This is an excellent company. Service outstanding. Have used a lot of similar establishments in several states. None compare. High quality of technical expertise, the number one criterion, in my opinion, and excellent customer service. Fast and courteous service at reasonable prices.

We were able to trade in our mobility vehicle that had become too small for us. This is the most seamless, stress free vehicle purchase I have ever been a part of. Each person involved was casual and comforting. Not like EVERY other salesman in the auto industry. They answered each question I had, and if they didn’t have the answer, the technician did. Thank you Dan, Ron and Mario for helping our family find the perfect vehicle that meets all of our needs.

Set an appointment, when I arrived they were closing and had no record of the appointment. Purchased my sister a van mid October, have been getting the run around about a title, still unable to plate the van and have to hound Ron for updates or calls by leaving multiple messages. Poor communication and awful service, I even paid cash. Shady!Still no word, I filled out your form, but havent been contacted. Still no plates putting my sister at risk for a ticket. Shame on you, how horrid you treat anyone like this. DO NOT GOVE THEM YOUR TIME, MONEY OR BUSINESS!

We have had two service issues in past year where we initially took our handicap accessible 2016 Honda Odyssey to the dealer first. Both times they could not fix issue(s). However, working with Dylan and Mario at Mobility Works, instead of the dealer is the only path I will take moving forward with our van. Both gentlemen take time to go over issues specifically on phone, via email and in person. Thereafter they fix the problems in a timely manner. So they will get all my service from here on out. Hats off to these two, in particular, for consistent results in a timely and professional manner!

This location of MobilityWorks has saved us a tremendous amount of heartache. Another location really messed up our van and these guys made it right. My neighbor recommended these guys to me so I looked them up and found out they have a new location that just opened up, they have a huge show room and the staff is very helpful, these guys are great, I highly recommend them.

John and Marlon are simply 2 of the best people on Earth. They offer handicap conversion vans/vehicles at very reasonable prices and give you fair trade for your vehicle. If they dont have what youre looking for, they will try to locate it for you! This is our second time using them for a van purchase and we couldnt be happier with the whole process! Im so grateful to have more than one option in the area!

My experience at Freedom Mobility was awesome. Definitely felt no pressure like another experience at a wheelchair accessible van company. John Murray was so helpful; he even brought the van I was interested in over to my house so I could see if it fit into my garage and also got to see how my power wheelchair would work . They definitely care for the customer and want to make sure you are happy with your decision. Cant praise them enough for a very nice experience!

Friendly service and environment. Called first to get an estimate for placing a bolt and bracket on a wheelchair for an ez-lock mechanism. Got an estimate right away. Came in to place the order. Good experience so far.

I bought a ramp van from these guys in January and I have had nothing but problems with this vehicle since. I have an 11 year old in a wheelchair and this van has left me and my son stranded on the side of the road twice now. I understand that the vehicle was sold as is but when a vehicle like this is purchased for a special needs person u expect it to be in good shape but this vehicle has had many problems this will be the 4th time I have had it in the shop its nickel and diming me to death. Im terribly disappointed and will never buy another vehicle from them ever.

These guys worked us in and truly did an awesome job fixing previous installers problem while here at Craig for re-eval. Friendly and easy to work with a definite bonus!

The bottom line is you are better off going somewhere with an actual service department and knows how to handle the paperwork involved with buying a car. Its also embarrassing they are selling vehicles to people who are disabled and they dont even have a handicap accessible building!
