The guys at this store were wonderful! So attentive and welcoming. Even asked if Id like a bagel and coffee! They were so helpful in matching some old paint I brought in and the manager gave me a discount! They were nice and friendly to everyone who came in. Its further from my house to go to that one but I will continue to go to that store because of the service!

I called up Cody to see if he could match up some Kwall paint for me that was 5 years old And I said it shouldnt be a problem whet in there he knew exactly who I was from the phone call. Mixed my paint and said it should be an identical match went home did a test strip on my house it was Identical. The customer service was Excellent I will continue to go back there in recommended to my friends.

The counter person was responsive and listened to my problem. He then went about to try and resolve a purchase issue that another store was not able to accomplish. I appreciated the extra effort.

Katie, the new assistant manager, called the other day to check to see if I needed anything. I told her I needed some delicate surface tape and would love to buy it at her store. What a joke this place. Stood in the store for 15 min without being acknowledged, much less greeted. They simply dont give a rip. Also a tone-deaf guy behind the counter whistling top 40 radio the whole time. With the other 30 places to buy quality paint, why go here? Not sure. Also the names they assign to their paint colors are truly bizarre. Avoid.

They will make sure they match paint correctly. Way more accurate than Lowes or Home Depot.
