Just moved to the neighborhood. Stopped in for an oil change. The following day, Sunday they were closed. Oil leaking everywhere. Brought it to Midus the next morning (next door and NOT the same business) because On the Road was late and no one was there at 7am. Nut was put in sideways. Got super lucky and did not need a new oil pan. Midas didn’t charge me.Had I drove to work, that wouldve fallen out and Id be buying either an engine or a new car today.DO NOT GO!Edit:2 weeks later replacement nut leaking. Brought it back to Midas and they had to put a new oil pan in. $400! After paying, I went back to now called On the Road Again and discussed the issue with him. He refused to pay the cost incurred from the oil pan, but refunded my money for the oil change. After grasping the receipt from, I told him he just admitted fault by refunding the money and it wouldn’t look very good in small claims court.See you in court!
The manager of the shop, Manuel, was very professional and did a great job fixing my truck. I recommend this auto repair shop for high quality work and professionalism from the manager and team members working in the shop.
Excellent. Ive used them for almost a decade now. Great customer service and reasonable prices.
I took my 92 Lexus because I had squeaking belt, Manuel stated he changed the belt to resolve the noise. The total was $276.00 at this point I also asked for a oil change. Upon me returning to pick my car up, I lifted the hood and the belts are old and wires and hanging off the belt. My total is now $471.00Manuel and I had a previous issue about a radiator he replaced. There is a hose leading to the reserve bucket that was never hooked back up, when Manuel replaced the radiator for $500.00+ I noticed the hose wasnt hooked and and asked him to take a look at the hose he didnt hook back up. Manuel charged me additional money for previous work that should have been completed. He is asking 471.00 to replace a belt, oil change and hose (work that should have been done correctly)MANUEL IS A TOTAL RIP OFF ARTIST! HE DOES VERY SHADY WORK!
If you try to save few bucks and don’t care about quality, go to this place. Recently I changed a set of tires at this place, 3 days later I got low tire pressure warning while I was driving. Luckily I was driving local, not on freeway. So you install tires without inflating to proper pressure? Avoid this place.
They did a good job on repairing my Trucks transmission. Gave me options to choose from. Better than I expected.
Took my Range Rover in to get my front struts replaced. Took them a week and when it was all done there was still issues with the car I didn’t have before. Not too mention I spent over $1500... not happy with this place.
Fast, friendly, professional, and laid-back. I went to Midas next door to them for an oil change on my first vehicle. They got me in and out in about an hour. No complaints. Told them I had another car I was bringing right back for another oil change. Once I showed up 20 minutes later with the second car, they said they had an appointment and two walk ups come in, and that it would be 2 to 2.5 hours for an oil change. I simply could not wait that long, especially when I already had brought a car in and told them I would be right back.I walked across the street and talked to the manager of the shop here. She told me it would be 20 min for an oil change, and I explained my situation to her. She even price matched what Midas was going to charge me since I had a coupon. I was in and out in 15 minutes and they even topped off other fluids and checked out some other things on the car. Very respectful and personable place to come. Extremely pleased and happy with their service and I will definitely be back! Thanks guys!
After several failed emission test! On The Road Again got our 1995 Sonoma pickup back on the road. They truly live up to their name!!!Thank you again.Tim & Pam
I’m the type of person who goes out of my way to give good reviews but I’ve had such a terrible experience with this company that I had to share. I took my car in to this place once before and it was a great experience so I went back. My car wasn’t starting so I had it towed. They discovered it was a key sensor issue. The key is fine, but the sensor isn’t. I asked the cost BEFORE they did the work, they said $250. That’s the price at the dealership so I said OK. They got the car up and running. Same day they called me back and said the brakes are really worn down, and for safety issues I should get the brakes done. Again, I asked BEFORE they did the work what would be my grand total after getting the key and the brakes done. He said $600(ish). I clarified and asked, “That’s the cost for both servicing the key and the breaks?” He said yes. Based on my budget, and that I have a second car so the breaks wasn’t an emergency for me but I was able to afford it, I gave the OK to move forward with doing the breaks. When I got my car, the man had a spare key for me (with no sensor) and my key (with sensor). The person rang me up and the total was $900(ish). I disputed it and they explained that the extra charges come from the man who made me the spare key. I disputed that as well explaining that I never asked for a key to be made and the key is pointless because it has no sensor. (Also, my sensor wasn’t bad, I learned later I just needed a new battery in it).None of their explanations made any sense as to why my bill was $900. I was beginning to get upset and I was very confused. On top of that, I didn’t have $900 budgeted for this because I was told $600. So, I had to apply for their “loan” for the remaining $300. This evening I got the email that my loan is successfully paid off, but in total, after interest, I paid $600 in cash to On The Road Again, and $550 to this loan place. That’s $1150 for a service I was told would be $600, and a spare key I can’t use because without the sensor, my car doesn’t turn on.Awful. Awful. Awful experience.
