The skinny kid (cant remember his name) up front was really sweet, and the Ben guy was nice. Had some great prices and inexpensive cars. Said I reminded him of his Aunt Karen, and treated me like family! Got a great deal on a 1995 Cadillac with cool rims for my boyfriend.

The Massa family and their employees are some of the nicest people in Denver. I have dealt with the Aurora, Lakewood, and Northglenn stores and they have all treated me like a king. Ben at the Aurora store is a super nice guy, very helpful, honest, and clear. Just because he doesnt always have the answer you want isnt his fault - he does his job and does it well. And Massa Auto Pawn had the best rates and offers the best amounts to their pawn customers.I have met the owners personally and they couldnt be any nicer to deal with. Their integrity of how they run their business is second to none, and they will do their best to help their customers. I am happy to know them and if you dont think they are the best, go to any other pawn shop in Denver and you will see why Massa is #1

They were super rude, will do anything to make you late and make you pay more. Be warned if you thinking of coming to this place, they seem nice up front but dont care about their customers.

Pawned my 03 Suzuki aerio there a few years back and they stole parts from my car including my AIRBAGS. This place is a chop shop, I reported them to the police.

Max is a POS NO respect for women and represents company in a very poor manner!

Me and my boyfriend came in yesterday after work, their selection was horrible, it looked like a junk yard. We stood at the front desk while one of the agents just played on his phone for 10 minutes.

No prices posted on vehicles so a salesperson is required for any information.. shady​ business practices!
