service industry), they were also incredibly helpful. By no fault of their own, the parts that were ordered for my Rav4 did not arrive at the same time delaying my vehicle being repaired until the following day. John knew that I had to leave town that evening. He offered to pay for a rental car and deliver my Rav4 to my house! I very rarely encounter that level of service! I didnt need the rental, but just having the vehicle delivered to my house was a tremendous help. Thank you again for the great service and the great work. I will be back.

They were informative the entire way. I have pictures of the things that needed fixed. One of the issues I thought was wrong, I told them this, they investigated and it was not an issue. Saving me some $$. I felt 100% that this is the most thorough and honest shop I have been to. The work was outstanding. I highly recommend CBA!

Very expensive. And I mean Very. They also stripped my oil plug. Found that out when I got my oil changed a few months after they changed the oil. I do mint recommend.

Honest.Used this company for yearsIf something doesnt need fixing they tell you the truth. Saved me over 300$ by figuring out that only one of the parts not two needed replacing when I had already signed for both to be done. They could have still done both and earned more money but they didnt.

I had my 2014 Dodge dart serviced with them recently. They keep you updated on all the steps including when the part will be in. They will also text you with any updates throughout the process. I feel lucky this shop is around the corner from my house.

I made an appointment last Friday for Monday I dropped my truck off at 7 Ami called it 2:00 p.m. to check the status they told me my truck was going in next and need ed an oil change and need ed the front end looked at an impossible alignment I went there at 4 oclock to see the status of this they still have not gotten my truck in the shop so when I told them to give me my keys they just lost my business they really didnt seem to care one bit Worst experience ever Im taking my service back to Christian brothers and South Parker

Went in for a courtesy inspection and ended up getting quite a bit of work done. The work they did was great, and the staff were so friendly and cooperative it made the whole experience really painless. Shoutout to John for being especially easy to work with and exceeding my expectations.

It took 3 business days to get an estimate to me. The estimate included a bunch of things I didnt ask them to look at. You may or may not appreciate that. Then another business day to do the work. I think my cost, had I done it myself, would have been 20 percent of what I paid. But I didnt want to do it myself. Still, it seems like both the time and the price were high. They probably shouldnt have taken my car in the first place since they were so backlogged. They have a lot of amenities including pick up service, so those things would make overhead higher. Also, the leak I wanted repaired still leaks.

This will be an unusual review because I technically didn’t use their service. My girlfriend and I had just driven in from Louisiana and stopped at a dispensary when my car stopped working. We were trying to figure out what to do, calling a local Kia dealership, with no luck.Just then, my girlfriend looked over and noticed Christian Brothers Automotive. As it turns out, two of their employees had already seen a couple of damsels in distress and were on the way over to us. I wish I had thought to get their names, but they looked under the hood and immediately saw that one of the battery terminals was loose. One of them ran back to the shop to get what he needed to tighten the terminal. They were so sweet and went out of their way to help us when they didn’t have to. They even refused to take the cash we tried to give them.So even though I didn’t experience a normal repair or service from Christian Brothers Automotive, their willingness to go out of their way to help a couple of strangers speaks volumes about the kind of service and treatment they must show toward their customers. We have only been to Christian Brothers twice, but both times they have been extremely friendly, professional and just as importantly, reasonably priced. Service can sometimes take awhile, but that is because they are seemingly packed, which seems like a pretty good thing in my opinion.

I went to Christian brothers based on a recommendation and I thought I’d give it a try. I purchased a 2004 Audi S4 which needed a new upper oil pan. I took it in and they happily accepted my business and acted very professional. They looked over the car and saw that it did indeed need a new upper oil pan and I asked about a clutch and they said that it wasn’t necessary because it looked fine and looked pretty new too. That the end of the good stuff however. I paid about $7000 for the job and after about 2 weeks I got the car back, with the wrong amount of oil and wrong amount of coolant and the wrong kind of coolant all together. A few days later I had an oil leak and brought it in again. They said the issue was a coolant pipe that was slightly dinged on the bottom and it was rubbing on the pan. I was basically forced to shell out another $400 for the pipe to get the pan resealed. I got the car back after a day or two and about two days later it leaked again. I brought it back in for the third time and was told it was an issue on their part because they forgot to get a new seal for my power steering pump driveshaft. I got the car back after it was installed and after a few days it leaked again! I was sick of the situation so I brought the car to a certified Audi repair place and they showed me everything and was very upfront including that they installed the seal for the power steering wrong which made the power steering pump basically blow up. It turned out that to fix Christian brothers mess it would cost me about $4000 conservatively. I brought it back with the invoice from the certified Audi place and expected for them to fix there mess because I did have a warranty. I was treated very kindly by Mike and he tried to resolve things which never happened due to someone else. He tried to play the whole thing off and didn’t seem to care about the situation. After some back and forth they agreed and put the car as it should be but that was short lived. About 2 days later though my clutch went out because of something I’m pretty sure they did. I DO NOT RECOMMEND CHRISTIAN BROTHERS AUTOMOTIVE. Except for small things like oil changes and stuff like that but even then check your oil because when I got my car back the first time, I was missing 4 quarts of oil.EDIT: I ended up doing an engine swap on the car at the certified Audi place and found out the clutch was in very bad condition. CB actually never looked at my clutch at all and on top of that my dual mass flywheel was separated too. I also asked the certified shop I brought it to what a certain fluid was. It was coolant. I’m supposed to use pink and it was a pinkish green. They never drained it. They simply got the stuff from the tank and switched it to pink to fool me. CB also offered free services to leave a good review or to remove this bad review. I never ended up collecting it because I simply do not trust them. I’m putting this up as a warning to those who need extensive service or those who drive a euro car.