I understand this place has gone through some ownership changes. I moved to the area last August and started using these guys for convenient oil changes. Upon discovering the knowledge of the tech Alexis, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt to do major repairs on an Audi TT.(these are not simple cars to work on) Timing Belt, Water Pump, sensors and all new shocks, struts, mounts the whole 9!! My car is awesome because of the quality of work these gentleman performed. I wanted to wait before providing my review, to ensure all repairs where done and truly tested. These guys rock!! They are friendly, understanding, and have flexibility in scheduling. Did all my repairs within 48 hrs of dropping off vehicle. As of now this will be my service place, for any and all repairs to the 4 vehicles I own. This review is long, but I want to let folks know, that the bad reviews from the past had to be from previous ownership. This crew is professional & knowledgeable.#Audi TT guy
Fair price, quick service
One of the worst places I have brought my car in for work, save your money because they stole about $5,000 from me here!
I have taken my vehicle to this folks everytime I need work. They are absolutely the most cost efficient and the staff is very professional. I would highly reccomend this place to fix any of your vehicles. Thank you all for getting back on the road again!
I have gone here an recommended them to one of my best friends. We are both female and hate getting work done on our vehicles because of rude mechanics that try to take advantage of us by telling us we need something that we dont. This has never been the case here. I love the employees that work here. They are super friendly and take very good care of your vehicle will it is in their service. They even have a tv and a comfy sofa for kids to sit and be entertained. I recommend them to everyone!
Went here after I had issues with another mechanical Shop. They fixed the issues on my car. It has been over a month since I was there and no issues. They offer me financing on new tires and any mechanical work which I thought it was a good option considering that Ill be needing new tires soon. Good experience!
I have used this newly opened auto service 3 times now, in the last month; and have nothing but great things to say about them. The staff is friendly, helpful in explaining what is wrong & the repairs needed, they are quick, efficient, and up front in their pricing, which is very fair and I feel far less than some of the major chains. Twice they even gave me a ride to and from home picking up a vehicle. I would refer this company to anyone, and plan to use them for all my regular service needs, as well as anything unexpected. Great company and I wish them the best!Sean Middleswart
Really good customer service and friendly stuff. Staff were very helpful and explained how things work. Expecially they are really good at custom aftermarket work! I highly recommend this place to anyone
Very helpful. They were able top get to my issue same day and fix the problem. Also they let me know what options I had instead of forcing me to go with whatever they wanted to, so I saved money!
On the Road Again has great customer service! Ive been there 3 times now and will definitely keep coming back! They are fast, fair and service-oriented. So glad they came to my part of town!
Just dont go there. This place knows nothing about cars, employees dont even know how much to charge you not only that they will break parts on your car such as bolts and will strip the screws. Save your nerves and go somewhere where they actually know what theyre doing. For Subaru owners go to silver star automotive. They might charge you more but they will get the job done right.
Took my truck here for a diagnostic. Never got a diagnostic and instead they kept my truck for 2 days because they couldn’t get it started. They used YouTube to try and figure it out. Not professional at all. Also luckily I’m familiar with my truck and took a look that night to see what they did and bolts were off my head gasket they also broke my glow plug relay. I went the next day and told the owner and he lied and said it was like that when I brought it in even though I had pictures to prove it wasn’t. Don’t go here if you care about your vehicle.
I do not recommend taking your vehicle to these guys. Saving a dollar will end up costing you more money down the road.
This people are great, great customer service, very reasonable. I recommend them to all my friend anyone who needs car repair, they very professional.
They are incredibly helpful, dependable, fair-priced, and they dont BS you with their diagnosis. I highly recommend them to anyone needing an auto repair.
Had to take our car to another shop fix the mistakes they made. Costed another $500
Went there to get my rear differential fluid changed. 20 minutes later my car was done I thought that was kind of funny. Took it to the dealership and it still had the marks from the dealership that they put on from the last time The dealership changed it. So they charge me for a service that they didnt even do. I highly recommend not using this place for business.
Took my car in to have lots of work done there. Had an oil leak and they replaced the rear main seal. Less than a year later its leaking oil worse than before getting it fixed. I took it to another shop to get it checked out and was told it was the rear main seal leaking. This new place said that any reputable place would warranty that for a year so I went back to On the Road Again and they said is wasnt under warranty (which had cost me over $1,000).
Good Price, fast service and they are friendly and professional.Like the new management and techs. Happy with the service
Went in to have my radiator fixed and it was done incorrectly. Went back when the car was overheating because it was supposed to be under warranty. They burped the system and refilled the coolant for $100. They said it wasnt overheating and there were no leaks when they did a pressure test. Low and behold, it overheated again on the way home. I wont be taking it back this time and I would not recommend this shop.
Not the same quality of service
Drove all around town looking for an oil change when every place was over an hour. They got me in and out under 20mins. Will definitely be coming back.
I liked that there was no wait time to get started on my car. They got my vehicle right in.
They let your car get hit. Then act like they dont know anything. Lame
Current owner gave me a fraudulent 2016 tax form. Screw their own employees... You decide.
The worst automotive experience of my life. They failed to tighten my drain plug, lost all my oil and failed to stand behind their work. I would never recommend this business. Rude.
George helped me fix my vacuum leak on my VR4 twin turbo! Awesome!!
Awesome customer service. Prompt and efficient
Last reviews from 2 years and on are a different owner fyi
I love this place . They are the best
Great customer service...love this place!
In and out!
They fix your car with good quality and they look for the best price without a doubt the maximum
