This store’s staff and management cares about customers and amazing customer service. They have great knowledge on products and make you feel welcome to ask questions and find the right products. My favorite SF location in Colorado hands down!!! Love this store :)

Nice store good prices great variety of products extremely kind and welcoming staff. Parking lot is a bit of a nightmare its under construction.

Ive been making my own cigarettes for about 10 years. Smoker Friendly has a better price for tubes if you buy single than any online site. And the staff like when I bring the dogs.

Their Smoker Friendly brand is like a Marlboro to me. The price is also much cheaper than any others. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They also have good prices on name brands.

I visit quite a few SF locations; Denver, Boulder and Nederland. This location is exceptional and stands out as the finest location of all I have visited. The staff is amazing, knowledgeable, friendly, engaging and literally go out their way to be kind, considerate and thoughtful.

Just picking up cigarettes, and I ask some questions about a product they had. Which I bought after talking, I wish I got the name but thank you very much. It was a pleasure talking to a nice person. Have a great weekend

Nice employees, only thing is they never have my type of vape oil. One person will say it will be on the order, then I come back on that day..Only for a different person to tell me an order was never placed. I live in the area, so its really inconvientant for me to travel just for this particular Smoker friendly brand.

The women that has a blonde fade is very rude and discriminating and lost a customer due to assumptions and as I showed her my I.D she kicked me out the store and I’m 23 years old just despicable .. she need to learn customer service!

I normally buy cigars online but needed some quick for an event across town, this location was staffed by an extremely friendly individual who made the transaction very pleasant

The manager here is very concerned about quality control. She was unsure about the age of the product I was purchasing. I told her that I would take the risk. She assured me that if I had any problems to just come back and she would refund my money. Well, what more can you ask?
