Day of service with reasonable pricing. Very helpful when I went to fix the back of my 11pro max I phone. Saves me a few hundred dollars and looks great. BUT....they put the screen protector down over two pieces of hair which is super annoying. i see these hairs every day.....

My phone shattered this morning and I took it a couple places and then every place I took it so that they cannot fix it. they all did suggest yakety yak so I went to yakety yak. not only did they fix it but they did it on the same day. Was it pricey? yes ....was it worth?..... it yes without it Im lost so getting it fixed., priceless

I really couldnt ask for an easier or better-priced service. I paid $70 for a new iPhone display/digitizer after a dropping mishap left the phone without any display this morning. I walked in after 5PM on a Monday afternoon and I was out the door with a perfectly functional phone before 5:45. The screen was replaced in front of me and I left incredibly pleased with my service. I highly recommend this repair shop.

Ive been to this place twice so far, once for my wifes phone screen repair and another time for my own phone screen repair. Both times, the phone screen looked as good as new! The workers here are courteous and friendly, most of all they know what theyre doing. Highly recommended!

Dropped off my LG G6 with a busted screen at the end of the day Jan. 14th 2020, and had it returned in working order in 3 days. I was initially quoted a 1 hour repair job, but I guess that they had sold out of my screen kit during the work day. They said it would take 4-5 days to get the part in. It did arrive early and I guess they fixed it in record time. Im not sure exactly when it was finished, because no one ever reached out to me. I called to check in and was informed then that it was finished and waiting. My suggestion is, call them often & politely and keep a firm grip on your receipt. When I dropped off my phone it was obvious that theyre inexperienced with paper receipts and on each call I had to continually reference my receipt number for them to locate the device. At what they do though, they are unmatched in quality and timely service.

These guys were great!!! I bought a new phone from them and it was priced very fairly and in great shape. I would recommend this place to everyone I now and when you get there ask for Jesse or Fernando they are both great!

I took my phone in because it had water damage. They called about 10 minutes after I left to say it was fixed. Went to pick it up and it would not turn off. I was promised, it would be ready by 11am the next day. My wife went up to get it and it was not even at that store.I was told it was taken to a different location to fix it .then was told noon. My wife went back and was told numerous times that it would be there any minute. She sat there till 12:45 still no phone.I finally got my phone at the end of the day. What happened to customer service and communication?

Took my phone here to get the screen fixed last a couple weeks ago. Been having trouble with it ever since. Had someone just look at it. And said spyware was put onmy phone onthe day i took my phone here. Dont use this place. Its a ripeoff.

They are open til 6 on Saturday!They had the glass that goes over my phone camera lens and installed it quickly.They had an assortment of cases for my phone and offered to install the protective skin on the face.I was pleased with their prices : - )They stayed there a little longer for a customer that called and requested it til they could get there, yeaa!I recognized one of the techs a year and a half ago, good, knowledgeable.

I came here because I was having an issue with my charging port on my Google pixel 2. Verizon couldnt fix it, but the guys here did an amazing job. I only had to leave my phone with them for an hour and they were able to repair my problem, and for a great price. Highly recommend.

Jesse from Yakety Yak was absolutely amazing and helpful. They quoted me the best price of any other repair shop, but their return policy is shady at best. I needed my s7 LCD replaced and they ordered the part for me, which I paid for the same day. I later called my phone company and found out I can get a replacement phone. I called the next day to get a refund and the owner was unavailable so I was told to call the next day. I did, and the owner said it wasnt possible so I went to the store in person and had to argue with him to receive my money back. The bottom of the agreement clearly states A $25 on cell phones..bench fee will be applied to all declined repairs after several minutes of arguing, the owner agreed to the refund, but after this experience I wont be returning. Quite unfortunate.

They are very good fixing broken screens but if they tell you that your phone will be ready the following day, make sure to plan being without phone for 2-3 days. Theyre sweet liers! Also, they wont call you when your phone is ready, you have to call them!

My daughter came in with a broken screen, after a $200 bill the very next day it stopped working. According to your employee, there was a crack that was there in the first place that made it stop working again, you try charging her another $150 to fix the same problem that was there in the first place.. if you ask me total scam and rip off, i will let everyone know What kinda shop you run, not honest people at all..

Its a good place to sale your phone but theyll give you a poor amount of money, and phone arent that great that they have, also too expensive for a trade. And I the phone I have right now is 80 and they offers me 90. And the phone is in a okay condition, has minor scratches but it works but it could have been better.

If I need and information on phones, help with a broken screen or recommendations on a new purchase yakety yak is the place. If my family and friends have issues I recommend this place to them because the staff is knowledgable and friendly.