I was in Denver, from out of town, visiting a sick family member. Their car needed a major brake repair so I said I would help. I called Christian Brothers in the morning and they said they would have it done by the end of the day. They couldnt have been more professional or helpful. Car was done in time at a fair price. Love that they give 10% of their profits to community charities. And when you leave they offer you $30 off your bill if you donate $15 to Bridge of Hope. Wonderful and friendly people. Wish they had a shop in New York.

Brought my car in for a simple front end alignment. Even without an appointment they took my car in and were able to complete the work in just a few hours. I received a complimentary ride to and from my work place. Professional, courteous and fair prices...what more could you ask for?

I have been using this particular store of Christian Brothers for close to 4 years. I have them work on a Mercedes and Dodge 3500 dually. My overall experience has been great with this store. I cannot speak enough about Will, Jeff, Shawna and Victoria (Courtesy driver). Has there been a mistake or two, yes there has. However, They have always made in right at the end of the day. I know finding a good mechanic can be a challenge. I have 100% faith with this store. Good Luck!

Ive been coming to this store for the past two years but my last experience was the best yet! When I first dropped my car off, Mike one of the service advisers, took the time to clearly understand what I wanted looked at, fixed, and my timeline. The work unfortunately took longer than expected to what sounded like factors he couldnt control, but because of that he hooked me up with a rental car while it was still being worked on. During that time he called me various times to give me updates and confirm what work I wanted to proceed with. This kind of service makes me feel great about where I chose to take my car in. And I believe they did a great job and I feel safe driving my car around now. I will continue to come back to this store in the future!

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!My mothers car needed to be road-trip ready for the summer. We had an early morning appt. We ended up doing a couple extra necessary things on the vehicle adding more time to our wait than we anticipated. We were getting hungry and instead of having to walk my 87 year old mother half a mile to the closest breakfast/lunch joint, they offered to drive us in a courtesy vehicle, and pick us up when we were ready! The entire experience was extraordinary, from the moment we handed over the keys. All of the staff we interacted with were very kind, knowledgeable and honest. We will definitely be back for all of our vehicle needs.

We were on a very tight timeline two weeks ago prior to a trip to Estes Park. Our daughter needed her oil changed and new brakes on her Honda Pilot. They were courteous and got her in right away without blinking! We were all on our way within two hours and the price was very reasonable. I have been in the auto industry for over 35 years and am very picky when it comes to inspecting automotive work. This crew did a fantastic job and the customer service was great! I appreciate everything that was done to fix a couple of huge issues with my vehicle. There were some issues getting the correct parts that dragged out the process but Christian Brothers took care of it. They went above and beyond to get my car fixed with the least amount of hassle to my family. They are polite, helpful and work hard to make customers happy. The entire atmosphere is welcoming. From the exterior finish of the shop, which makes it seem more like a home, to the details and cleanliness of the waiting area, it felt inviting and comfortable. The staff was friendly and caring. They truly seemed interested in helping and that inspired confidence in their ability to deliver. I didnt need the shuttle, but the ability to use it if necessary is incredible.

Went in for a simple oil change and then was told I had to spend $860 for a new oil filter housing. Thankfully family and friends told me they broke it and I just took it home. I found a bypass valve replacement on Amazon for $15. Issue fixed and didnt have to spend $860. The guy who helped me was polite, but I feel like he could of escalated the situation to help a first time customer.

After an initial fluke involving my car, the guys at Christian Brothers went above and beyond to help rectify the situation and get me driving again. Great pricing and quality work. I would highly recommend!

This was my first time going to Christian Brothers Automotive. I had been previously taking my vehicles to the Dealership but wasnt happy with the service and diagnosis there. Christian Brothers was very thorough with the diagnosis and report and proposed reasonable recommendations for repair. They communicated the condition of my vehicle well and were easy to work with to get my car fixed. Price was good! Ill certainly be taking my vehicles to Christian Brothers in the future.

I came here to this auto shop at their annual single mothers oil change event and I was blown away. Their customer service and the people they had helping during the event was awesome. I have two small kids and they helped me while my oil was being changed and the event really came right on time. There was food and resources and it was such a help. The event was truly a blessing.

