Very Good Customer Service. I went to buy Iphone 13 Pro Max and service was really good, only concern I feel I got over charged 20$ for IPhonr setup which I feel is not needed.

My SIM card died and I was stuck without a phone which is essential to my job. After going to two other Verizon’s for a SIM card with no luck, these gentleman not only had the SIM card, but got me in and out quickly. There was some trouble getting my SIM card installed properly and the technician Stephen called customer service for me and got everything worked out. If you are have any issues with your Verizon service o highly recommend coming to this location. They also have great social distancing measures in effect! Thanks again guys!

Christmas Eve last customer of the night Jose made the decision to let me into the store even though technically they were done. I could tell Jose was tired of a long Christmas Eve work day. Jose went above and beyond to make sure my Son got what he wanted for Christmas. Jose was great with the details and options. We got my Son upgraded to the IPhone 12 with all that he needed. Jose got me taken care of with no high pressure sales to upgrade and we still got a deal done that was acceptable for a long time Verizon customer. Jose if you are reading this, thank you very much for still making people like me believe there is customer service minded business men out there.

Had come in 15 minutes before they were gonna close, Ashley had helped me out to get a new phone and was polite the whole time even though it had gone a little bit past their closing time. She also helped me out to get everything I needed.

We switched from AT&T to Verizon and our case is very complicated because we have four lines in three different states. Andrew, who is the manager in the store was extremely patient with us. He showed us how to switch phones professionally and properly. We will definitely recommend this location for Andrew’s excellent customer service!!!!

Spencer took great care of me, and my children, while I transferred four lines from another provider. I brought our phones in hoping to BYOD. Not all phones were able to be added onto my new Verizon account. He was able to provide me an explanation of why not all phones qualified and educated me on the best option for new devices. I felt as if i was truly being listened to with the phone he recommended for me. All phones were ported when I had left the store which helped to make three happy kids.
Guy who works there was great. We had a few things we needed help with and he was able to help with all of them, not just give us a number to call. Thank you Jose!
Fast and friendly service. They were knowledgeable and explained things in a simple way. They were not busy at all while the other store off Mississippi was peaked out all day (not complaining, just mentioning). Take the time to come here for a shorter wait. Hopefully you will have the same experience

Poorest experience I have ever had changing pho es. And it was Verizon to Verizon. Took 6 hours to get everything settled. Sales girl very poor lied to me. Sold me a plan that is approximately 100.00 more a month than she told me. This was just plain awful. I will never go there again. The whole place was a lot like a slimey used car place. Only concerned about the sale. Didnt care at all about customer satisfaction. Would give a zero star if I could.

When I went here to pay my bill the manager was awesome! The store is nice and he was more than happy to help me. He adjusted my plan so that I was on the newer version with 3 gb instead of 2 and helped me out so much. He was thoughtful and kind. Great customer service!!

Just a ridiculously place. If I tell you exactly what I want, it should be offered. Sure it was nice trying to save me money on my next bill, but I didnt come here to discuss that. The short male just confused me beyond the point of just leaving and wondering why I didnt have the phone I wanted. Just dont go this location. The Verizon store down the street is on point. BTW I got the Google Pixel 2.
I walked in due to an issue I was having, there was only one staff member there and at the time he was helping other customers (a couple) so I waited but he never so much as acknowledged me. Good customer service skills and common courtesy go a long way! He could have said Ill be right with u or something but instead he totally ignored me. I had to interrupt him and ask if no other sales associate was available thats when he informed me that he was the manager!! I am surprised that a manager would have had such poor control over his store and was lacking simple managerial and customer service skills. I continued to wait but he seemed so much more interested in the other customers and informed me that I could call the 800 number for help without even asking what it was that brought me to the store! I mean obviously I went in person for a reason but he tried to discourage me and told me he wouldnt be of much help to me at the moment. Needless to say I walked out and will not be returning to that location unless staff is retrained or other ppl who are more deserving of that leadership position are hired.
Went in there today. I had called before hand and Drew picked up the phone. He was so much help over the phone and in person. Definitely the best customer service Ive ever had and he hooked me up! If anybody goes in there go see my boy Drew!

Horrible experience... I waited for over 45 mins to get help. when I walked in!! No hello or hi...or I’ll be right with you!! Nada, the manager was the worse when he showed up!! felt like i was being ripped off by him trying to pressure me into buying the Samsung phone!! Dude I’m not interested!!!! when it was all said and done.. my upgrade whice I’m long over due for was newly $300 bucks.. they were trying to charge me the tax’s for my upgrade and for Decice protections whice I didn’t ask for!! How in the world do you try to up sell something to someone without even asking them first?!? like I was being hustled.. obviously the people here must get a commission from the sales 😩🙄... I informed the manager that I was gonna call Verizon wireless to just order my phone without a high down payment not and being force to bring up sale me!! he told me that I would not be able to do that.. and that’s when I walked out and said thanks for wasting my time.. bruh I called Verizon and not only did they place my order for the iPhone xr but it was free shipping to my house.. also without no down payment!!!! .. I will never shop at this location ever!! Horrible stuffing and the manager was a jerk trying to force me into buying that Samsung phone, and trying up sale me things I don’t want or need without telling me and lying to my face.. I’ll never shop at this location or even go in there to ask for help at this location ever.. thanks 🙄
Keon was a good customer service representative but the store manager Spencer is probably the biggest tool in the world! Hes extremely unprofessional, other staff members and spencer are inconsistent with the information they provide customers with. Had to go to Verizon on Abilene where Devon and John explained what I actually purchased and made sure I got my bang for my buck.
The guy helped me out with explaining what products were and his approach was organic, not scripted he wanted me to leave with the plan that best suited me not some unnecessary upsake

So i had sprint and at&t before i decided to switch buy far the best servise possible as a locksmith it is verry important to have good servise in all areas if i drop a call or poor cell phone servise its not good for business so i went into the Verizon store in the Aurora town center and made the switch its been 2 days now and loving the servise no more droped calles the store manger Spencer there was fantastic verry helpful got me and out fast you cant get fast food that fast if they had more then 5 stars id give more would recommend for and one who wants good cell phone servise go to Verizon wireless.
