Brian and Dalton were so welcoming and made us feel so comfortable about buying our first mattress. They asked all the right questions- questions we didnt even think to ask ourselves! They were open and honest about every mattress that we tried out. We had one mattress in mind (the mattress we ended up choosing!) that was not on an adjustable bed base. They went out of their way to move our desired mattress to an adjustable base so we could get the full experience and be certain about the mattress we were choosing. We can surely say that if we didnt have such a great experience with these friendly team members, that we probably would have left and gone to another store. However, they were incredible! Overall, we actually had fun picking out a mattress which we didnt expect going into it. Couldnt recommend this location more!!

Excellent service, comfy mattressMy wife and I wanted to upgrade to a king size bed, so we stopped by our local Mattress Firm store in Aurora. Dalton, our sale representative and manager of the store, facilitated a great mattress buying experience. We had to bring our young kids with us, and he was very accommodating and patient with us (as sometimes we had to attend to our little ones). He explained the pros and cons of each selection of beds, and gave us some expert advice on which mattress to target based on our sleep preferences and needs. We wanted to think about which mattress to buy, and Dalton was very respectful of our decision to wait. Within just a few hours, I called him and made the purchase.For reference - we went with the Intellibed Nightfall (King size). It has been almost a month - and my wife and I have been sleeping like a baby on this bed. So incredibly comfortable, very spacious, wake up every day feeling great. Looking forward to spending many years with our new bed. She told me everything I needed to know, clearly and simply. Before I went to Mattress Firm, I saw that this location had a stellar 4.8 out 5, and now I know why. Dalton was an amazing salesman. He was very knowledgeable and sociable. Never met him before and we went in just to get an idea on bed prices. I told him that up front and he spent plenty of time with us answering questions. He wrote down the bed we liked and started to write down Mattress Firm locations closer to our house. But, I had to give him the sale for how good he was to us. Ordered two days ago and hope to have the new mattress and frame in 1-2 weeks with the FREE delivery.

Our wonderful salesman, Dalton, has earned an A+ for his knowledge of the products, patience (We visited the store twice.),and efficiency. His customer service was exceptional.Our delivery men were also of an outstanding caliber. They were efficient and cordial. They really made sure we were satisfied with the product assembly and placement.

We walked in to Mattress Firm to compare mattresses. When we got there Dalton came right over to us like he knew us and made us feel comfortable right off the bat. Brian and Dalton were very helpful, patient and both have a sense of humor. I would recommend this store and these gentleman to anyone. My only disappointment is the delivery system. It’s very limiting for when THEY (a computer) chose the time. In a 10 hour window I had 1 hour that was not available. Of course that’s the time it selected. No deviations, no talking to a person. Reschedule. The delivery men were professional and considerate of the house, flooring, rugs etc. All of the actual people involved were great, the computer delivery scheduling…not so much.

Dalton was a fantastic sales person and very knowledgeable, and so was Keith. We were there on 2 different days and Dalton was there both days. Both days he was not only knowledgeable and helpful but just super pleasant to talk with, even when he was juggling 3 different sets of customers at a time. You always feel like he is focused on you and your needs and that he is giving you his full attention. Which is great because we had about a thousand questions. LOL We are researchers. We researched every one of them. We finally came to a decision and Dalton got us all set in record time. We shopped several stores, including multiple Mattress Firm stores. This specific location was the best, in our opinion, and the sales staff was a very significant part of that.

I had been trying to research mattresses for a couple of years but it is difficult to choose one based on reviews online because every site you go to is different so it is difficult to choose based on this alone. I happened to go into Mattress Firm 10 minutes before closing just planning to ask some questions to get me started because I did not want to keep Dalton past closing time. He insisted that I take my time and proceeded to walk me through the process of trying out and choosing a mattress. He stayed 45 minutes past closing and I still had not decided but I had some really good feedback. I stopped in again later in the week and then finally called him to finalize my purchase. Not only was he extremely helpful but he is one of the nicest people. He was not pushy at all. He simply helped me through the process and gave me the information I needed to finally decide. He allowed me to take my time without the salesman pressure you get in so many places. I could tell that he really cared that I get the right fit for me. Thank You Dalton!!

I went in looking for a mattress not 100% sure what I wanted. Zach helped to find exactly what I needed and was knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. He was able to suit me with a bed for myself as well as a mattress and box spring for both my kids, complete financing and have me out the door in less than a half hour. Very easy to work with and can’t wait for the delivery of our new beds!

