Friendly baristas, fast service, excellent caffeinated options. What can beat that?

Caribou is my fav coffee joint & this location is hands down the best! 🙌🏽 Im so disappointed & heartbroken tho to hear this spot will be closing next month! 💔😭💯 The staff @ this spot are some of the kindest Ive come across in any coffee shop, or customer service environment in general. Thank you to Kenzie, Steph, Jackie, Jess, Jade, Mady, Mariah & the rest of the team who I may not have seen as often - for the consistant friendly, prompt service as well as the expertly & carefully made coffee!Its really disconcerting how the rising cost of living and oversight of community necessity is impacting our society as a whole, & really wish it didnt have to come down to the cost of a space & whether its worth the cost. Aurora is losing a gem fr! This Caribou spot is a hub for many loyal custys who may not want or be able to drive miles to a further location 😪😕 Its a real shame!Yall will mos def be missed (as can be seen from the photo), but please stay positive & keep smilin!

Great coffee, friendly staff, and excellent internet.Its an awesome place to get some work/studying done. There are outlets at every table which is a major plus.Caribou Coffee will be my go to spot for getting coffee and squeezing work in before/after my flights in Denver.

Caribou coffee is always a great place to stop in for a drink! They now have extra options including bubble tea and crisp-tasting mocktails!

Service was great, but I ordered the blueberry muffin, it at best had a few berrys in it, and was dry as hell it got caught in my throat and I almost choked never ordering that again!

I just ordered a few bagels and one of them was completely squished completely and then they didn’t have any cream cheese at 7:30am. So they gave me a tiny cup of honey for 3 bagels. By far the worst service. Whatever new people that have been working here the last few months suck. I miss the old barristas they were so friendly and personal

You can taste the coffee despite the added flavorings, unlike some of the other coffee chains.

The workers here always treat me well. It is one of my go to places to study. The atmosphere is typically relaxed and comfy. Sometimes occasionally you will get people you come in and can be a little disruptive but for the most part this is a good little coffee shop. The pastries are good but not so much the warm food like the sandwiches.

Came here with a friend for some coffee while we were visiting the area. The plaza was nice and the shop had a nice relaxing vibe with plenty of places to sit. Staff was friendly enough but we were surprised at how long the wait was with just one person in front of us in line. No matter, ordered the vanilla northern lite latte and got the raspberry, we were in a hurry to leave and couldn’t check until it was too late. I have to say its one of the worst tasting lattes I’ve ever tried, I could only take a couple sips. I couldn’t taste the difference from this latte and a cup of heated cough syrup.

I love this location. The staff is super friendly and quick. Kenzie and her team always do a great job. A lot of times my order is ready almost right after I finish paying. I dont know how they do it. The location here is fun and laid back. People come here to work on projects or for informal meetings all the time. Coffee and hot chocolate are far superior to Starbucks, which always seems to have a burnt aftertaste to their coffee. I love how Caribou is also expanding their menu to include items that are gluten-free and are coconut milk based. I highly recommend.

I always love this place! Their coffee is the best Ive had and their staff is always so wonderful and happy. Excellent service almost every time. But theyre busy since theyre next to the hospital.

Nice little coffee shop close to campus. Interesting flavor combinations, not mentioning in a bad way. My favorite way to order a drink at a new coffee shop is Barista choice. Give it a try! I wasn’t disappointed at Caribou!

Im not a coffee drinker but I like hot chocolate and Caribou Coffee is at the halfway point between my health walks in the morning. They have good products if youre interested

Friendly, fast service with good suggestions for product from staff based on your taste preferences. Im a big fan of the chicken apple sausage breakfast sandwich and the green tea lemonade (though I would suggest reducing how much sweetener they use). They have a rewards program, which is great as long as either you remember to tell them or they remember to ask. They have occasionally gotten my order wrong, but its not a problem to get them to fix it quickly. Honestly, I like this place a lot because the staff is so nice, and that makes a world of difference to me in whether or not Ill go back to a place.

Caramel coffee shop don’t even acknowledge their customers

I like the coffee I get here, but seriously if I ask for course ground coffee, I dont mean grind it for my espresso maker. I even asked a second time before they started that it be as course as they got and was assured by both employees that it was going to be. Im not one to leave bad reviews often, but its not hard to pay attention and do a good job and not grind it as fine as possible. What kills me is the employee could have just looked at the grind and noticed how fine it was. I guess my bad for not double checking before I left, just didnt feel I needed to.

This place reminds me why I try to only go to local coffee shops. My primary complaint has been with the staff at this location. I have been to this location three times and specifically ordered a latte and a pastry for here. I get the distinct impression that the baristas dont like to do dishes because they never give me my drink in a mug nor offer a plate for the pastry. Instead, I get a bunch of stuff that needs to be thrown away when I am done. So much for the sustainable image they are going for.I could overlook that issue if there was a redeeming quality of this location. But the employees are extremely disinterested and not very welcoming. The coffee is basically a more expensive version of Starbucks. The only thing that this place has going for it is the atmosphere--with a cool table that looks our over a busy intersection.

My favorite coffee shop to stop at. The staff are all amazing and will eventually memorize your order. I see a ton of regulars coming in on a first name basis. Their caramel high rise and dark hot chocolates are among my favorite.

I love the coffee here and the vibe is really cool and the staff has been mostly friendly. My coffee of choice is a chocolate cooler which is like a mocha frappuccino and it is delicious. They lost a star for giving me fine ground coffee instead of coarse but other than that they are definitely worth checking out.

In from Toronto for one week and I am SO grateful to have found this coffee shop. The coffee is delicious and helped me survive this week so far. The service is friendly and fast. Seriously though, this coffee is better tasting than other chains... Im even planning to take some home with me!I tried the schmearfuls but the everything bagels are a little salty. I would likely try them again but get the plain bagel instead.

Love this coffee cafe to unwind to or from Childrens or UCHealth. Favorite drink is the Ho Ho Mint for the holidays. They really try hard to remember your name and drink. Fun little trivia question for $.10 off your drink to contemplate when standing in line. Switch from Starbucks- the coffee is supreme!

Got the Campfire Mocha and it tasted great. This location is tidy and quaint; It has a little kiddie corner and a chalkboard where the employees post a question and customers can write their answers on it. It seems to get quite busy during the afternoon. Only big downside I had to this location was the WiFi, it was incredibly slow compared to the Caribou I usually go to.

Great coffee. Bold, but less bitter than the major coffee chains. They also pay attention to the details; they make the leaf design with creamer when you order a latte! Highly recommended.

Its been awhile since I was here. The staff from a year ago were friendly. This time the staff especially the cashier was not very welcoming, and I dont think the cashier likes people who are not her type if I was her type my guess is she would be more friendly towards me, just a hunch. The drink came out OK though. Maybe she just doesnt like her job.
