Grant was a great resource, helping select the right mattress for someone coming from from physical rehab to complete recovery at home. He made the one more task in the midst of many much more manageable.

We were there for hours of course because my best friend was extremely indecisive but finally chose the best mattress with the help of Tommi.I will drive all the way to that store again just to have the same experience as she did and I have a Mattress Firm right across the street from where I live.I bought 2 cooling pillows and I must say I usually pay 10 bucks for one…. But the sales God sold me on investing in my pillows.Just an overall wonderful experience.He was great!

Gus is certainly a bedding expert! From the time I entered the store he listened to my concerns and literally found the perfect bed for me. Glad I stopped in because I may have passed over 10 places to get a bed but it was his knowledge and ability to listen that made all the difference despite me spending more than I expected, I am a happy customer .

A great selection of mattresses at the Aurora store with attractive pricing. We were very pleased with the sales service we received from Gus who, through his knowledge, patience, and friendliness helped us narrow down our purchase which included a King and Queen Temper-pedic mattresses along with some pillows and mattress coverings. We visited the Aurora IL location on 59, not to get confused with the Naperville one on the other side of the street. We were instantly greeted by Matthew, and he took us through an extremely thorough presentation and helped us find the right bed! He answered all our questions and was super knowledgeable. Excellent and honest customer service. They promised for a price match a month ago and honored it during our next purchase. Very reasonable price (they give some discount always) and work with you no matter how small your purchase is.

My wife and I wanted to see the difference between a sleep number mattress, temperpedic, & the purple one. We went to Mattress Firm 1st where we were greeted by Misty who showed us 3 different temperpedics and the purple mattress. We explained we wanted to try the sleep # bed and after a bunch of info on both the temperpedic & sleep # she gave us the store # if we had any more questions & wished us luck. The vibe was totally different @ the other place it felt scripted and kind of pushy. We came back to Misty who was much more personable. Overall we had a great experience. Heres the kicker we didnt plan on buying that day we just wanted the info but after trying the product and hearing what they have to offer as far as perks and payments we decided to invest in better sleep! Thanks for everything shot out to the staff especially Misty who made it happen!

I worked with a salesman named Duane who was very knowledgeable professional yet friendly. He listened to my concerns regarding a new bed purchase which I havent done in many years and then made detailed recommendations and allowed me to try many different options. I worked with him over the course of 2 days and he never made me feel rushed in making a decision. By the time I signed the purchase agreement I left feeling I had made a good decision and had received a fair price. After 6 months of procrastination, I went into a mattress firm with my lady to find a mattress. Thought Id be confronted by a used car salesman type. But I was pleasantly surprised when Duane introduced himself to me and was funny and friendly!!N only did he listen to what we wanted but he asked questions about our sleeping habits and made suggestions in all price ranges and also made sure we were informed. I definitely suggest going to see Duane and john they are a great team and will find YOUR mattress and not the one they want to sell you

I came back after visiting last week. I was given a deal on the Serta hybrid that I am happy with. I am glad I didnt get the Beautyrest I originally was interested in because I am usually a hot sleeper.

First time purchasing a new mattress my only expectation was to be oversold because i am certain most mattress stores are fronts, HOWEVER, to my surprise i was greeted with a big warm smile that was seen through a mask! duane, the assistant manager, made it a point to find the mattress we were looking for rather selling us a mattress he wanted to. drove over an hour to see duane 11/10 would do it again!

Warning! Their delivery operation will bend you over and make you wait all day for your mattress. If you are not there for what ever time they choose to come (in my case 4 hours late) they will reschedule you for 3 days out. They will not work with you. They will not help you out. They will hang up on you. Zero customer service

Crystal is very precise with her knowledge base on mattresses, covers, pillows and sleeping in general. I never knew how scientific sleeping was. Based on her extensive knowledge I felt like I made an investment on me and my wifes health and not just purchasing a Bed.