We entered the store and we greeted warmly by the store manager Dalton. We answered some questions and then tried a number of different mattresses. We found that we both liked the Tempordic. We were given a good price but we needed to check something at home with our bed frame before making a final decision. We returned to the store and made final arrangements. Very disappointed with our experience at this store. Things actually started off great as we picked out two mattresses - a platform bed queen set and a box spring full set, totaling right around $3,000 - but within just over a week, we cancelled the entire order.The sales person was very helpful initially, but throughout the visit we realized that on two separate occasions she provided us the sales price for the bed platform and box spring we were looking at, but then when we were putting in our order she explained the price she quoted was not for what we were looking at but for lower grade pieces. Once we got that ironed out she then made two mistakes on the invoice by not giving us the discounts we were entitled to for the pieces we purchased. She also had quoted a delivery fee of $99, but she charged us $149. She presented us only with the total amount at checkout, not verbally itemizing each item as might be customary (our mistake for letting that go by), and we only found these errors once we returned home. We called the store and the sales person did correct them.We were then told all the items would be delivered on the following Monday, 9 days later, and we would receive a phone call the night before with a two hour window for the delivery to arrive. On Sunday, the day before the planned delivery, we received a call that only part of the order could be delivered on Monday and the rest would not be available for four more days. We were again told we would receive a call later on Sunday with delivery time for the partial order and had ask that the store manager call us first thing on Monday morning so we could get an explanation on why there would be two separate deliveries. We received no call on Sunday about the delivery. We did not get a return call from the manager when they opened in the morning. I finally called the store after they had been opened about an hour, spoke with the store manager and after a brief discuss with no clear explanation for all the issues decided to cancel our entire order, which came in right around $3,000.Response to Owners comment - The manager I spoke with at the store (who was the sales person who I refer in my review) informed me she was the Area manager for 6 stores. I also spoke to to her manager (regional manager) so he could get my feedback directly. I will send an email as you requested.Two weeks after Owners response - I did send in a email to Mattress Firm as they requested but was never contacted by them for follow up.

We stopped at Mattress Firm in Aurora. Zac greeted us and asked what he could help us with. I told him the type mattress we were looking for and the price range. He showed us several and we made our decision. Zac made our entire shopping experience very quick and easy. They will deliver the new mattress and remove the old; I am very satisfied and will shop here again!!!!!!

This was our first time mattress shopping and we really weren’t sure what we wanted. Mya was very helpful in showing us different options and helping us narrow down our choices. She was very helpful at making sure we found a bed we would both be comfortable in. There was no pressure to buy a certain bed or to buy any add ons. She was very knowledgeable about how the different beds were made and explaining what that meant in terms of comfort.

Very friend staff! Love this store and Matress Firm in general. We shopped for awhile and went to all the stores... I mean every mattress store out there. They have the best products; the best show room and the best prices. This is our 3rd mattress we purchased from them. We purchased from the Macedonia store and now Aurora. Updating my review (from 5 to 2) because of the very poor delivery-day experience. Mattress was supposed to be delivered between 2:15-4:15. That’s “guaranteed”. Was delivered at 7:30! I had significant plans which were completely messed up. The delivery folks were extremely tired, seemed unfriendly, and seemed like they were going to fall down with the heavy loads. Made me very nervous watching them jump down the truck and go up the stairs in a wobbly way. It was a very hot day, which made things worse. Overall, I had an extremely poor delivery day experience. So, I am dropping my review from 5 to 2, because, due to the delivery issues, I’ll think twice before going back to Mattress Firm.But the rest of my review is mostly unchanged... I had to edit what I had said about definitely going back to them. If you have your own truck, and a couple of strong people to do your own delivery (if they let you) I would still strongly recommend this place.Completely knowledgeable sales associate. Not “selling”, rather informing me and describing pros and cons of my possible choices. Extremely pleasant experience at the store.

Mya Cole is an excellent customer service representative for Mattress Firm Aurora. She was very courteous and helpful, especially as I had quite a few dealings with her that involved buying a new mattress for myself and also one for my college son which had to be delivered to his apartment in NYC. Yesterday I visited the store again for a new bed frame for another sons mattress and Mya even carried it out to the car for me. In addition, all deliveries were prompt - my son actually received his delivery a day earlier than expected. I would highly recommend.

Customer service was great. We had an amazing experience picking out the perfect bed with very knowledgeable staff to help us make the perfect fit. The 1 star is because we got delivery which was obviously a terrible decision. We never received a call about a 2hr time frame so I call the morning of to get that. My husband was at work during the delivery hours and he had moved our mattress and box spring downstairs to help the delivery guy out. We get a call from the delivery guy saying he got lost and cant spend anymore time on our delivery we will have to call and reschedule for another day. So we spend $5000 on a mattress 2 pillows and an adjustable base for you to blow us off?! After several calls back and forth with the store and warehouse, since the delivery guy wouldnt answer his phone at this point, I will be sleeping on the couch. My husband and I are furious! They also couldnt put our delivery tomorrow 1st thing in the morning bc that would be inconvenient for other customers?!?!? Excuse me but our delivery got pushed back A WHOLE DAY!

Mya is the best! She gave my husband and I all the information we needed without pushing us into anything. She asked us questions about how we sleep so we could find the perfect bed. I was shopping for a new mattress today, my family had an idea of how much they were going to spend on a mattress. When we showed up Mya had 2 other customers, so we waited and checked out some of the other mattresses. Mya efficiently finished up with the other 2 customers and got to us. All together we weren’t in there longer than 20 minutes, and my grandparents were happy because Mya wasn’t pushy like every other sales person in any job can be, she was nice and pleasant.