With an appointment, a family member dropped off their car for an oil change.First issue, the oil change took 8 hours, despite it being by appointment. The parking lot was full so Im sure they were busy, but it is unreasonably long for something like a routine oil change.The second, bigger issue, we were told the PCV valve was leaking and needed to be replaced. It is a very unusual issue to happen especially considering the car is 1 year old. A PCV valve would be covered by the powertrain warranty so instead of having them replace it, we took it to the dealer. After their inspection, they told us there was nothing wrong with the PCV valve.This is not the first time Ive had an issue at Christian Brothers, albeit at a different location. I cannot say whether the problem is lack of expertise, human error, or misconduct but I have enough doubt that we will not be returning.

Mike is the mechanic we stand by, and because of him we will continue to return to Christian Brothers. Only because Mike has helped us beyond measure, do we give him our 5 star rating. Mike this their golden nugget!

Ive brought my car here twice now. First time I thought the price was kind of high, but the service was good so I thought it was worth it. This time though, they tried to scam me to the tune of $3800+ because I wasnt going through insurance.I happily took my business to Davis Repair down the road, paid $600, and got a loaner car for the week as well.

Shawna was fantastic at explaining everything and keeping me updated on the progress of our repair. They stuck to their quote even though the repair took a little bit longer than expected. I will definitely be coming back for any repairs on our other vehicles.

First and last time customer, they are the exact reason why I try to do repairs myself. (The whole story as to what happened wont fit in here) I had to call them to remind them of our agreement, they scrambled when they realized they forgot our appointment, then went ahead in charging me the maximum amount they could even though there was no way between the calls that it took 2 hours. Also made to wait behind the “pretty women” that got there after me and she received far better service then I did FOR FREE. I think that was the worst part is I feel like I basically paid for her bill, but hey I’m sure removing ONE bolt from a starter is way harder than tracking down an electrical check engine light issue.

Brought our sons car to Christian Brothers at the recommendation of our Discount Tire store. VERY positive first-time experience, even though the car had bigger issues than wed anticipated. The folks at Christian Brothers were honest, good communicators, and up-front about what was going on with the car. Good gut feeling when we got there, and when we left....I think we just found our new favorite automotive shop! :)

They did not call back with more information as promised on an issue we were having with our Altima, which was very disappointing. I was really hoping to utilize them as our primary mechanic because of their convenient location. But if they can’t follow through as promised to earn someone’s business, that’s not a good sign. We took our business elsewhere.

A 5 star rating is not enough for Christian Brothers! Every employee that I encountered exhibited a high level of customer service. I felt like I was in a high end automotive dealership being treated with White Glove service. They are honest and courteous. On the recommendation of my mom, who received a recommendation from someone at her church, Fellowship Community, I brought my vehicle in for estimate on some work I knew needed to be done. They told me I needed to have my brakes done immediately, including replacing the rotors as they could no longer be machined. Additionally, I needed to replace an entire axle shaft and all of my struts, which they recommended I do immediately. On top of this they informed me that my blower motor, which was working the morning I delivered the car, was no longer functioning and needed to be diagnosed.The estimate for parts was much higher than expected, so after checking out the cost of the parts online I called the dealership, using the exact lingo provided on the Christian Bros. estimate, and got a quote for hundreds of dollars less. When I brought the car to the dealership, they said the rotors could be machined and the brakes still had several millimeters on them so they were not an urgent need. While the vehicle did need struts, their quote was almost $600 less! The blower motor transistor had blown out (coincidence?) and needed to be replaced and, surprise, the axle shaft was fine, all I needed to replace were bushings and a dust boot. When I showed the Christian Brothers quote to the guy at the dealership he laughed, stating “that’s not a very Christian quote. We’re the dealer, and the fact that our quote was lower, let alone that much lower, is amazing!”After the service my mother received, I can only conclude that my error was not announcing they were recommended by my church. It seems as though they are only decent if they know you’re a “fellow Christian,” if not, they make up the difference on you!

Great auto repair shop! Friendly customer service and competitive prices :) My car needed six hours worth of work and they provided complementary transportation to and from the shop. Could not have asked for a better experience

We were driving down I-25 when our gas pedal...broke off. Fortunately we have AAA, but we have only the basic membership so they could only tow us up to 7 miles for free. They recommended Christian Brothers Automotive, which was about 4 miles from where we had stopped and their recommendation was well warranted! When we got there, they were very busy. The entire parking lot was filled with cars. We told them what had happened and that we were on our way to see family in Pueblo. Initially they said they might have to order a part and since it was so late in the day (around 4PM on a Friday) it would take until Monday to get our car fixed. But they said theyd take a look for us. They made us a priority and about an hour later they had fixed it without any new parts being required. They charged us a fair price for the work and we were back on the road the same day! Awesome service, friendly staff, I highly recommend them.

Awesome service. Quick ride to and from. Office. They were ready to go. Repair was done right. Found a problem I did not know of. Sent photos and video of the problem. So happy I went here. First time, but would not go anywhere else now. So friendly and Transparent about the issues. Prices much better than dealer. Better service too.
