The Tempur-Pedicure store in Aurora is a very nice place for shopping because of their friendliness and warm welcoming atmosphere. Nate was very nice, patient and detailed in his presentation to help us to find the best mattress for ourselves. Not only that he is very knowledgeable but he is also very trustworthy person and my wife and I didn’t have any doubt in making our decision. If anyone goes to this store in Aurora just us for Nate and you will not be disappointed.

Before I walked into the store I already knew I was going to buy a mattress. Fortunately for me I came across Rebecca who made my experience entertaining. Apart from that, she was very helpful. Went into this store and was helped by Rese. What a great experience. We were just gathering information, and he got us the information we needed with not creating a high pressure buying experience. We ended up calling and placing our order with him over the phone for the mattress and adjustable base. We also wanted pulled, and he advised us to wait as there was a promotion starting in a few days. About a little year ago, I purchased the best bed (Cool Breeze mattress) and adjustable base ever from the Tempur-Pedic Flagship store in Aurora, IL. Sale’s manager Jesse Abreu is the best. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and kind! Jesse took time to explain the difference in the mattresses and functionality of the adjustable blue bases. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured into buying a bed. Jesse went over promotions, offers, and special financing to ensure that I was fully informed prior to making my purchase. I had a small problem with a set of sheets, I called up Jesse and he took care of the problem right away. It’s nice to know that Tempur-Pedic stands by their products. Thank you, Jesse.

During the pandemic, the Tempur-pedic store in Naperville let us set an appointment to shop alone in the store. The store was clean and the salespeople all wore masks. My husband and I just recently purchased a Lux Adapt Tempur pedic mattress and the Ergo adjustable base from your flag ship store in Naperville, Illinois. Our sales associate was Jesse Abreu. Jesse was very personable, knowledgeable about your product and was extremely informative. about your promotional incentives. He took the time to answer all of our questions. With his professional guidance and patience, we were able to find the perfect mattress to meet our physical and health needs. I was assisting my older sister, who lives in Illinois, in purchasing a Tempur-Pedic. Rese at the Aurora, Illinois store was wonderful in helping her pick the perfect bed and base. She didn’t want to purchase the bed until after her visit to my house in Texas. What started out to be a three-month visit turned into over a year due to unforeseen circumstances. Rese saved all her information and helped us with questions and concerns by phone several times during that year. I cannot say how pleased I am with his friendly and supportive assistance. I will be taking my sister home in a few weeks. The bed has been purchased and Rese is still working with us to get delivery exactly when we need it. Rese has provided customer service above and beyond what I expected.

We went to the Oakbrook store to purchase a couple of pillows and landed up purchasing a new mattress, base, pillows and bedding thanks to Jesse Abreu, the manager at the store. He was temporarily at Oakbrook store when we dealt with him. He made us feel very comfortable because he was confident, knowledgeable and answered every question we had. We never felt any pressure to purchase anything but because of his customer service we did. He went above and beyond when he helped us take our purchases to our car, which was quite a walk from the store. He is an asset to Temper-Pedic and we will continue to do business with Jesse.

We purchased a bed for our 96 year old mother, with all of the concerns and issues her advanced age implies. Nate was great on explaining all of Tempur-Pedic mattresses and the adjustable platforms and my wife and I made a purchase that worked for us. The folks that delivered the mattress and adjustable platform had their PPE and foot covers at our door. A very safe and pleasant experience.

If you decide to purchase a Tempurpedic bed, I would definitely suggest making the purchase at one of their stores versus a furniture store or third party distributor, it’s always nice when making such a large purchase to speak to someone that knows the product inside and out.

Ordered a Tempur-pedic Breeze Hybrid and box spring on July 10. It arrived today. My friend accepted the delivery because they only deliver in my area on Wednesday or Friday and I was working. My first mistake was that I should have been here. My second error was believing the salesperson, Jesse Aubreu when he said, “Sleep on it for 90 days. If you don’t like it, you can return it for the full amount. No questions asked and we won’t prorate any of the cost.”What Jesse didn’t say was that there wouldn’t be any refund for the box spring that cost $400. So the mattress and box spring arrived. From the frame of the bed to the top of the mattress is 38 inches. From the floor the top of the bed is 42 inches high! I need a ladder to get in the bed! I am only 5’6” and I am NOT going to use a ladder to get in or out of bed.So I called the store and explained the problem to Justin. He told me there were no returns on foundations, but gave me a customer service number after listening to my issue and said maybe Jesse could help me on Friday work something out with customer service. I talked to Linda who also told me there were no returns on box springs/foundations, but she gave me another number to call a “flagship” customer service line after I explained that I purchased the mattress and box spring from a “flagship” store.It is really annoying to learn after spending $5,029 that I wasted $400 that I cannot get back by returning the box spring to the store because they don’t accept returns! By the way, it’s the smallest box spring that Tempur-pedic makes. The foundations are laying in my hallway and the bed is a useable height without the box spring.I hope the return and refund are made in full so I can change my review, but as it stands today, I would say BUYERS BEWARE!!! The Tempur-pedic Store in Aurora uses shady tactics when making sales by not being specific about returns and refunds!

We had excellent service and the store employees were very friendly and informatve.

Associates at store are friendly, and seem like they try to help, but they have poor communication with their delivery people. Was told I’d receive a call with the delivery information on Thursday or Friday with delivery Saturday or Monday. Well here is Monday, no call, I tried to call them directly, and reached a lady that was incredibly rude telling me that the earliest the can deliver is Tuesday. Like I’m inconveniencing her. I’m sorry but for a $4000 mattress I’d expect nothing short of perfect customer service, and definitely a quicker delivery than 11 days. If it doesn’t deliver tomorrow, cancelling my order and going to the nearest mattress firm. This is outrageous.

Mattress shopping isnt easy and isnt a decision you make in 15 mins. The store manager is very knowledgeable and all the staff really give you the time and space to try and make a decision!
