Ive been a Cricket wireless customer for just over a year and have had nothing but problems. My name was entered incorrectly when setting up my account leaving me no access to online account options. My auto-payment has been removed twice without my knowledge causing suspended cell service and additional fees. The staff at this location are usually nice and helpful however. There seem to be better wireless account options for around the same cost and Im strongly considering changing providers.
Angelica was the store rep who helped me through process of upgrading my phone. She knew I was coming in and put the phone on hold, I arrived and Angelica was professional, insanely kind and efficient throughout the process. This could have not been an easier set up. Really appreciate her service.
I wasnt aware that cricket has limited products in their store to sell or to buy... So I left... Customer service was fine they seem to be knowledgeable about their products
I arrived at the store at 2:00 pm on a Sunday the hours clearly state that the store was open so did the open sign. after going to several stores to try and find the device I needed This store was closed and had sign that “Back in 10 min. I waited for an hour for someone to return. I watched three other customers drive off in frustration. I’m sure the store lost at least $500.00 in sales in that time. After the employee return she was not the friendliest person so I told her thanks but no thanks. If you require masks it should be posted so you don’t rudely ask your customers to go get one.

I Called and talked to the store manager Lisa about the Status of my application and I can hear her in traffic as we were talking, I asked about my application, she asked my name and she proceeded to tell me I don’t have the qualifications for what she’s looking for. How would she know what qualifications I have if she’s not even looking at my resume? Or in front of a computer? Very unprofessional and rude!
I went to this store to ask for some assistance with my phone and Dante helped me. His service was outstanding and he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the service. Great job Dante!!!
I went in to switch out a phone I had purchased for a different phone, utilizing the 7-day no remorse period. The gentlemen I encountered gave me an astonishing amount of misinformation. He told me the phone I wanted would be $400, it turned out to be $300. He told me it would take a week to have it sent to the store (which would have been past my 7 day allowance), it took less than 24 hours. He told me I couldn’t exchange it without a receipt, then printed out one within seconds. He told me I couldn’t return my phone and go to another cricket store to get the phone I wanted, this was also untrue. He told me he fixed my phone by updating an app, yet the problem persisted. To make matters worse he was rude the whole time. I asked him for his name on the way out of the store and he gave me a fake name. The next day I returned to pick up my phone (having figured out the issue elsewhere) only to discover his name was not what he had said, but Eduardo. Such terrible customer service it was upsetting. It honestly makes me sad to have to give this location two stars because all of the other employees I came in contact with were very helpful and kind. Also a word of caution to other cricket members- if you exchange your phone they will not take back the case you bought with it.
Came in to see if i could use a charger bc my phone went dead with 50% battery the lady didnt even want to help me fig out if my phone was having problems. All she said was we have one you can buy i told her i didnt want to buy a charger if the phone is dead, she repeated that i could still buy one. then i asked what the cheapest one was so maybe i could get some help after spending money she told me 30$ was the cheapest one they had. Didnt ask what type of phone or charger i needed didnt. Ill def be going to the further away store after walking home and seeing that on the web page you dont even have a charger that cost more then 20$. she strait of lied bc she didnt want to do her job

Always helpful. I have been a cricket customer for many years and this location is the best.
