Please guys do not i repeat do not buy a case from here!!!! I am telling you.I bought a phone case from here and within one day my phone case cracked in half. I paid 35 dollars. For This phone case. I went back to the store to let them know what happened to my case and the manager told me he could not give me a refund for anything only store credit! Okay, that is fine no problem. He did not have any cases that fit my phone he told me my only option was to get a phone that didn’t fit my phone. Okay so at this I am out of money and a phone oh and the story gets even worse. The case he was trying to pressure me into getting was for the iPhone 12 I have a pro. I ask him what are my options can you order the same case for me that I originally wanted he said no I would have to pay for shipping. At this point my only options were to pick a case that didn’t fit or pay for additional shipping. Please guys do not go here!!!! Amazon has any case you need or try another place!!!!!! At this point I am out of a case that the store has at the moment because he took it back and I have no money 35.00 dollars!!!!!! Doooo not go here if you want a cheap over priced case

Came in with a cracked iPhone X and asked for a replacement. they gave a great price and the replacement was done in only 15 min. the screens are premium quality. it was a great deal and everything was good at the end of the Day. great customer service as well, they are very kind.

Mike was great! He was able to fix my screen. He gave me a great deal on a screen protector and case. It was affordable and he was fast. They have the best pricing out of all the other phone accessory stores in the mall. I would highly recommend going here for all of your phone repair and accessory needs.

Just had my galaxy tab A 10.1 cracked screen replaced here for 108$. The man there broke off the corner of the microSD card during the repair. I asked for him to replace it and he refused and suggested that the original screen damage chipped the corner of the microSD card when it is clearly safely housed inside the device. Ive also been using it for about a month with NO issues except the cracked screen. Now that they broke the microSD card most of my pictures are missing and several of my programs stored on the microSD card are unreachable. I also noticed that the home button is now permanently recessed instead of being slightly above the surface of the glass. When I mentioned the home button the man stated that it was how it is supposed to be. I am fairly certain that this guy is NOT an actual tech with any real experience on how to fix devices other than youtube videos. I am fairly certain that he will be experimenting on how to do the repairs on your device if you turn it over to him. He will even have a paper form that he will fill out to try to make the repair job seem legit. I tried to give a small business next to the Sears and across from the Pet Store a shot. My mistake for giving these people a chance. DONT RISK YOUR DEVICE AT THIS PLACE.

Mike is awesome! He hooked me up on a screen protector and a case! Very clean store excellent customer service! I love all the options that are provided for me and if they dont have specifically what you want their able to order online for you and it comes back within a reasonable time! Definitely coming back!

They had a lot of cool cases but some were way overpriced I saw a flip phone holder for $20

Loved it at first. After a while, I lost my id and cc as the thing is cheaply made. They just fellout. Luckily I have a back up id and a good credit union. For the money I spent ($50), Im upset. Wont come back. Beware. And no I dont have the receipt, so company, dont give me that option. I will gladly bring in your POS case to send back to your company you purchased it from. Upset.

Dont EVER go here! The screen protector I spent $50 didnt even last a week. When I went in to get it either fixed the elder gentleman, who is rude and abrasive, said I broke it and kept cutting me off when I tried to explain what had happened. The younger gentleman said hed give me a discount, and was very kind.
